For my part, I too am sorry if my being a high school expelled student offends you. But guess what, I am even more offended by what the millions upon millions of college educated Filipinos have kept us Filipinos spiritually twisted as a poor people and morally distorted as a poor nation especially for the glory of Jesus on earth as he is in heaven. Ken, what is even more pitiful is that there is no JUSTICE in this world or anywhere else in the universe. We all share a common doom. In the meantime, if RELIGIONS have already reformed their evil ways, you only have to thank the ATHEISTS and the HUMANISTS responsible for the good change as they were the only ones who stood up and spoke up against the evils of religions. Poch, I don't think the Atheists and Humanists have had an impact in reforming the Roman Church as much as the Reformers did. Luther, Calvin, Zwingli, Bullinger, Huss, Tyndale, Knox, the Moravians, the Huguenots, the Puritans, they all confronted the Roman Church with the truths of Scripture and many were joining the Reformation. The Catholics had to mount their own Counter-Reformation to stop the hemorrhaging. If anyone reads the Word and lives by the Word, he will become mellower, kinder and gentler. Try it Poch.
