As the Sick Man of Asia, we would only vote for candidates into high government positions who have no other qualifications except that they have, going on for them - the (4) Gs: GOONS, GOLD, GUNS, and GOD. Indeed, general elections in the Philippines prove that all of the candidates are faithfool believers in the existence of God. There are no humanists among them as a humanist is an atheist who cares!
