The Universe We Observe

"The universe we observe has precisely the properties we should expect if there is, at bottom, no design, no purpose, no evil, no good, nothing but blind, pitiless indifference." . . . Richard Dawkins . . . Oh My dear Richard Dawkins, with all due respect may I add that the universe we observe also looks purposeless, aimless, directionless, and rudderless... God Covers Our Sins

"Whenever we're ready to uncover our sins, God is ready to cover them." Philippine Star, Oct.31, 2014 ... Wow God, haven't you far more important things to do other than just to play silly games with the sins of our corrupt government officials getting more corrupt for the glory of Jesus in heaven as He is in the Philippines? The Economists and the Theologians

"An economist is an expert who will know tomorrow only the things he predicted yesterday didn't happen today." Lawrence J. Peter ...Well, at least the economists never claim that they are inspired by God. . . So how come the theologians of centuries ago always inspired by God knew nothing of the existence of God just exactly like the theologians of this century inspired by the same God also know nothing of the existence of God. . . Life's Purpose

“The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.” -- Ralph Waldo Emerson - - Oh My dear Ralph Waldo Emerson, you are 100 per cent right on target. With me, however, ever since I got expelled out high school some 65 years ago - I began to be an avid reader of books in order to developed my thoughts in order to provoke the thought of others. . . WOW God, Are you Really that Petty

"Those who put their trust in God will never be disappointed." Philippine Star, Oct. 27, 2014 . . . Wow God! Don't you have better things to do with your existence other just to wait for those who trust you? What if, like me, I have no trust in you in any way whatsoever! What then? I get to be eternally damned in hell forever? Is that how petty you are as an Almighty, all-powerful, all-knowing, and all-loving God? Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

Atheistic Growth as a People and Scientific Development as a Nation

“The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.” Steve Jobs. . . Oh my dear Steve Jobs, in the Philippines, a Filipino crazy enough to think he can change the Philippines is thought to be insane, sick, and insulting, and full of hate - me! . . . Well, I am already 77 years old, a senior citizen, and am ready to go. I only hope that after I am gone, dead, and buried - others will carry on what I can no longer do in trying to reform the Philippines into a more decent country to live in, think for, and work at. . . I LOVE TO HATE

I imagine one of the reasons people cling to their hates so stubbornly is because they sense, once hate is gone, they will be forced to deal with pain. . . James A. Baldwin . . . Oh my dear Baldwin, you are right on target. . . for my part, I'd rather endlessly hate the lies and deceptions; hate the illusions and delusions; hate injustices, poverty, and political corruption; not to mention I also love to hate social insanity than be forced to deal with pain once again by being not the master, but the stupid victim of religion as a frightened Catholic that I once was as a boy in school. The Church Should be Under the State

"I'm completely in favor of the separation of Church and State. . . My idea is that these two institutions screw us up enough on their own, so both of them together is certain death." . . George Carlin. . . For my part, I said it before, I say it again: The church should be under the State and for doing profitable business such as operating schools, colleges, and universities... the Church should be TAXED like any other commercial enterprises should taxed doing business in the Philippines. . . Capitalism as Evil and Christianity as Evil

"I am going to fight Capitalism even if its kills me. It is wrong that people like you should be comfortable and well-fed while all around you people are starving."- - - Sylvia Pankhurst - - - With me, however, I will continue to fight the evils of religions in general; and the evils of Christianity in particular even if it kills me. It is wrong to see millions of people spiritually frightened over the silly existence of a supernatural nothing. . . Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

Robert G. Ingersoll on Blasphemy

No man can blaspheme a book. No man can commit blasphemy by telling his honest thought. No man can blaspheme a God, or a Holy Ghost, or a Son of God. The Infinite cannot be blasphemed. What is blasphemy? I will give you a definition; I will give you my thought upon this subject. What is real blasphemy? To live on the unpaid labor of other men — that is blasphemy. To enslave your fellow-man, to put chains upon his body — that is blasphemy. To enslave the minds of men, to put manacles upon the brain, padlocks upon the lips — that is blasphemy. To deny what you believe to be true, to admit to be true what you believe to be a lie — that is blasphemy. To strike the weak and unprotected, in order that you may gain the applause of the ignorant and superstitious mob — that is blasphemy. To persecute the intelligent few, at the command of the ignorant many — that is blasphemy. To forge chains, to build dungeons, for your honest fellow-men — that is blasphemy. To pollute the souls of children with the dogma of eternal pain — that is blasphemy. To violate your conscience — that is blasphemy. The jury that gives an unjust verdict, and the judge who pronounces an unjust sentence, are blasphemers. The man who bows to public opinion against his better judgment and against his honest conviction, is a blasphemer. Why should we fear our fellow-men? Why should not each human being have the right, so far as thought and its expression are concerned, of all the world? What harm can come from an honest interchange of thought? Poch Suzara

Religion is What Makes us Sick as the Sick Children of Asia

Religion is the only institution powerful and demented enough to turn a gruesome image of a man being tortured and murdered into something worthy of praise and worship by millions. . . In the meantime, I say it again: - - - If Jesus was GOD, AGAIN, I invite you all to please READ seriously your bible. For example please read: - - - If Jesus was GOD, then why in John 14:28 Jesus said "My Father (GOD) is greater than I"? - - - If Jesus was GOD, then why in John 20:17 Jesus said I ascend to my God and your God? This tells us that we and Jesus have a common GOD. . . . If Jesus was GOD, then why in John 8:28 Jesus said "I do nothing of myself"? Can't GOD do anything he wills. . . If Jesus was GOD, then why in Matthew 24:36 Jesus told his followers that no one (including Jesus) knows when the judgment day will come, only GOD knows? . . . If Jesus was GOD, then why in John 5:32 Jesus told his followers that they have never seen GOD at anytime nor ever heard his voice? . . . If Jesus was GOD, then why in Matthew 19:16 Jesus said "Why call me good, there is none good but One, that is GOD"? . . . If Jesus was GOD, then why in Isiah 11:2-3 GOD had put the spirit of fearing GOD in Jesus? . . . If Jesus was GOD, then why in John 5:30 Jesus told his followers that he can't do a single thing of his own initiative?. . . If Jesus was GOD, then why in John 5:36-38 Jesus said that GOD had assigned him (Jesus) work and GOD is a witness on Jesus? . . . If Jesus was GOD, then why did he pray to his GOD in Luke 5:16? . . . If Jesus was GOD, then why in Matthew 26:39 Jesus fell on his face and prayed to his GOD? . . . If Jesus was God, why would he crucified on the cross cry out loud: "MY GOD, MY GOD, WHY HAS THOU FORSAKEN ME?" Matt. 27:46 ... Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

The Philippines as a Failed State

"God's love never fails." Philippine Star, Oct, 23, 2014 . . . In the Philippines, the only Catholic country in Asia since 1521, God's love has failed miserably. . . Failed historically. . . The Philippines is a failed state. . . Why not? Virtually all of our government officials, from the highest to the lowest are not only corrupt, but also, most of them - MAKA-DIOS and MAKA-JESUS! In the meantime, as a failed State, there is neither justice nor truth ongoing in the Philippines. . . Indeed, justice is truth in action. . . In our sick system of education the very first thing that's ignored is the search of justice via the search of the truth; especially as it is man's most noble of professions. Fear and Ignorance Mixed Together

IGNORANCE IS WHAT WE DO NOT KNOW. . . FEAR IS WHAT WE ARE AFRAID TO KNOW. . . Mixed inextricably together the two evils and they add up to a greater evil: - the evil of human stupidity endlessly generating our sick society; especially for the authority and the financial glory of the sick priesthood industry in our poor and backward country historically! The Existence of Germs, Bacteria, and Viruses Not Mentioned in the Bible

How come there is no mention in the holy bible of the existence of germs, viruses, and bacteria as a Revealed Truth? And when God told Noah to save the animals, two of a kind, did Noah know that he was saving such microscopic creatures? . . . Now listen to what science tells us about the world of bacteria, germs, and viruses: - - - If there was no bacteria, humans and plants wouldn't be able to live. . . Bacteria help our bodies develop, and they do a process of nitrogen fixation to help plants give us oxygen. . . Therefore, without bacteria nothing on earth would be able to live. . . . Everyone would die, since we need bacteria inside our body to digest food for us. . . Good bacteria (Normal Flora) breaks down nitrogen and without nitrogen, the plants cannot grow, and without plants, no oxygen. Therefore, no bacteria, no life. . . But we as humans have bacteria on our body. . . Not all bacteria is bad. . . So, if there just wasn't bacteria, then I think it could be bad, because what would happen to the things that need good bacteria to survive? Or even things that need bad bacteria to survive. I don't know if you are familiar with the butterfly effect, but to sum it up quick. . . It means that one small thing can drastically change everything. Bacteria also make vaccines & when something dies, plant or animal, bacteria is what decomposes it. . . When things are rotting, its just bacteria releasing carbon & other important nutrients out of the dead organism and into the air and soil. . . They also decompose compost and sewage which helps create methane. . . If bacteria didn't exist, the waste would just keep accumulating at record speed and interfere with the existence of everything living on earth. . . Plus decomposition returns carbon dioxide into the air which enables plants and the rest of the world to survive. . . This natural recycling process returns minerals to the earth and makes it fit for plants and animals to live. Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

All that is Needed is Repentance

Why should the sinners be afraid to commit sins, and why should the criminals be afraid to commit crimes when, during our school years under a Catholic system education we have been taught to believe there is always available, at any time, from God - the forgiveness of sin and the forgiveness of crimes. All that is needed is repentance. Thus, we are a nation of sinners and criminals; or, more briefly, - we are the SICK CHILDREN OF ASIA. Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

The Game of Ideas

As a little boy at home and in school, I enjoyed playing all kinds of games including making my own toys to play with. After I was expelled out of high school, however, I gradually lost my interest in playing or watching games such as football, basketball, baseball, swimming, golf, tennis, handball, boxing, etc. Except, I must mention, I never lost my interest in playing the drums. Indeed, today as a senior citizen I still enjoy my hobby a Jazz drummer. But then again, all in all, I managed, somehow to develop more and greater interest in playing the game of ideas. It was, in this way, that I got to be more of a reader of great books and a thinker of great ideas than most of my friends, associates, classmates, and relatives - most of them as silly believers, if not frightened followers of this or that worthless, if not thoughtless, - priorities. Fashion and the Vagina

Fashion is a form of ugliness so intolerable that we have to alter it every six months... Oscar Wilde... Oh my dear Oscar, a woman's vagina is the ugliest of fashion too; but it is so pleasurably tolerable that we find no need to alter its appearance at any time... 33 Million Filipinos Live under Poverty Line

Nearly one third of Filipinos still live below the poverty line. . . I said it before, I say it again: Poverty as a way of daily life historical in the Philippines (the only Catholic country in Asia) is not only due to corruption in the government; but more so due to the sick system of education as provided for by the Catholic church - the owners of more than 1,200 schools, colleges, universities and seminaries operating on tax-free basis in our poor and backward country. . . Indeed, in our sick system of education, millions of us Filipinos are still taught to believe that after death, for as long as fave faith, we shall enjoy eternal happiness, indeed, a better way of life waiting for us in heaven known as the kingdom of God!. . . What is lot of theological garbage more referred to dogma, pigma, and hogma at best; but at worst, - a lot of bolada de Maria! . . . Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

The Sick Followers of our Sick Pastors

"If any man come to Me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be My disciple." Luke 14:26 "And everyone that hath left father or mother, brothers or sisters, or wife, or children or lands, for My sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall possess life everlasting." Mark 10:29. "Follow me, and let the dead bury their own dead." Matt. 8:22 "Think not that I have come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword." My dear readers, do you see now why the followers of Bro. Eli Soriano, the followers of Bro. Mike Velarde, the followers of Felix Manalo, the followers of Bro. Apollo Quiboloy, and the followers of Bro. Bo Sanchez are all sick and hate each other down here for the greater love of Jesus up there? Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#
