EARTH as a Speck of Dust

I find it hard to imagine how on this planet earth – of which one million planets the size of earth can fit inside the sun - really earth as a speck of dust floating aimlessly in space will one day be transformed into the kingdom of God as promised in the bible? I also find it even harder to imagine the more than 100 BILLION people who have already lived and died on this earth and have moved to heaven, - will again be relocated back to earth to inhabit the new kingdom of God that will be established here. As An Atheist

I have something valuable going for me as an unbeliever of the faith: I no longer allow myself to be viewed as a sinner or a worthless human being in the sight of God. Again and again I am told that I must learn to see God’s way which is clear. Really? God’s way of which religion? Christianity? Islam? Judaism? All hating and killing each other in God’s name! No thanks! I have better things to do with my life.

The Average Person

The average person, according to the Department of Industrial Education of the University of Texas – retains 10 percent of what he reads, 20 percent of what he hears, 30 percent of what he sees, 50 percent of what he hears and sees at the same time, 70 percent of what he is able to describe in his own words, and 90 percent of what he discusses and performs of what he had read, heard, or seen.

The Holy Bible

Can Religion Merge with Science

Can science and religion merge? Yes, they can; but before the merger can seriously take place, religion must first merge with other religions. The Christians, Muslims, and the Jews have not ceased cutting each other’s throats because, to begin with, they cannot agree what will happen to them after their throats are cut. It is, in this sense, with self-respect and dignity, science has no obligation whatsoever to be "compatible" with silly religion. The Frightened Cowards

If they did, how come Jesus never converted them into becoming a Christians? What happened to the power of God to spread the Word of God? 1 Cor. 4:20 says: "for the kingdom of God is not in word but in power." The superstitious primitive who wrote those words must have been a real primitive.

The Great Flood

Indeed, we continue to ignore science to help us develop as a nation of dignified men and self-respecting women. We filipinos are still a herd of fanatical bigots who would solve the problems of evil with more evils. Such as, in the end, no matter what – with the power of prayer to a supreme power somewhere out there – such power will always provide for us down here. Sir, even more painful to admit, millions of Filipinos continue to contribute daily to keeping the Philippines twisted spiritually and distorted morally. We continue to add on to our already needless population growth. The religious morons of our sick society continue to insist that there is no such thing as overpopulation problem today in the Philippines. They still insist that our society has not, as yet, surpassed the economic basis for providing Filipinos with adequate food, housing, and schooling. That there is still plenty of room in the Philippines even for a population to grow up 200 million Filipinos. And so, an average of 3 babies are born every minute of the day or 1.8 million babies born yearly in the Philippines. When they grow up, such babies are also taught in school to refer to the same bible for moral growth and spiritual development. Indeed, the same bible that teaches us to love not this world, neither the things that are in this world; and to take no thought for tomorrow for tomorrow will take care of itself. In the meantime, life in general in the Philippines can only be characterized as the daily competition to be the criminal rather than be the victim of the criminals. Sir, again this year, as it was during the previous years, the politicians in government serve our country not by telling the bitter truth, but by telling sweet lies. The sweeter the lies, the sweeter their promotion in government office. Ours continue to be a government of the corrupt, by the corrupt, and for the corrupt. To think that the worst kind of poverty is the poverty of the mind. Such horrors come from our schools, colleges, and universities. Take a serious look at the millions of our college educated men and women all working not for our country’s growth and development, but employed in foreign countries enjoying economic prosperity as generated by the power of science and technology. The kind of wealth that comes from science which is all about the courage to change and to improve under a self-correcting enterprise. Sir, you were certainly a real hero during your century. You were a man of truth and due to your truthfulness, the Catholic church had you arrested, incarcerated, and publicly executed. Today, in our own century, instead of heroes, what we have in our God-fearing country are God-fearing politicians indoctrinated to have more faith in blind faith, not to make use of the power of knowledge and its diffusion. Our politicians would readily pray to a divinity - to remedy the traditional ills of our sick society. The Frightened Atheists

I envy the gays and the lesbians. Decades ago, they were laughed at, threatened, insulted, maltreated, ostracized, frightened, beaten, tortured, lynched, burned, and hanged. But they stood their ground to vigorously fight hatred and bigotry. Today, the gays and lesbians are the accepted parts of mainstream society. They are in government as politicians, in church as priests and nuns, in trade and commerce as businessmen and businesswomen, in schools, colleges, and universities as teachers and professors, creative artist in the advertising industry, actors and actresses in the film industry, golly they are even loved moms and respected dads raising decent children. Except the frightened atheists. We are still behaving like a bunch of intimidated freaks. Instead of evolving publicly; we would rather be recoiling privately. We are still afraid to expose the power of knowledge that got us to be atheists to begin with. We are still hiding inside the dark closet. For Christ’s sake, there are even existing atheist today who are famous authors, lawyers, educators, philosophers, and scientists but they are among the first idiots to intimidate fellow atheist not to identify our true identity in public as “atheist.” After all, they insists: the word “atheist” connotes something of a criminal, if not some kind of an animal. In this 21st century, we atheists are left out like a bunch of crippled idiots in a quagmire stuck away from the decent struggle to promote tolerance for our rights to openly exist too. Charitable Organizations

Notice anything peculiar about charitable organizations helping the poor? None of them would encourage countries, for example like the Philippines, to seriously practice family planning and birth control measures to help curtail the arrival of poor children into our already very sick populace. After all poverty comes from the population growth, and the more the population grows the business is more profitable for the charitable organizations. An average of three babies are born every minute of the day and night in the Philippines. That’s 1.8 million babies a year. Or 18 million babies in 10 years. Indeed, in the year 2020, the Philippine population will have reached between 140 million Filipinos. What a windfall for the charitable businesses! One such charitable organization is the World Mission. Golly, they are so wealthy now in that they can even afford to publish a prestigious first-class magazine to distribute to all potential charity donors throughout the world. Indeed, charitable organizations make certain that the war against poverty is never won. That it should never be finalized and accomplished. The show must go on! St. Paul

In spite of all the “trials, hardships, afflictions, floggings, imprisonment, riots, fatigue, sleepness nights and days of hunger, ( 2 Cor. 6:4-5 ) he endured, the Apostle never shrank from his missionary passion. He wrote: “ I consider life of no importance to me, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to bear witness to the Gospel of God’s grace.” Acts 20:24.
I ask: Where precisely in hell were the type of men like St. Paul to be found among the cruel Spanish friars. Specially like those who arrived in the 16th century to brutally conquer the Philippines with the greatest of all evil otherwise more known as Christianity? The State of Our World

Look at the mess in our world so full of fear and hate and pain and suffering and violence. Only because millions upon millions of victims still believe as true what’s written in the stupid bible, or what’s written in the stupid Koran, or what’s written in the stupid Talmud!

Imagine a God who loves you much only because you fear him much. What could be more silly and insane? God was nowhere to be found to assist Adam Eve to raise and educate Cain and Abel to grow up like decent men and be creative and independent as individuals. It is ironic that theology has always been the study of nothing. The most that the theologians have accomplished was to give birth to atheism. More Impressive

It would be more impressive if we could be honest enough to admit that our beliefs have little to do with reason, but with more on faith which is the enemy of reason. I love Bertrand Russell

I love Bertrand Russell not for turning mathematics upside-down and logic inside-out, but for never threatening me with punishment in hell-fire if I did not agree with any of his writings. In fact, Russell encouraged me to disagree with him and to think for myself; especially in the task of seeking the truth as no one, as Russell himself admitted, has as yet found the truth.

Russell wrote: All human knowledge is uncertain, inexact, and partial. I disagree and ask: what’s so uncertain, inexact, and partial about the truth that we are all born troubled, sick, and dying? Our Troubled Selves

There is the good side and the bad side in everything; except in religion - there is only the bad side. Religion damages the minds and hearts of children to grow up with so much fear and deep in ignorance to be unable to help remedy the world so full of hatred that grows out of fear.
Consider this painful fact: whether rich or poor, each and every one of us are born troubled. Indeed, as soon as we are born, we begin to die. There is no such thing as health. Health is a myth. In the meantime, if religion were to have its good side, it must be in the business of alleviating these horrors not with faith in human stupidity, but simply by facing and changing reality. Believe It or Not

If you wish to set up a Foundation and have it registered with the government office in the Philippines known as THE SECURITY AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION, you must first submit a letter of appointment from any of Catholic Bishops of the Philippines. The Foundation must start with a basic worth of ONE MILLION PESOS. For my part, I do not believe it. What I do believe, however, is that there is no such creature called the Separation between Church and State in the Philippines. In fact, both the Church and State have been having an illicit affair together and they have begotten millions of poor and bastard children. Jesus, the Pinoy

Jesus was crucified dead on the cross to destroy the devil. The devil, however, is still alive and doing actively well. Jesus must have been a Pinoy. Puro drama.

Animals

The Biological Fact

The biological fact is the day we are born is the day we begin to die. Birth, growth, death, and decay amount to the same realty. Indeed, each unfolding reality contains the seeds of its own destruction and the embryo of a new reality that will replace it. Chronic Boredom

Boredom is a chronic disease of the rich, not the poor. Chronic boredom stays with the rich round the clock. It smothers enthusiasm, impoverishes the imagination, saps personal energy, and inspires fear of new and fresh ideas. Most rich people would admit that they are bored; but never would they ever admit that they are boring. To think even Christ himself never experienced anything inside a Christian “church.” He did, however, explained himself why he was more at home inside a Jewish “synagogue.”

Blind Faith versus Bright Reason

Faith continues to be popular because, like “humility,” it makes a virtue out of lazy mentality which is really a euphemism for ecclesiastical stupidity. The war on poverty can never be won. To begin with, the world economists themselves do not exactly know what in hell they are talking about. For example – economic growth? Abused Atheists

We atheists make fun of religious beliefs because they are ludicrous. Can you really believe that Satan appeared and wafted Jesus on to a mountain top from which he could see the entire world and that Satan, personally, tempted Jesus and offered to him the kingdoms of this world if Jesus would only kneel down to Satan? ( matt. 4:11) (Luke 4:2-13). To think Jesus never asked Satan if he possessed titles of ownership of those kingdoms of the world! Perhaps you believe you can change your diet to suit God’s menu? … “hath he not sent me to the men that sit upon the wall, that they may eat their own shit, and drink their own piss with you? ( Isaiah 36:12 ) ( 2Kings 18:27 ) You can’t laugh at Atheists because we do not adhere to such irrational ideas. However, if you find any hilarious slips in our logic, we will be the first to laugh with you at our own errors. But now you complain that Atheists have done nothing to help the poor and the downtrodden as much as the Christians have. Well, how could we? Look what you Christians did to us Atheists for about 1,500 years. You outlawed us from the universities or any teaching careers, besmirched our reputation, ostracized us, blacklisted us, banned our books, burned our writings of any kind, drove us into exile, humiliated us, seized our properties, arrested us for blasphemy. Christians have dehumanized us atheists with beatings and exquisite torture, gouged out our eyes, slit our tongues, stretched, crushed, or broke our limbs, tore off their breasts if they were women, crushed their scrotums of they were men, imprisoned us, stabbed us, hung us, and burnt us alive – for bringing enlightenment to the minds of men and intelligence to the hearts of women. Atheists are now in government, in the United Nations, and other global organizations. Have you heard of atheists doing the same horrors to the Christians or to believers of whatever faith today? No, because we atheists are rational men and women. The most we do at your ridiculous beliefs is to laugh at them as they are childish, if not delusional ever doing more harm than good in our world. Poor Judas

The Rich against the Poor

It is a fact of life that the rich are interested to become richer. But more so they feel a greater sense of accomplishment if they were able to successfully keep the poor poorer. America has approximately 1,600 Buddhist temples, 1,200 Muslim Mosques, and about 500 Hindu houses. Most of America’s black population now embrace the Islamic faith. It is now almost equal in numbers to the Jewish followers.
Author Dennis E. Hensley, in his book MILLENNIUM APPROACHES,writes that prisoners in New Jersey and Georgia have asked to worship on Fridays because they are Muslims. Orthodox Jews serving as rabbis in the military have asked to violate Air Force dress regulations in order to wear a skullcap. Sikhs serving in the military have petitioned to be allowed to grow their beards for their faith forbids shaving them. Muslim women in four states have sought an exception to revealing their faces for driver’s license photos since wearing a veil is part of their religious discipline.
According to high officials of the US government, if you were an American atheist, you are not considered a citizen of the USA.

Computer Industry

Logic and mathematics on the one hand, and science and technology, on the other hand, produced the computer machine.

The Holy Bible

The holy bible is responsible for more heresy, atheism, agnosticism, disbelief - call it what you like - than any other book ever published.
For my part, messages from the Old and the New Testament inspired me to extricate myself up and out of the Catholic Church premises. As I happily excommunicated myself, I managed to save not my stupid soul; but saved, instead, my precious mind and heart to carry on living the good life – one inspired by knowledge and guided by love. Basket Case

Considering the tens of millions of college educated Filipinos with talents and skills, why are we still in Asia a basket case? Indeed, in this 21st century, why is the Republic of the Philippines only waiting for more miracles from foreign countries called foreign investment? If not also waiting for a foreign Savior to remedy the religious ills of our sick society?
The Philippines – the only Christian country in Asia since the 16th century, for the glory of God in heaven, produces more children than it can produce more rice for the nation’s children!
In the meantime, it is incredible to notice that other Asian countries like Vietnam and Thailand do not believe in a God that provides. And yet, these Asian countries are able to produce more rice not only for themselves but also for export to the Philippines. Poch Suzara

Indeed, the courage to continue to be selfish, greedy, stupid, and insane; and the hope to continue to be the Sick Children of Asia.

Crab Mentality

Is the crab mentality one of the major negative attitudes of most Pinoys? Is this why our country lags behind neighboring nations? A sure sign of crab mentality is that everyone wants to be corrupt. Just like most, if not all of the officials in the Philippine government are corrupt? I say, please, let us not insult the crabs. They are innocent creatures. None of them are baptized Catholics. None are products of our schools, colleges, and universities. In fact, there are no known crabs who organized prayer rallies for the salvation of the crab souls being caught then boiled or steamed and swallowed by religious morons populating our sick country - the only Catholic country in Asia since the 16th century. Philippine Education

There is not one, among the great many schools, colleges, and universities in the Philippines that teach students we Filipinos are all one people, and that we Filipinos are all under one nation. The whole idea behind the system of education is to see to it that Filipinos never get to know and to love each other; especially, as we are all one and the same victims of the same historical deviltry since the 16th century known as Christianity. Atheists are Honest and Truthful People. We do not live with Lies and Deceptions

Those who believe atheism is an escape from responsibility or a license to a life of criminality will be in for a surprise. They will find atheism’s moral standards as high as those of any religion because they emanate from the exactly the same arena – human experience. Atheists will need even more responsibility because atheism expects no help from supernatural allies in the sky. Atheists will find no Big Daddy figure, no Grand Design, no purpose other than what they can make, and basically there is nothing in control of nature except the laws of nature. No wonder so many would-be atheists fail the test. But what the believers offer is even more unnerving. Consider: An all-knowing, all-powerful God who could have created any kind of world desired but deliberately and maliciously chose to create this world. This God stood by helplessly while his own Chosen people were being gassed to death by the millions. Either God approved, in which case he is at least as wicked as Hitler, or God disapproved, in which case he is less powerful than Hitler. The Great Flu of 1918 killed some 20 million people; where was our loving God? The God concept loses all the time. You simply cannot have an all-powerful, all-knowing, all-merciful God and have a world like this one. We atheists understand this, which is why we are atheists: without theism, without god-belief. It is not a careless or reckless position but quite a rational one arrived at after much thought and research. Atheism therefore will not be jettisoned without the power of reason. If that reason ( credible evidence for the existence of the supernatural ) has not been found in all of human history, it’s highly unlikely it will be discovered any time soon. So the probability of a genuine truth-seeker - an atheist reverting back to god-belief is about on a par with the chance of the man of knowledge going to back to being, once again, a man of faith traveling backward instead of forward. Errors

Why it is that when man commits an error, it is man’s fault? But when God commits an error, it is not God’s fault, but still man’s fault? If kindness, however, is the oil that takes the friction out of life, where then is supernatural kindness?

Mediocrity

To the mediocre, the highest form of religion is the one that’s based upon mediocrity. The theologians, who are always unworthy of human intelligence, prefer to call it - Christianity. The bible writers called it having faith in divinity. In the end, it is really about the different levels of pretentious serendipity, but nevertheless simplified as the complexity of mediocrity. FILIPINO TRAGEDY

There is nothing tragic about having been raised by ignorant parents at home and educated by ignorant teachers in school. What is truly tragic, however, is if we refuse to explore anything truthful at all about ourselves as individuals and to discover too where we stand as a decent nation.
