There is no such thing as energy crisis in the Philippines. There is only the crisis of fear and ignorance. They come from the endless crisis of a sick system of education. Schools, colleges, universities, and seminaries in the Philippine continue to produce college-educated men and women who are more at respectable at being selfish, greedy, stupid, and insane.
