Western Civilization

It is claimed by Christians that Christianity built Western civilization. If this were true, how come the rich white Americans lived comfortably on black slave labor in America for a great many years? How come the poorest, most backward, nevertheless only Christian country in Asia – the Philippines - never got to be a prominent part of Western civilization? More to the point: if the Christianity built Western civilization, how come the Filipinos in this already 21st century have not learned to grasp the values of forethought and the power of knowledge; still have not learned what it means to love one’s country, what it means to love fellow-citizens, and indeed, how to enjoy a refined heart to love and a developed mind to respect - one another? If we were such as civilized Western nation and, as the only Christian country in Asia – how come the Christian authority got one of the greatest – the most noblest of Filipinos – a thinker and a humanist – Jose Rizal – arrested, incarcerated, and the publicly executed? In fact, thanks to the teachings of Christianity the majority of Filipinos do not know what exactly Jose Rizal stood and died for in his own land under the rule and authority of Christian power and supremacy. In the meantime, Christian terrorism had been behind the Crusades, the Inquisitions, and the mass killings of “witches” and heretics. Many of these heretics were only guilty of expressing ideas then that are now commonly accepted as the science of social reform. With the threat of heresy, Christianity effectively set back humankind's scientific and social advancement by hundreds of years. Christianity is also at the root of most of today's international problems. Just imagine how much more peaceful the world would be without belief in one God or one Son of God causing so much strife, hate and war. In the ultimate analysis, however, if Christianity build Western civilization, how come the teachings of Jesus Christ played an important part in the division between Catholics and Protestants that historically torn apart the Western world, still divides Northern Ireland, and indeed, has kept the Philippines left behind in the race for growth and development as a civilized nation of Asia?

The Failure of Most Marriages

Most marriages fail miserably because to begin with most men only want to fuck and to fuck women. They do not care to raise children which is what marriage is all about. That is why, for the sake of not bringing unhappy children into our already insane world, the prevention of unwanted pregnancy education is a must while men and women enjoy fucking each other. To think that 3 babies are born every minute of the day and night in this poor and backward country. That is about 1.5 million babies each and every year added to the population growth of the Philippines. Most of these babies are the result of an unhappy or failed marriages, if not out of wedlock. Their fathers have been taught to believe and to have faith in God who will provide - if not this world, in the next world to come after death. Poch Suzara

The Tooth Matters

According to the Department of Health, 98 per cent of the Philippine population suffer from tooth decaying, molars rotting, and gums bleeding.

Now what can be expected of Pinay mothers who have been taught to believe not so much in the values of personal health and sanitation but to have faith only in our terrestrial degradation for the sake of gaining eternal salvation? Poch Suzara

Simple Change

I want simple change in the Filipino to begin to enjoy health and wealth as a people. I also want simple change in the Philippines to begin to enjoy prosperity and maturity as a nation. In order to accomplish the change desperately needed for our historical sanity – we must only begin to love our country and love fellow citizens. We can accomplish the task by throwing out the evils making for our sick society under deadly Christianity. Indeed, Christian beliefs and so-called values are still playing destructive parts in keeping the Filipino still poor spiritually as a people and keeping the Philippines still backward morally as a nation. In the ultimate analysis, ours is the failure of education under the success of Christianity in the Philippines.

Let us now begin to seriously look at the wonders of science and the scientific way of thinking . Why other Asian nations are enjoying a much higher standard of living and more creative and productive at working. Thanks to the wonders of science and the scientific way of thinking.

EVOLUTION – fact or fiction

Here’s Bishop John Shelby Spong – a rare Christian leader much too difficult not to love and to respect. Indeed, I have the greatest admiration for this Anglican church Bishop. In his WHY CHRISTIANITY MUST CHANGE OR DIE, he wrote: In 1859 Darwin’s masterpiece, entitled THE ORIGIN OF THE SPECIES, was published. That book caused most of the remaining principles by which human life was understood in religious terms to go up in smoke. Darwin suggested, for example, that the world of God’s creation was not yet finished, directly contradicting the literal biblical text. The world, he said, was still evolving, still being created... In the books of Psalms, it had been suggested that human beings were just a little lower than the angels. But now we began to recognize that we were just a little higher than the animals. . . There was much talk in that era about something called the “missing link,” as if the various species of life were separated by a single link rather than by centuries of tiny adaptations. . .”Dust art thou and to dust thou shalt return” became not just a Lenten note of penitence, but a statement of this newly understood reality of human life. . . That strange thing called “creation science” is nothing more than the ignorant rantings reflecting a frightened and dying religious mentality.” For my part, if Christianity were comprised of men in the likes of Bishop John Shelby Spong – never would I have ever dreamed of excommunicating myself out of the religious mess. Charles Darwin

Psuedo-scientist Perry Marshall tells us that Charles Darwin was brilliantly half right and tragically half wrong. Indeed, that Darwin never knew of the existence of the living cell created by God as part of his grand design of nature. That no one can deny that our complex universe is an astounding, majestic marvel. But how did it get here? Where did it come from? Does it really matter? Can it be, as so many contend, that all just happened by some fortuitous cosmic accident? Or did it come about as the result of the careful design of an infinite God?

Listen, however, to the findings of one of the greatest men in the world of science – Carl Sagan. In his COSMOS, he wrote:

“We have five fingers because we have descended from a Devonian fish that had five phalanges or bones in its fins. Had we descended from a fish with four or six phalanges, we would have four or six fingers on each hand and would think them perfectly natural. We use base ten arithmetic only because we have ten fingers on our hands. Had the arrangement been otherwise, we would use based eight or base twelve arithmetic and relegate base ten to the New math.”

Sounds fantastic, doesn’t it? Well, in the meantime, listen to Bertrand Russell. Here are the stupid academic messages conveyed to the millions of our youth daily in grade school, high school, and in college in the Philippines: “There is a better world to come after this life’s termination; and, in the meantime, a better foreign country to migrate to, live and to enjoy full employment after college graduation.”

God as Designer

Perry Marshall claims that he can prove God exists and that he can demonstrate living things have a creator. May I remind Perry Marshall that aside from proving that living things have a creator, he must also prove that such a creator has been a benevolent deity. Well, if we admit the existence of desirable aspects in nature as products of design, we must also admit the undesirable aspects in nature as products of design. Which, in the ultimate analysis, puts Perry Marshal in a ticklish situation. How can he justify a creator who purposely inflicts natural disasters upon man? The religious clowns have to gall to tell us atheists that we have yet to learn that God is a spirit and cannot be found through the telescope or microscope, no more than human thought or emotion can be found by analyzing the brain. That, as everyone knows, religion is based NOT on knowledge, but on faith.

At the same time, however, devoid of knowledge, these religious clowns can offer to us atheists a generous assortment of attributes about God from which to choose. According to these source, God is “almighty, eternal, holy, immortal, immense, immutable, ineffable, infinite, invisible, just, loving, merciful, most high, most wise, omnipotent, omniscient, patient, perfect, provident, supreme, true, and indeed, “incomprehensible.”

Well, if religion were based Not on knowledge, but on faith - how do the religious clowns know that an “incomprehensible” God out there designed and created us humans in his own image and likeness down here on this speck of dust called “earth” aimlessly floating in space heading for no where? A Little Learning

A little learning is a dangerous thing. Lots of ignorance, however, is not only dangerous. It is disastrous.

Look for example what a little learning has done to this poor religious minister (Perry Marshall) pretending to be a scientist. He claims that he has discovered a new theory of evolution. He says “I only desire to demonstrate that living things have a creator.”

Well, what has a creator anything to do with evolution? Unless, of course, what we want to discover is not more about evolution but a new theory of revelation!

In the meantime, as Carl Sagan asked: “What does seventy million years mean to beings who live only one-millionth as long? We are like butterflies who flutter for a day and think it is forever.”

We Humans have a demonstrated talent for self-deception when our emotions are stirred, and there are few notions more stirring than the belief that there must be a loving God out there somewhere in the universe who created us in his own image and likeness down here on this speck of dust. Messages from the Mind

“Messages, languages and coded information never, ever come from anything else besides a mind. No one has ever produced a single example of a message that did not come from a mind.” So says Perry Marshall. Granted.

But the real issue is: how come messages that come only from the mind are not only confusing or meaningless sometimes, but also utterly thoughtless at most times?

Babies

If babies were designed by a creator, how come babies carry no information or have any kind of knowledge whatsoever about the existence of their creator?

So, each of the trillion cells that makes human body carry information about how to make a duplicate copy of ourselves. But then again – so what and why bother? When the original human body itself is so stricken with defects and shortcomings and it only last for a few seconds in time in terms of a million years on this earth that, according to science is already some 4.5 billion years old. Here are the two most fundamental questions in science: If evolution happens, how does it happen? And where did the information in DNA come from? Atheism For Filipinos

Atheism is not a belief. It is the absence of belief. An atheist is not primarily a person who believes that a god does not exist; rather he does not believe in the existence of a god. “Theism” and “atheism” are descriptive terms. They specify the presence or absence of a belief in god. If a person is designated as a theist, this tells us that he believes in a god, not why he believes. If a person is designated as an atheist, this tells us that he does not believe in a god, not why he does not believe. In this context, theism and atheism exhaust all possible alternatives with regard to the belief in a god: one is either a theist or an atheist; there is no other choice. One either accepts the proposition “god exist” as true, or one does not. One either believes in a supernatural being, or does not. There is no third or middle ground. Forget agnosticism. The agnostics are spineless cowards who have lost the courage to make a decision about matters of great importance on this earth. In the meantime, to declare that Atheism is a religion is ridiculous. There are no messiahs in Atheism. There are only heroes and heroines who work steadily and often quietly over many years to make those changes in our culture which will enlighten future generations. In the world of atheism, we atheists are all leaders. We are not followers, We Filipino atheists fully understand that the reward of a good life comes to everyone who invests in the future collective well-being of all Filipinos. We Filipino atheists may be as negative as Columbus. We may be as rebellious as Jose Rizal who questioned Catholic authority in the Philippines. We are interested in the here and now, not in the fantasy of a later life to come after death. We see religion – theism – as simply irrelevant to human life. We Filipino atheists understand that we are all part of human life in our country and that we must look after its interests as well as our own, to enjoy together that pursuit of happiness as defined in human civilization. Oh yes, we are few in number. But we care. We are involved as we continue to evolve. We care desperately that our children and grandchildren shall enjoy not the freedom of religion, but precisely enjoy the freedom from religion. It does not matter that we Filipino atheists stand alone; what matters is that we stand. Atheism is a basic posit of life, reason is the only guide, understanding is the only requirement; where education and science are the primary instruments toward a fulfilled life for all Filipinos and where, finally, the Filipino mind becomes totally free. The Beauty of Atheism versusThe Evil Monster

In this already 21st century, it is time for us Filipinos to dump our faith in theism and instead begin to embrace atheism. Take a serious look at the sensibility and the beauty of Atheism: Atheism helps us to see reality as it actually is, without the mental filters of superstition preventing us from directly experiencing it. Atheism allows us to experience our selves, without the debasing idea that we are innately evil or sinful. Atheism allows us to experience true interpersonal love, without any imaginary supernatural intervention. Atheism gives us the freedom to think for ourselves, to construct our own meanings. We each can choose what we think has value. Atheism shows us that we can gain meaning by seeking to make our world a better place, for ourselves and our children's children. Atheism teaches us to take responsibility for our behaviors in the here and now, not for a reward in an imaginary afterlife. Atheism lets us see that we have to make choices about our future. No big daddy god is going to protect us from bad decisions. Atheism teaches us to treasure this moment, this life, and this world — because we realize that it’s all the world we have. Poch Suzara

Atheists Do Not Cut Throats

“There are no atheists in foxholes” speaks well of the atheists; not of foxholes. Foxholes are places where the religious believers position themselves in order to cut each others' throat. They do so because they cannot agree as what will happen to them after their throats have been cut.

Christianity Exists Everywhere in our Sick Society

Christianity, just like God, exists here, there, and everywhere in the Philippines. It is demonstrated in our custom and tradition, indeed in our culture, damaged as it is already. Christianity is in the home. In the schools, colleges, and universities. In the theaters, and radio and television, in newspapers, in books, magazines, and journals. Christianity intrudes into our judicial, executive, and legislative branch of government. In the social functions and other civic organizations. In the business meetings, political campaigns, commercial seminars. Christianity is there in prayer before mealtime. In sports contests. The music of the day is contaminated with Christian messages. From all sides it moves in on us, endlessly. Ceaselessly. It is not possible to go through a day of one’s life without being exposed to Christianity. In the office, banks, hospitals, police precincts, city hall, residential buildings, hotels, motels, streets, highways, and in billboards, and public transportation system. In any important event of one’s life Christianity is standing by ready to take over the event: birthday party, college graduation, marriage, anniversary, death. In fact Jesus Christ demands that Christianity be pushed here, there, and everywhere. Matthew 28:19 “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, son, and of the Holy Ghost: 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.” It is all about behavioral control of the Filipinos. To have more faith in the success of indoctrination that brings about not the Age of Reason or the Age of Enlightenment, but simply the Age of Christianity that gives the Filipinos the power to act as its own destroyer both as a people and as nation. We are not, by any measure, the intelligent masters; on the contrary, as a matter of history, we are the sick victims of organized insanity otherwise more known in our country as Christianity. Indeed, Christianity has developed insufficiency, incompetence, and diminished self-reliance of, with, and for the Filipino way of life as a people since 400 years ago. Otherwise, one would think that as the only Christian country in Asia since the 16th century, the Philippines should already be the most matured and developed country in Asia. After all, we Filipinos are the only people in Asia who believe in Jesus – the Son of God Almighty. But with more than 20,000,000 Filipinos today employed in some 200 foreign including non-Christian countries to financially assist the other 20,000,000 Filipinos left behind unemployed or underemployed, including those supporting our corrupt government officials – in the whole of Asia today, thanks to the wealth and power of Christianity, we are only getting more sick as the Sick Children of Asia. The essence of Christianity is its intolerance. The first commandment of the Christian god is: “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.” Christians cannot live with other ideas. They are forced to convert all persons to their belief system because that person, who is outside, illustrates that God has failed to bring at least one person to his flock. Therefore he is not all-seeing, all-knowing, all-understanding, all-benevolent, all-powerful god. If he were that, he could induce all to “come unto him” and feel the “glad tidings of great joys.” It is impossible for those of you who are caught in that trap to understand that others have no need of faith in such beliefs systems and do not live in mental prisons or spiritual cages. Therefore you scream out to us atheists that our position is one of religion too, that we have a belief system as you do. What you are trying to do is, by definition, include us in your insanity. You define the positions and attitudes, opinions and ideas that we have as “a religion” because your thinking is so structured that it is impossible for you to understand the concept of a “free mind.” Indeed, you can only believe in the freedom of religion, when there is something better and greater to believe - the freedom away from religion. Atheism has none of the attributes of a religion. We have no god above or beyond nature, no breach of natural laws by such a god to demonstrate that he exists, no method of communication between such entity and ourselves, no elaborate reward and punishment system such as heaven or hell for being in accord with that god’s dictates. There is not one element needed for religion existing anywhere in Atheism. We have no atheistic morons known as atheist saints. Therefore, you charge that our religion is the worship of “nothing.” But, in fact, this is what the Christians do: worship nothing. An unseen, unknown, uncaring, indifferent entity which you call god is supplicated by you daily with no response. Nothing is there – but you worship it. Nothing hears you – but you address communication to it. Nothing responds – but you hear some messages in the void. Nothing ever happens – but you rationalize that “something” occurs somewhere, perhaps in one’s heart. It is an incredible game that you play like a bunch of lost children looking for a happy home. In the meantime, not the truth, but evil goes marching on! We atheists insist only that you do not include us in your credulity game. We have neither the taste nor the gumption to live with you in your world of make-believe. We atheists are real people who live in a real world which we trust will be a better world in the future than all the rotten religions have made of it during these past centuries. Poch Suzara

Poverty

Poverty in this 21st century Philippines is still due to collective insanity especially since the arrival of Christianity in the 16th century. There is, indeed, the existence of poverty of the worst kind: the poverty of the mind and heart. It deprives our nation’s historical, cultural, and scientific growth and development. In the meantime, here's how poor the average Filipino is: His only sense of wealth is not health; but to be seen driving around in an imported expensive automobile with a sexy Pinay seated beside him. He is living in an expensive mansion which he bought from filthy rich criminal. His organizing prayer rallies to save the lives of fellow-criminals scheduled to be executed for high crimes in foreign countries. The last, but not least his having acquired a college diploma ostensibly displayed in his living room wall or in his office. Poch Suzara

Children in School

It is not through pain and suffering or by illusions or delusions that children in school learn how to be good, creative, and productive citizens.. It is with a sense of self-respect, self- direction, and, indeed, with nutrition and sanitation. In the meantime, we cannot love others unless we love ourselves first. Sadly, in our school, colleges, and universities, we are taught to love Jesus, Mary, Joseph and other bible characters, but hardly to learn how to love our selves with a sense of pride and dignity as citizens of our country.

Freedom of the Press

There is no such thing as freedom of the press unless you own press. If you were the owner of the press, you can certainly enjoy the freedom of the press. In the meantime, our democracy encourages mediocrity, and fosters vulgarity. Indeed, under our so-called democracy, we Filipinos enjoy not only the power of ferocity, not only the glory of insanity, but also the blessings from the Catholic church and its authority as they are the real owners of the press in our poor and sick country. Jesus cast out demons

Jesus never sent any one to do the work of God without giving them the authority to cast out demons. Jesus called His twelve disciples to Him; He gave them power over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease. (Matt 10:1) Jesus said, ‘And as you go, preach, saying, The Kingdom of heaven is at hand...cast out demons... (Matt 10:7,8) Jesus said, ‘All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth’ (Matt 28:18)

Well, what happened? How come the apostles never managed to destroy the unclean spirits? The devil is still pretty much alive and kicking. All kinds of sickness and diseases are still with us. Free Will

We are told that God’s greatest gift to man is his free will. Indeed, we have the free will to obey God’s will. We are not free, however, to practice the virtues of free thought. Abortion - A woman's Priority

Abortion is a woman’s business. She is the one carrying the fetus inside her body. Abortion is neither the man’s business or the government’s business or the priestly business. It is, simply, the woman’s business.

For my part, as an atheist and a humanist, when it comes to the necessity of an abortion, I say, let the pregnant woman decide for herself. It is her decision. No one should decide for her.

In the meantime, if a fetus were already a human being, how come when there is a miscarriage there is no such thing as a funeral service or a Christian burial of

We are a Nothing

We are told that we are nothing compared to God, our creator. Well, if God created us in his own image and likeness, then God must be made of nothing too. Now it is said that we have intelligence, and therefore there must be intelligence greater than ours. Well, why not say, that God has intelligence, therefore there must be intelligence greater than His? So far as we know, there is no intelligence apart from matter. We cannot conceive of thought, except as produced by the human brain. Ah yes, the human brain – a three pound mass of gray matter you can hold in your hands that can imagine the existence of a God who created us out of nothing. Poch Suzara

Why Something

Why something rather than nothing? But has not something always been an absurdity? A nothing makes more sense than a something. A nothing does not suffer pain, poverty, misery, death and indeed, a nothing could never be the stupid victim of a silly nothing.

For my part, before I was born, for millions of years, I was better off. I was not a something, in fact, I was, happily, a total void - a nothing!

God as Protector

There is no evidence that God protects the believers any more than he rejects the unbelievers . When the TITANIC sunk, those who perished were not solely the wicked sinners. There was no distinction in the terrible disaster. Both the believers and unbelievers were damned to face death together with the damned vessel that only God could sink.

Well, this is in modern times. What about during the ancient times. Look how God protected his first creation – Adam and Eve from the lies and deceptions of the Talking Serpent – the devil – another of God’s creation.

Anti-Christ Movement in Israel

The term anti-Christ refers to those who deny the divinity of Jesus Christ, deny His Gospel as truth, or deny Jesus and his teachings. Catholic Caritas Manila

“I agree that it is quite difficult to preach on empty stomach. This is the reason why there is Caritas Manila, one of the largest charitable institutions in the Philippines. Parishes are involved in livelihood programs to uplift the quality of life of every Filipino.” The Catholic church earns more than ONE BILLION PESOS each and every month from its sale of religious junk alone in the Philippines. Tax free. At the same time, however, we do have millions of faithful believers in this poor and backward country who are so proud that the Catholic Church has also established Caritas Manila – one of the largest charitable institutions in the world. Well, charity comes from profit. How come the church has so much profit in that she can afford to be in the charity business? More than 15,000,000 ( million ) Filipino workers just these last decade alone have already migrated to some 168 foreign countries around the world in order to enjoy a better way of life. I ask: just exactly how has the quality of life of every Filipino been uplifted by the Catholic Church in the Philippines? As for the Hospicio de San Jose and parishes involved in livelihood programs to uplift the quality of life of every Pinoy and Pinay, how come we, as a people, are only getting poorer as the “Sick and Poor Children of Asia?" Happy and Perfect Earth

If a Creator could create a happy and a perfect place called “heaven,” why couldn’t the same Creator create as well a happy and perfect planet “earth.”

No Life after Death in the Bible

The Bible likens death to a deep sleep. David said: “Answer me, O LORD my God. Do
make my eyes shine, that I may not fall asleep in death.” (Psalm 13:3)

Moreover, just before he resurrected Lazarus, Jesus likened death to sleep.—John 11:11-14. Which brings up another question, if Jesus best friend Lazarus was going to a better place why bring him back to life on earth?

In the meantime, at death, the cerebral function ceases; there is no more thought process, no more reward, no more memory, no more knowledge, and no more access to this world. Death terminates the individual’s interaction with this physical dimension of existence.

So, I ask: if there were no more life after death how do we enjoy life as a reward after death in heaven or suffer in life after death punished in hell?

“After these things I heard a loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying, ‘Alleluia! Salvation and glory and honor and power to the Lord our God’ “ (Revelation 19:1).

As for me, as it turned out, the Indians, Chinese, Malaysians, Japanese, Indonesians, etc more than 3 BILLION OF THEM have never heard of Jesus; only the Philippines since the 16th century, and East Timor in 2002 have been frightened to believe that Jesus died on the cross to save a lot of Catholics - there have been more anti-Christ than pro-Christ in this world. Oh yes, I have read with much joy, pleasure, and gusto Howard Zinn’s A PEOPLE’s HISTORY OF THE UNITED STATES. I still do read it as it is one of my bedside books. As an American citizen, I have developed the greatest respect for Howard Zinn. He was indeed not only a great and a rare historian, but also a rare and an admirable American worthy of affection and emulation. Evil passions make Americans incapable of seeing the truth, and false beliefs afford excuses for evil passions. If we Americans were to maintain our sense of human decency throughout the world, we require both clear thinking and kindly feeling. Thank you Mr. Howard Zinn for giving us Americans more enlightenment to see more light in our world affairs. Indeed, to have the guts to be truthful and honest as you have been truthful and honest with your writings. My own end is near – just around the corner. If there is, however, life after death, I would like to meet and shake the hands of Howard Zinn alongside Bertrand Russell, Carl Sagan, Will Durant, Thomas Paine, and Jose Rizal. Otherwise, I don’t give two hoots for the hereafter if I am just to be mingling around with lesser beings like Moses, Jesus and his apostles, the bible writers Matthew, Luke, Mark, and John, or meet with Jaime Cardinal Sin, Archbishop of Manila, or to be with my La Salle grade school and high school teachers. Heaven has always been imagined as a place where no one needs to do any kind of thinking, only praying. Indeed, heaven is a place where no one has the need to do any kind of work. Jesus – Not Conversant with Bible Contents

Jesus, crucified on the cross with Barabas, a murderer and thief, but nevertheless a believer, said: “Lord, remember me when thou comest unto thy kingdom.” Jesus said unto him, verily, I say unto thee, Today shalt thou be with me in paradise.” Luke 23: 42-43

Obviously, Jesus did nor know what was already declared in the bible. In Eccl: 9:5, it clearly states: “The dead know not anything, neither have they any more a reward for the memory of them is forgotten.”

So if there were no life after death what paradise after death was Jesus talking about or promising a thief dying alongside with him?

Well, here’s more convoluted truth revealed in the bible: Just before he resurrected Lazarus, Jesus likened death to sleep. John 11:11-14. Which brings up another question, if the best friend of Jesus Lazarus was already dead and already enjoying eternal salvation in the kingdom of God, why from heaven bring him back to life on earth? THE SUCCESS OF CHRISTIANITY IN THE PHILIPPINES

According to the National Statistics Office, 3 Filipinos are born every minute of the day and night in the Philippines . That’s 180 Filipinos born hourly; 4,320 Filipinos born daily; 30,296 Filipinos born weekly; 129,600 Filipinos born monthly; and about 1,555,200 Filipinos born in the Philippines yearly . Among other things, what does this prove? It proves that our women, from grade school to high school to college, have been taught to believe that to get pregnant and to contribute to the population explosion is the greatest thing they can do for the development and progress of our country. Well, it also proves that most of our men even without wages are busy enjoying their job working in the baby factory. But then again, why is it that as our population is increasing, instead of growing richer as a people, we are only getting poorer as nation? Decent job opportunities are rarity in our country. The exodus of Filipinos for employment overseas continue daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly? What is wrong with our economy? Why it is unable to provide every single citizen of our country with adequate food, proper housing, public health and sanitation, and a better tomorrow? It is, indeed, easy to indoctrinate the Filipino to accept poverty as a way of Christian life and devotion. Especially to embrace poverty of the worst kind - the poverty of the mind and heart. All that is needed to be done is to teach our boys and girls at home, in school, in the streets, and in the slums of our major cities to believe and to have faith: 1. that God created the Filipino gifted with free will; 2. that only Jesus, the Jewish Son of God, can save the Filipino; 3. that we are free to obey the will of God, but not free to practice the virtues of free thought, self-respect, and dignity; 4. that we Filipinos have much to be grateful for because God will always provide for our women and children; 5. that it is more productive to be active in the sexual revolution than to be creative in the knowledge evolution; 6. that morality consists in obedience to the will of God even if nobody knows where God comes from; 7. that we must always have the courage to believe, but we must never have the courage to think; 8. that Christian charity does not mean the spread of more bread for prosperity. It only means more threat to spread more poverty in our sick society; 9. that biblical instruction is far more useful than scientific information technology transformation; 10. that if we hate not our mother and father, and hate not our wife and children, and yea, if we hate not our own life also – we cannot be the followers of Jesus; 11. that even if our government officials were all corrupt and wicked, it is all forgivable. For as long as they continue to love, worship, and adore God. 12. that in this only Christian country in Asia, even a God-fearing ex-convict can be qualified to be re-elected President of our Republic. 13. that the Black Nazarene sensationalism has plenty to do with mysticism; but also much profit for the priestly commercialism; 14. that in our sick society of the homeless, jobless, landless, and the moneyless - these are signs enough that our women must produce more and more babies for God's greater glory; 15. that in much wisdom is much grief; and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow; 16. that everybody is a nobody in our country including our own Jose Rizal. Except Jesus. Jesus is the way, the life, and truth for all Filipinos to follow and to obey; to think that Jesus was not a Filipino; 17. that it is easier for a poor camel to enter the eye of a needle than for a rich Filipino to enter the gates of heaven; 18. that God will always love us, will always protect us for as long as we have faith in his power, in his kingdom, and in his glory; 19. that organized crimes is less destructive and the power of organized prayer rallies is more constructive in our sick society; 20. that the good Christian life must always be founded upon the love of fear and devotion to ignorance because the wisdom of the world is foolishness with God. For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent. My dear reader, what I am saying is that we need not look far or wide in order to understand why we are the “Sick Children of Asia .” We have only to look closer at the failure of our education under the success of Christianity in the Philippines. Let's look closer at our own ignorance especially as it prevents its own enlightenment. From the historical perspective, what good did it do us Filipinos to get the colonizers thrown out of our shores – the Spaniards, the Americans, the Japanese during World War 11, including Marcos and his gang of thieves? As a matter of historical fact, those colonizers were all a bunch of midget monsters. What is still here with us today is the giant monster that subjugated the Filipino by conquering the Philippines in the 16th century. Such an evil monster now owns and controls most of what is called “the Philippines ” in this 21st century. I am referring to the gigantic monstrosity well-established in our sick society popularly known as CHRISTIANITY! I said it before, and I say it again: if we Filipinos have neither the ability to think for ourselves; nor have the capacity to love one another; and especially to love our own country, we have only Christianity and its destructive teachings to blame totally. And as soon as we discard Christianity and its harmful values and childish beliefs out of our system of education, then and only then can there be real hope for the Philippines. If we could only produce not 3 Filipino babies every minute of the day and night, but precisely produce 3 fryers and broilers, 3 cows, 3 pigs, 3 goats, 3 carabaos, 3 deers, 3 sheeps, 3 tons of abaca, 3 tons of fruits, 3 tons of onions and garlic, 3 tons of rice and corn every minute of the day and night - we need not worry about "globalization" as a complex issue.

The Devil in Christianity

In Christianity, the Devil is named Satan, sometimes Lucifer. He is a fallen angel who rebelled against God, and is now roaming the Earth. He is identified by Christians with the serpent in the Garden of Eden, whose lies led to original sin and the need for Jesus Christ's redemption. He is also identified as the Accuser of Job, the tempter of the Gospels, and the dragon in the Book of Revelation. Traditionally, Christians have understood the Devil to be the author of lies and promoter of evil. Many liberal Christians view the devil metaphorically[1]. It should be noted, however, that much of this history is not biblical; instead, it is a post-medieval Christian reading of the scriptures influenced by medieval and pre-medieval Christian popular mythology.

Whatever the case may be, isn’t it getting more and more obvious that you Christians, more than a billion of you as an army in this world today with your powerful God and wonderful Son of God Jesus together have dismally failed to put an end to the existence of the stupid devil – the promoter of lies and deception? Indeed, you are all the losers and the failures in the war against evil.

What is wrong with you people? What kind of a God do you people love, worship, and adore? A God who cannot even handle a simple problem like putting an end to the existence of silly, if not a childish devil? Golly, God could kill you, could kill me, and could kill our parents and grandparents and could kill the rest of our loved ones, but God could not kill the devil? Why? is the devil really another supernatural moron?

The Human Brain

The mammalian side of brain, an amazingly complicated product of evolution, created God? But then again, there is also the reptilian side of the brain. It too was created by the devil? For my part I say, nature created the brain. The brain created fear. Fear created both God and the devil. The former as a projection of ourselves; the latter as a projection of our enemies. Let’s ask a deeper question. Does it matter? Humanity has a penchant for creating abstract forces that, for all of their actual nonexistence, wield power and get things done. First we created communities, then tribes, then governments, and nations that created the army, navy, and air force. From absolutely nothing, we have created conceptual entities that have reshaped the world and the way we live. Would a real existing God and his partner the devil who created all these for us make any sense at all? In the ultimate analysis, I say, there exists, no doubt, bigger entities and higher power than we are and that we must always embrace with truth, love, and respect: - I mean - our family, our country, and indeed, this planet, our world. The Son Know Not His Father

One would think that as the Son of God Jesus could have easily disclosed to his hearers, followers, and disciples - everything there is to know - the real nature of the existence of God - His Father. So how come the existence of God is still a mystery? Is God a He or a She or an It? Why is God a Father and not a Mother? Even the theologians know nothing worthwhile about such a Being? T

The most Jesus admitted was that "I and my father are one." In the meantime, God's existence is still perpetual mystery which is really a euphemism for stupidity. Jesus – the Jewish Savior of Filipinos

In John 2: 13-17 - Jesus found in the temple courts people selling oxen and sheep and doves, and the money changers sitting at tables. So he made a whip of cords and drove them all out of the temple, with the sheep and the oxen. He scattered the coins of the money changers and overturned their tables. To those who sold the doves he said, “Take these things away from here! Do not make my Father’s house a marketplace!”

Great Monuments

I ask: if what truly matters in the end is treasures in heaven, what do the poor gain if treasures were given to them on this earth? Here, however, is another mystery: if the kingdom is not of this world, John 18:36, if there were already existing a perfect heaven, why would Jesus promise that when he makes his Second Coming He will insure peace and happiness in this world that will last for a thousand years? Oh Jesus, My Sweet Jesus

It is incredible to believe that in this 21st century, 15,000,000 (million) Pinoys and Pinays have already migrated to some 168 countries around the world. A lot of these places are non-Christian countries. Our workers overseas are now enjoying not only the higher standard of living, but also the higher standard of thinking.

Well, for my part, I find it painful to believe that the Filipino is the poorest people on this earth. Even the Philippines – is no longer his own country. In Heaven

No need to do anything in heaven. It is a perfect place and therefore utterly boring. No need to sleep. No need to wake up. No need to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. No need to do the dishes. No need for sex, or go to the bathroom, or dress up, or comb your hair, or make-up, or clean up, or take a shower, or watch TV, or read books, or go to your computer, or walk a dog, or drive your child to school, or go to church, or cook a meal, or go shopping, or have your motor vehicle checked for maintenance.

Soldiering

We are told that soldiering is like writing, teaching, preaching, faith-healing, or trading. But what gives the soldier nobility is this: only he pledges to die for his country.

No doubt, a soldier has the courage to die in the battlefield. Sadly, however, he has no courage to ask what it is exactly he is told to give up his life for.

We are Sick even in Death

Look how we all have been taught during our formative yearws to look forward after death to meeting only God, Jesus, Mary and Joseph, Moses and all the rest of the famous characters in the bible written not by Filipinos, but by Jewish authors. Never, however, are we ever to entertain the thought that we might again be re-united with our mother and father, grandparents, brothers and sisters, wife and children, and other relatives and friends and associates in the hereafter. They are more comforting, if not more soothing, and easier to grasp. Love

Ever since I became an atheist, I began to stop hating myself. In fact, I gradually learned to love myself. So much so that I have no need of lies and deceptions to make me happy, or to make me feel that life has meaning or is worth living. The gods of the Kangaroos

If kangaroos had gods they would look like kangaroos. No kangaroo can conceptualize beyond its own limits or its own being. A kangaroo cannot think or imagine beyond the experience of a kangaroo.

Despite our human pretensions, this is also true of human beings. We human beings have gods, and they look and act remarkably like us human beings.

For my part, I envy the kangaroos. They never have to multiply and replenish the earth with kangaroos that need to go to grade school, high school, and to go for a college education to learn how to love and worship and adore a god Kangaroo. Poch Suzara

Celebrating the Love for Holy Baloney

We can very well disagree with the doctrines and get confused over dogmas of the church such as the Holy Trinity. We still, however, have faith enough to celebrate them. In other words, we love to be the victims of lies, not the masters of the truth.

Or, “Oh God, dear God, we don’t even care if you exist or not. Whether or not you do there is nothing you can do that can make us stop loving you”.

Such are the helpless victims celebrating not the love of self or the love for one another, but the love for holy non-existing baloney.

The religious morons of our sick country are unhappy with me. Especially when I say that there are 10 million single mothers in the Philippines today earning a living by prostitution to support their children.

The same religious people, however, will be happy with me, if I lower my estimate to, say, only 10 thousand single mothers in the Philippines today earning a living by prostitution to support their children.

As if our perpetual poverty as a people, and eternal insanity as a nation will make any difference as to the true statistics in just exactly how many single mothers there are struggling to survive earning a living by prostitution to support their children in the Philippines.

In the ultimate analysis, I ask: who really gives a damn as to what is happening to our women as we are a nation?

A College-Educated Moron

A college-educated moron writes and says: “I am not against atheist. My father was an atheist almost all his life but was baptized and receive Christ in the Holy Eucharist in his last few days on earth. He was just enlightened because he can no longer defend his atheism. Poch is his own worst enemy. No need to destroy him because he is doing it well by himself.” No kidding? Did your father ever read to you verses and chapters as guiding principles written in the holy bible that made us the Sick Children of Asia? Indeed, made us believe that since Jesus is coming anyway, no need to love our country and to love each other as we are all Filipinos since there will be a better world to come with Jesus later after death in heaven under the management of the Chosen People of God - In the meantime, for my part, as I am myself a publicly declared theist, if I find myself one day about to be baptized and about to receive Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist in my last few days on this earth – believe me – I would rather kill myself first. Jesus Christ was not even a fellow-Filipino. He was a Jew born in a foreign land that never even got to be a Catholic country. Israel today is still a Jewish State! So what's this religious malarkey that I need not be destroyed because I am already destroying myself? My dear man, the day we are born is the very same day we begin to live in a dying body! Wake up, my dear man!! Is it so hard for you to face the reality that we were all born as non-believers of the faith? We were all born as atheists. No child comes out of his or her mother’s womb believing in a God or in the Son of God Jesus. No child has a religion. Well, since I was born an atheist, the least I could do is to die one day as an atheist too. I say, if we must die, let us die with self-respect and dignity. Let us die sober, and not drunk with religious lies or drugged with sacramental deceptions? Australia and Philippines Compared

Australia was colonized some 200 years by some of the finest felons, thieves, muggers, alcoholics, prostitute, atheists and agnostics and freethinkers; in fact, a strain of depravity, if not a parade of British banditry. But look how they all contributed greatly to this country's amazing vigour in growth and due development as a nation of laws, self-respect, and human dignity.

Australians today have the finest, cleanest, and highly organized cities. The greatest of health and sanitation system. Scientific and creative system of education. A hard working government. It enjoys one of the highest per capita income in the world. A decent standard of living and indeed thinking for the Australian people, by the Australian people, and of the Australian people.

The Philippines was colonized by a bunch of Catholic friars and Catholic Spanish soldiers some 400 years ago. Look at the Philippines today. All of our cities are among the dirtiest and disorganized. In fact, our streets are no longer streets, but have been converted into baby factories. We have no health and sanitation. system. We have no government of, by, or for the people, but only a government for the corrupt officials, by the corrupt officials, and of the corrupt officials. Our system of education is around 100 years backward. Filipinos still come out of schools, colleges, and universities more prepared for the next life than prepared to be a productive and creative citizen of the Republic of the Philippines.

We Filipinos are still so poor as a people and still so backward as a nation. As the only Christian country of Asia since the 16th century, we still believe in the power of prayer and that God will provide for us even as we have already become famous as the Sick Children of Asia.

In the meantime, in this already 21st century, is there hope for the Philippines for a better future? Yes, there is. But only as soon as we stop this childish nonsense of hating one another down here for the love a God up there. Or to put more bluntly, it is time we seriously attend to our sense of common human decency by discarding away that superstition otherwise more traditionally known as “divinity,” or “holy trinity,” or “Christianity,” or “El Shaddai malarkey,” or “Jesus is Lord Movement baloney,” or "Dating Daan" biblical hogwash.

Indeed, let us, instead, love the Philippines - our country. It is the only country we have as Filipinos. Poch Suzara

Single Filipina Mothers

There are about 10 millions single mothers in the Philippines today. Most of them proud of their achievement. Specially as their children, live and play in the streets of our major cities, sick and dirty as they are. Most of these single mothers are poor. They support themselves and their malnourished children by means of prostitution. Others have to work as housemaids or cooks or waitresses. Still others earn a living by working as hospitality girls in night clubs owned by foreigners; or work as helpers, and assistants in Beach resorts throughout the country owned by foreigners; or work in hotels owned by foreigners; or just work for a pimp or a policeman or a taxi driver to earn a few pesos a night. Tell them that they are among the worst criminals on this earth and they get shocked. They will insist that there is nothing wrong in carrying on an unwanted pregnancy. That there is nothing wrong with producing three (3) babies every minute of the day and night, or 1.8 millions babies yearly in the Philippines . Most of these children are potential members of the Catholic church, Iglesia ni Cirsto, El Shaddai, Jesus is Lord Movement members, Opus Dei, etc. The Catholic church and her Christian allies urges the Pinays to multiply regardless of the consequences. They are even told that productive motherhood is really in the end a virtue, and replenishing the Philippines with more babies even if unwanted is a sacred duty. In spite of population explosion the Pinays have 4 or 7 or 8 children not for society’s sake, but for the glory of God in heaven. The right to propagate, no doubt, is a freedom; but like all freedoms, when exercised by ignorance, is inimical to human welfare that generates an insane society. In the meantime, the Pinoys, as products of our schools, colleges, and universities have been taught to believe that no matter what they do for Pinays, with Pinays, against the Pinays, or just take advantage of their child-like qualities – there is always God up there who will always take care of them. Indeed, God will always provide for them. But that God will also always forgive us Pinoys of the sin of sexual stupidity, if not forgive us of the crime of social perversity. Poch Suzara

Manny Pacquiao

He claims that his being boxing champion of the world is due to his having a special relationship with God. And yet, just as much as there are no atheists in a foxhole, there are also no atheists in the boxing ring. There are only the faithful believers fighting it out against other faithful believers. For my part, I imagine the greatest good Manny Pacquiao can do for the millions of Filipinos who admire him. For the sake of self-respect as a people and dignity as a nation, he could tell all of us that his being boxing champion of the world today had only to do with “hard work, training, discipline, and dedication to a chosen career down here. It has nothing whatsoever to do with a Jewish God up there who was born in Israel some 2,000 years ago." In the meantime, instead of augmenting the better quality of life with moral, physical, and intellectual courage for the average Filipino, Manny Pacquiao is only augmenting the worse - greed, selfishness, cruelty, social insanity, not to mention political stupidity specially for the sake of a silly divinity in our spiritually twisted and morally distorted country. Mayon Volcano

22 out of the 37 volcanos in the Philippines are active. Mayon Volcano is the most active. It has erupted at least 50 times since documentation began in 1616. Its worst eruption buried in mud Cagsawa town that killed 1,200 people in 1814. Another eruption in 1993 killed more than 70 family of farmers. Mayon erupted again in 2006 killing poor and innocent people.

Any day now, most probably its biggest, greatest, and the most devastating explosion will occur. Just exactly like the sinking of the Titanic, Mayon Volcano will also kill both the faithful believers and the unbelievers of the faith.

In the meantime, in Genesis, it says that when God created the world, He saw that it was “good.” Can any of you religious morons really believe the destructive holy baloney from such a silly creative divinity? Poch Suzara

The Sick Children of Asia

In the last analysis, there is really no such thing as the “Sick Man of Asia.” I have been wrong all along. I stand corrected. What is more truthful to say, however, is that we are the “Sick Children of Asia .” Indeed, in this already 21st century, look how we Filipinos continue to have more faith, more love, and more admiration for Jesus Christ, born in a foreign country than we do even know who or what our own Jose Rizal lived and died for our country? Indeed, Rizal as the greatest of Filipino thinker-humanist-scientist. How sick are we as the Sick Children of Asia ? Look deep at Jesus Christ and his teachings. And then look deeper at our Jose Rizal and his teachings. Here is Jesus Christ who taught family values for the Filipinos: “If any man come to me and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.” Luke 14:26 Now listen carefully to what our Jose was saying about values for the family, and about human dignity and self-respect: “I would like the Filipino to be Brilliant, Enlightened, Intelligent, and Progressive.” Do you faitheists now understand now why Christian power and authority had to have our Jose Rizal arrested, incarcerated, and then publicly executed? Jose Rizal had been saying that Christianity thrives not on love, but on fear and guilt. They are the fundamental emotions that Christianity seeks to induce. For all of its alleged concern for the “poor in spirit,” Christianity does its best to perpetuate spiritual poverty, squalor, and social misery. Not to mention political stupidity. In the ultimate analysis, with its emphasis on punishment and reward in the afterlife, Christianity is largely responsible for the notion that morality, common human decency under social sanity are not practical, and has little to do or should have nothing to do with being “Brilliant, Enlightened, Intelligent, and Progressive.” Thus, in this already 21st century, Christianity in the Philippines carries on with so much wealth, power, and glory. Love Destroyed

It is sad to see love in our modern world often destroyed not by unfaithfulness, or by a 3rd party intrusion, but simply due to the gospel of work and economic success. It happens especially when both man and woman in love together allow one or the either to get busily embroiled within that universal scramble for money.

Between man and woman whom there is love, they both succeed or fail together, but when they hate each other the success of either is the failure of the other.

In the meantime, what is even more painful is that with enough money already saved, we continue to suffer from poverty of the worst kind – the poverty of the mind and heart.

Despite economic success, life is still empty; still devoid of intellectual substance; still bereft of the good life – one inspired by love and guided by knowledge.

How petty, selfish, insecure, greedy, stupid, insane, and needlessly frightened should we be? Poch Suzara

Death in the Bible

“For the fate of the sons of men and the fate of the beasts is the same; as one dies, so dies the other; they all have the same breath, and man has no advantage over the beasts; for all is vanity. All go to one place; all are from dust, and all turn to dust again." Ecclesiastes, 3:19-20.

In other words, my dear reader, if there were life after death, it will not be the life of man or the life of beasts. It will be the life of dust.

In the meantime, if God created man in his own image and likeness, and man in the end will just turn into dust for all eternity, then God must be made of Dust too. Now can you really imagine yourselves praying to a supernatural Dust for the salvation of your silly, dusty, impoverished souls? Poch Suzara

Contradictions in the Bible

God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? Or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? Numbers 23:19

And it repented the Lord that he has made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. And the Lord said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast. And the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.” Genesis 6: 6-7

God apparently forgot that after creation, he admitted that what he saw was all good. Genesis1:21

Yes, I agree with you there is the reality of hope, peace, love and joy to experience. In the meantime, it is sad, isn't it, everybody wants to go to
heaven one day, but nobody wants to die at any day.

My friend, may I suggest you read the bible. The majority of Filipinos
including our own parents, grandparents, and great-parents, not to mention
our teachers in school, and professors in college - have had no inklings
whatsoever as to what are the real contents published the holy bible –
a book written by so-called inspired authors of God.

In the meantime, yes, you are right - Jesus is real. So real that even the
highest to the lowest officials that are corrupt in our corrupt government
all love worship, and adore Jesus. And why not? After all, who will forgive
them of their sins against divinity, and forgive them of their crimes against

Filipino parents are so eager, if not so excited to enroll their children to school. However, they would find it needless, if not utterly boring to check what values and beliefs are being taught to the nation's children in school. It is all taken for granted.

A college-educated individual wrote to tell me that I am wasting my time studying the works of Bertrand Russell. That the pursuit of the truth is really a waste of time at any time. Bertrand Russell’s relevance is still quite translucent, if not obvious. Bertrand Russell continues to challenge us to destroy all false beliefs and illusions that keep us away from being totally free in thought and action and to gain more self-respect and dignity. He challenges us to think about war, and why we must all create a safe, peaceful world. Dying and Sleeping

I may fear dying, but I am not afraid of death; neither am I afraid of sleep. Sleep is a morsel of death. I go for it. I get to the exercise. In fact, without realizing it, I am rehearsing for death while sleeping every night. The fear of death is a useless fear. After all, the day we are born is the day we also begin to live in a dying body.

Our Political Candidates

If one is an atheist and a candidate, he does not qualify to become president of the Republic of the Philippines. To begin with, his allegiance must first be to God, and second only, if at all, to our country. Our politicians believe and have faith in what the bible as the Word of God, says: “Render unto Caesar the things which are Caesar’s, and unto God the things that are God’s.” Matt. 22:21. Well, fortunately, the best way to acquire the forgiveness of the sin of corruption, is to render first to God and to hell with rendering the rest in our sick country. In Philippine politics today, as it has been past decades, no one can be elected to a government office unless he is a member of the church. It is considered a mark of moral character and patriotism. No politician would ever admit to being an unbeliever of the faith. To admit to being an atheist is the end of any political career. Knowledge versus Ignorance

Ignorance prevents its own enlightenment. Thanks, however, to the great religions of the world ignorance is not a local, but a global phenomenon. Look how the great majority of mankind has been intimidated to study the Word of God instead of the Works of God. A great many people throughout the world believe as true in a lot of religious nonsense. Where what would suffice for world peace and sanity is simply the belief in common sensibility. Indeed, common sense that tells us all the great religions of the world are baseless and mindless. Indeed, our loyalty to humanity should make more sense than our loyalty for silly divinity! “The good life,” wrote Bertrand Russell, “is one inspired by love and guided by knowledge.’ Being guided by love of knowledge we can make our future what we wish it to be. Indeed, in life, we will always find what we are looking for. What we can conceive, we can achieve. When we realize that our present character, our present status in life, our present ability or disability, our present health or the lack of it are all the result of past methods of thinking, we shall begin to have some conceptions of the value of education, indeed, the power of knowledge. As the Sick Man of Asia in this already 21st century living in a hopeless, directionless, if not aimless nation - HELLO you millions of college educated Christians! In the meantime, a nation that believes there is a better world to come out there after death is not likely to give attention to the needs of the next generation. Look back my dear reader. As religious victims of stupid religion remember how our parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents would rather love God up there by ignoring the future of our good country down here? That my dear reader is exactly the same attitude millions of Filipinos hold with much faith today about the future of our country. Amongst them are the “high officials” running the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of our Philippine government. Not one of them is a humanist or a freethinker, but silly MAKA-DIOS! Faith in Christ

Well, take a good look at us Filipinos. The only Christians in all of Asia walking with Christ since the 16th century? Aside from being poor spiritually as a people, bankrupt morally as a nation, look how we continue to have faith in Christ even as we are only getting more famous as the Sick Man of Asia in this already 21st century.

Now take a good and hard look at Bethlehem – the place where Christ of Nazareth was born. It never got to be converted into a Catholic community. It is still part of a Jewish State. Poch Suzara

The Tree of Good and Evil

The bible clearly disclosed about the existence of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. Genesis 2: 9, 16-17 For Christ’s sake, can any of you religious faithfools tell me where exactly can I find that tree existing anywhere in the world today? All kinds of trees existing then have survived during all these past centuries. So how come that one particular TREE of knowledge of Good and Evil no longer exists? It has vanished? Is it possible it had already died and is now enjoying eternal plantation in the kingdom of God in heaven? Poch Suzara

God Bless You Holy Baloney

My dear reader, have you ever met any one who enjoys peace and love, security and prosperity and felicity – because he or she has been blessed by a divinity? Obviously this “God Bless you” holy baloney is based on a lot of celestial malarkey. Indeed, “God Bless You” is all about a religious phooey resulting in nothing except the need to pray for more God bless you hooey-chopsuey! In our sick society with sick values and sick beliefs, we are not the master, but the sick victims of religion. We are vulnerable to charlatans, crackpots, bible thumpers, saps, jerks, insane teachers and professors, dishonest priests, and corrupt politicians - the superstitious primitives of our day. My Younger Years

I love the Philippines. I love it enough not to leave
it but to change it. I want my country back from those
who stole it still ruling and dominating it - Christianity - the greatest destroyer of human minds and human hearts. Consider, in this day and age, in our schools, colleges, and universities, we are still taught to believe that we can and must endure this life’s trials because there is a better life to come after death in the next world.

I can still feel the pain today as I witnessed yesterday as a boy seeing my parents, grandparents, and great grand mother together with all other relatives just like the rest of the millions of fellow-Filipinos. We would all be looking up to a God up there by looking down on one another down here right in our own poor and backward country - the Philippines. Indeed, we were always more proud to identify ourselves as Catholics; hardly, however, would we feel the joy of publicly declaring that we are also Filipino citizens of our beloved country.
