Can Faith Move the Mountain of Stupidity

If the Catholic church has built Western civilization - how come the same Catholic church has never been able to built civilization in the Philippines - the only Catholic country in Asia since the 16th century? Are we Filipinos civilized as a people? No kidding? How come under Catholic teachings we Filipinos still do not know how to love one another as a people; nor do we have the knowledge on how to develop ourselves as a strong and independent nation. We only know how to pray and wait for a Savior. We only know how to love God up there by hating one another down here? We only know how to go to heaven after death and to hell with life on this earth after birth! In the meantime, if we have the knowledge on how to move mountain, then surely we have no need of faith to move mountain. Since the 16h century however - the Catholic church is still teaching us Filipinos to believe that only faith and faith alone can move mountain! Well, we are already in the 21st century? While those active at hallucinating are known as the "crack-pots," "faith-healers," or, in the Philippines, more known as "the chief Justice of the Supreme Court" or "senators," "congressmen," "governors," and "mayors?" Happy Old Age

I got to be 76 years old this year. Friends and relatives are wondering why I am, as ever, still bullish against insane religion that's keeping us Filipinos spiritually poor as a people; and morally backwar as a nation! Indeed, both religion and politics in cahoots together keeping us Filipinos deprived away from the wonders of science only to stay famous as the Sick Man of Asia! Well, old age, like any other age, is the time to struggle away from silly biblical revelation. It is time to be involved with intelligent evolution. Indeed, human life on this earth should be about the struggle for humanity to enjoy human decency locally and to enjoy terrestrial sanity globally. SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE

If you believe that there is a separation of Church and State in the Philippines, you might as well also believe in the existence of the separation between insanity and stupidity. As a matter of historical fact, the union of Church and State in the Philippines is just like a good Catholic marriage: what God has united, let no man put asunder,-till death do us part. Both the Church and State protect each other, the former with forgiveness of sins and the latter with tax exemption laws. The job of the State is to keep the people living in ignorance. The job of the Church is to keep the people living in fear. Combine the two horrors inextricably together and we have what is known as Christian values and beliefs more known as the government off, buy, and fool the people under the slogan that it is MORE FUN AND SAFE IN THE PHILIPPINES. Indeed, the separation of Church and State in the Philippines is more than just a farce and a fraud, but also a charade of lies, --a parade of deceptions. Look seriously at our senators as judges in the impeachment trial to dump the Chief Justice Renato Corona out of office for betrayal of public trust and culpable violation of the Constitution. They start the trial not as leaders of our country, but like sinners themselves with prayer to God for the forgiveness of their sins and crimes. The need for religion in the Philippines will end when we Filipinos in our schools are taught to be strong and sensible enough to govern ourselves not as religious fanatic Catholics or what-not, but as self-respecting Filipinos, i.e., who believe in the power of reason and not believe in words written long time ago, by ignorant men who did not know what we know today and in all probability were influenced by the barbarity of a primitive age. Meanwhile, our officials in the Philippine government and the church hierarchy have always enjoyed an illicit secret affair together. They have illegitimate children otherwise more popularly known as "politicians" of the State, and the "theologians" of the Church. Such "leaders" are never lively with intelligent power of ideas for growth and maturity. They are only deadly with the power of daily prayer producing nothing but an obnoxious odor in the air - the bad smell of the Philippines dying as the Sick Nation of Asia. Hypocrisy and indifference to truth make corruption acceptable as part of our national defects. It is sad to see our government officials in cahoots with church officials devote so much faith in increasing and justifying such traditional nonsense. I said it before, I say it again: our leaders drunk with power are destitute of wisdom, and so long as they enjoy the glory of popularity - our country will be devoid of sanity and beauty on the one hand; and, on the other hand, filled with more of the same old misery and poverty perpetually. In the meantime, while there is more creativity in diversity, there is nothing but stupid religiosity in uniformity. And what we have in our sick country is the sick uniformity even in the art of bribery. We have yet to see our way clear that the bribe-giver is no worse than the bribe-taker because there is always in between, the bribe-fixer! There is also the fun of vote-buying, vote-selling, and vote block fixing. Indeed, again, when it comes to the life of crime and sin, graft and corruption - IT IS MORE FUN AND SAFE IN THE PHILIPPINES. There is a tremendous need for the rehabilitation of our damaged nation. If we ever hope to succeed in our revolution against political illusion, against religious delusion, and against social confusion - we must first see to it that there is no more divine revelation at the foundation of our sick and corrupt system of education. No more Immaculate Misconception; no more public prayer transformation; no more revealed Truth that has never been revealed. We need only science and technology and the wonders of its lively evolution. Millions of Filipinos ask: is there hope for our country? My answer is Yes, but first we must allow the nation's youth to learn during their formative years in school to believe not in a weird foreigner more known as Jesus, our alleged savior, but rather to believe instead in living decent life inspired by love of country and guided by the power of knowledge. Indeed, to feel the pleasures of mental growth and positive material achievement, to live, to learn and to love,- happy, generous, and expansive; thoughtful when others are happy, and even more thoughtful when others are not. These beauties should be permanent fixtures in the hearts and minds of our nation's youth after they go through many years of education in our schools, colleges, and universities. In the ultimate analysis, if we can set aside intellectual cowardice against the courage of ideas, there is much more to hope for our country. Indeed, it is high time for us Filipinos to accept the challenge to work for ourselves as a people. After all, this world is the only world we have. The only world where we can, here and now, create a paradise for ourselves as thinking people happy and proud of our existence with self-respect and dignity not as frightened Catholics, but as brave citizens of our Republic. Filipinos Living and Working in foreign countries

Australia was founded 200 years ago by British convicts and heretics. Look at Australia today - one of the most progressive countries in the civilized world today. The Philippines was founded 400 years ago by Spanish friars all of them Catholics. Look at the Philippines today - the poorest spiritually, backward morally, and socially insane - country in all of Asia today. The ticklish part about this historical tidbit is the painful fact that tens of thousands of Filipinos have already migrated to Australia. They are enjoying in Australia a higher standard of living and indeed - thinking. And yet, these Filipinos are still in the habit of praying to God to "give us this day our daily bread, and to "lead us not into temptation." Also praying daily to Mary, Mother of God, to pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death, amen." Thus, millions of Filipinos in the Philippines have absolutely nothing to learn from Filipinos living and working in Australia blessed with the power of human knowledge on how to achieve growth as a people, and maturity as a nation. I said it before, I say it again: if only Filipinos, living and working today in some 198 countries around the world would only learn the ways and means from such countries. Especially in matters of good government, culture, employment, work ethics, discipline, art of learning, system of education, health as a people, and wealth as nation, etc, and pass on such knowledge back home - the Philippines could sooner catch up in the race for human civilization, instead of just being still historically stuck in the rat-race for eternal salvation. In the meantime, for the glory of God up there, we Filipnos are active with FREE WILL than we are creative and productive with GOOD WILL for our country down here. So - The Biblical God had Sons!!! If the Bible is "God's word" and "God's word" says the Sons of God - then Jesus Christ was NOT God's only son.

Genesis 6:3 God's spirit shall not always strive with man because he is flesh, yet, man shall live 120 years. What? God will eventually desert man? In 1900 AD, the average life-span of human beings in the United States of America was 47.3 years. Then, in 1995, it was 76.3 years. Jeannie Calment of France died in 1997 at 121 years of age. With extreme exception, how can the Bible be considered accurate?

Genesis 6:4 The Titans (the fallen ones) were on Earth in those days and also later. The sons of God had come on to the daughters of man and had fathered them. The Titans were the mightiest ones who ever existed, men of renown.

Who were God’s sons, the Titans? Did they turn against God? Did that cause them to be the fallen ones? Does this explain where Cain’s wife, maybe a fallen one, came from?

Sons of God? Does God, have gender, sex organs? The Sons of God obviously had sex organs to have intercourse with human women? If they were God's son's, did God have sex organs also? Frightened Believers

Frightened believers tell me that they believe in God because it "gives life meaning"and that God loves me as He created me! Well, during my youthful years, I too believed in God. However, I hardly felt life's meaning; on the contrary, I felt the burden of guilt that crippled my mind and heart. The terror made me live uselessly like a frightened subservient moron. I only loved divinity up there. I did not give a hoot for humanity nor had I any kind of love for my country down here. Under the influence of great fear, like a good soldier, I had the courage to die gallantly in battle; but I had no courage at all to question what it was really that I will die for. In brief, on all the important subjects - I was educated to never think for myself. In fact, I was warned to read not the bible. Well, I did and began to see slowly and to learn gradually the lies and deceptions - the illusion, confusion, and delusion that characterizes Filipino life spiritually impoverished in the Philippines. In the ultimate analysis, I managed, somehow, to save myself from being just another Sick Man of Asia. Indeed, at the age of 14 I slowly began to appreciate not only the sanity, but also the beauty and the dignity behind atheism. For the most part, we live in a world of extreme poverty, hunger, and preventable diseases. Today, in this already 21st century, more than 800 Million people are still without access to safe drinking water, and more than 1 Billion people live without sanitation facilities. And to think that the bible says proudly that "God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have life everlasting." John 3:16 Well, I asked it before, I ask it again of God: WHY NOT JUST SIMPLY LOVE OUR WORLD WITHOUT THE BULLSHIT STRING ATTACHED TO SUCH LOVE? The poorest people in Asia are the Filipinos. Spiritually, morally, politically, and technologically. We atheists stand for inquiry and doubt. We stand for logic and sound empirical method. Hitler's Holocaust in Germany - a CHRISTIAN COUNTRY

The Holocaust was a tragic event in history. Approximately 11 million lives were lost because of cruel racial prejudice. During the first half of the 20th century, the Nazi party, led by Adolf Hitler, ( a Catholic ) encouraged prejudice against Jews and other "undesirables" such as gypsies, homosexuals, the mentally ill, or physically disabled; those not of the "Aryan" race. The Nazis developed "The Final Solution", a plan to get rid of all the Jews. They decided the most efficient way of doing this was to set up camps to exterminate their existence so they would not pass on their genes and disrupt the Nazis' quest for the perfect race. The Nazis also set up ghettos, where Jews would live in the most horrible conditions. Jewish children soon could not go to schools with the other German children. Jewish businesses were forced to close, Jewish temples were burned and vandalized. Though the Nazis did not achieve their goal, they managed to kill 5-6 million Jews (and a further 5 million other victims) in cruel, sadistic, inhumane acts and murders. Remember these Jewish people were God's Chosen people and so, how come God, always omni-present, did not bother to save his Chosen people?

Jesus chose twelve losers and failures of His the community to help him save the world. If I may add, Physicist Stephen Hawking is one of most fortunate, if not one of the luckiest men of science. As a boy in his formative years, his parents never enrolled him in a Catholic school. There to also get his mind damaged and his heart crippled as a human being to learn to be just another sick man of this world who has nothing going for him except the Catholic promise that there is a better world to come after death.

Please Forgive my Father God

Who Cares Who Wrote the Bible

Does it really matter if the bible was written by God or written by inspired authors of God since neither God nor his authors knew exactly what they were doing or talking about?

For example, in the Old Testament, God had sons and daughters. In the New Testament God had Jesus - his one and only begotten son.

The bible is mostly about holy lies and sacred deceptions; in brief, mostly about ancient holy garbage to impress the superstitious primitives of the ancient world. Poch Suzara

Original Sin or Orignal Booboos

And it repented the Lord that He had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at

No kidding? God was sorry? God repented to whom? God was fallible? Did not this God admit, right here, that He made a mistake? How many righteous child-abusers have also admitted that they made a mistake by their having children?

If you can hurt or damage or offend the sun as it is one million times bigger and stronger and all mighty and powerful than the existence of the planet earth - would you not be proud of yourself? The Need to go and to be With God

Dust Thou Art as Written in the Sick holy Bible.

The bible clearly states: “From dust thou art, and from dust thou shall return.” . . . Well, if we came from dust, and unto dust we shall return, and God made man in his own image and likeness, then God must be made of dust too. . . No wonder, God is everywhere, just like dust is everywhere too. In the meantime, isn't it rather foolish to pray to a piece of dust for the salvation of souls made of dust too? . . . The same sick bible tells us: "The living know they shall die; and the dead know not anything, neither have they anymore a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten." Eccl. 9:5... and here is more sick nonsense from Jesus himself who obviously never seriously read the the bible. He said to the thief crucified along side him: "Verily, I say unto thee, Today shalt thou be with me in paradise." Luke 23:43. What a lucky thief. God's Love for Americans and Filipinos

This is the difference between love of God for Americans in America, and the love of God for Filipinos in the Philippines:

In America, there exists more than 50 million "garbage disposal machines" that eat up better, more nutritious, left-over food discarded away from American tables.

In the Philippines, more than 50 million of us Filipinos live so poorly that we have nothing going for us except the promise of the Catholic Church that there is a better world to come after we are all dead, buried, and gone. Poch Suzara

Truth as a Bottomless Abyss

it is not a knowable issue. But if we cannot know God at all, how can we be truthful that the God we love, worship, and adore is a Catholic, Jewish, or a Muslim God? In the meantime, the universe is a mystery. Why therefore should we trouble
our brains by inventing another mystery to explain the existence of the universe? The universe is a knowable entity. More and more each day science is discovering the real nature of the existence of the universe. We know more today than our grandparents knew yesterday. Our grandchildren tomorrow will now more than we know today as their grandparents. In the meantime, Japanese Zen Buddhist monk Nanrei Kobori explained it simply without the complexity of a mystery: "GOD IS AN INVENTION OF MAN. SO THE NATURE OF GOD IS ONLY A SHALLOW MYSTERY. Republic Act 1425 or the Rizal Law

I am told that I am a silly man because I am highly critical of our system of education and yet, at the same time, as I have also the greatest respect and admiration for Dr. Jose Rizal, I ignore the fact the Rizal himself was a product of Ateneo and the University of Santo Thomas.

I asked: So how come when it came to banned books to read due to the Index
Librorum Prohibitorum promulgated by the Catholic church, Ateneo and UST were the among the first and best universities in the Philippines to ban reading Dr. Jose Rizal's NOLI ME TANGERE and FILIBUSTERISMO?

So much so that for the purpose of honoring our hero Jose Rizal and his writings, Republic Act 1425, the Rizal law, was legislated by Congress to make the books written by Rizal required reading in all schools, colleges, and universities like Ateneo and UST! Poch Suzara

More FUN and SAFE in the Philippines

Listen to Jesus and what He publicly declared in the bible as reported by Luke 14:26: - "If any man come to me and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple." Now take a closer look at us Filipinos as the Sick Man of Asia in the Philippines existing in this only Jesus country in Asia. As products of a Christian system of education - look how we have been taught to be God-fearing; how to have faith in the future rewards in heaven if we were obedient; or, future punishment in hell if we were disobedient. Look how we pray daily to Jesus for guidance in our economical, political, commercial, cultural, religious, and social life. We believe that such an arrangement is more than enough to insure peace, security, and tranquility; indeed, more than enough for law and order to prevail so that we may enjoy more productivity, more efficiency, and mor employment opportunities in our own country. And yet look again at the reality transpiring daily in our sick society. We have security guards posted here, there, and everywhere to insure security and safety. We have security guards posted in government buildings, in churches and cathedrals, in private and government banks, in hospitals, medical clinics, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping malls, jewelry stores, airports, harbors, residential buildings, commercial edifices, plushed villages like San Lorenzo, Bel Air, Dasmarinas, Forbes Park, Ayala land, in hotels, motels, massage parlors, barber shops, museums, bus and train stations, and indeed, security guards posted at the entrances of schools, colleges, and universities. Now we are told that the love our neighbor as a public spectacle around us is simply because of, if not due to, the historical fact we are a HAPPY people, that it is MORE FUN AND SAFE IN THE PHILIPPINES - the one and only Catholic country in Asia since the 16th century? Is it any wonder that the chief of police has all the pleasure of time and opportunities to also enrich himself like those already filthy rich in the government? I Welcome Life After Death to Meet Jesus

If I may add, for my part, I do not fear death and I hope there is life after death. I would like to meet with Jesus, sitting in between God and Satan. I'd like to tell Jesus to his face that he has been a worthless Savior of Filipinos as a people. As
much as His father in partner with Satan have both been great success in keeping the Philippines historically crippled as the only Christian country in Asia since the 16th century. Poch Suzara

The Fools, the Hypocrites, and the Frightened

The Christian god is a three-headed monster; cruel, vengeful, and capricious...One only needs to look at the caliber of people who say they serve him. They are always of two classes: fools and hypocrites. Thomas Jefferson, 3rd US President (1743-1826) If I may add, in the Philippines, aside from the fools and hypocrites, there are also the faithfully frightened. Millions of them, with college education, who would rather serve the Son of God Jesus first than serve, if at all, our country. Among them are senators, congressmen, governors, mayors, and top lawyers and court judges of our country who see to it that the separation between State and Church in the Philippines stays integrated secretly and profitably, only separated for the gullible consumption publicly. In the meantime, in our schools, colleges, and universities, there are a set of religious commandments, or moral writings, which teach that virtue is the way towards eternal salvation; vice is the way towards eternal damnation. Really authoritative doctrines, to which I have but one objection; namely, they are all utterly worthless; especially if we ever hope to create and to spread common Filipino decency as the standard of human life, here and now, in our own country. Only 144,000 will be Chosen

If God created man gifted with a free will, and free will have turned out to be just as messy as divine will, then maybe God should have already ceased creating man in his own image and likeness. After all, according to the bible, in the end, “the many are called, but only the few are chosen.” Well, according to the bible, only 144,000 will be the chosen ones, all of them Jews. NO mention of Pinoys or Pinays to be included.

And to think that more than 100 BILLION people have already lived and died on this earth since the days of Adam and Eve created naked together with their pet snake, a Talking Serpent - created also naked but gifted too with free will by God! Poch Suzara
