The Silly Believers
It is clearly written in the bible: "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall opened unto you; for everyone that asketh, receiveth; for he that seeketh, findeth; and to him that knocketh, it shall be opened." Matt. 7:7-8. . . Sadly, the offer works better for the intelligent unbelievers than it does for the silly believers. The intelligent unbelievers know what to ask. They know what to seek. They know what to find. The silly believers do not even know what "knowing" means. Poch Suzara twitter# Facebook# Google#

Poch, I do not accept your biased assertion, not to mention the broad brushing and the name calling, that unbelievers are intelligent and believers are silly and do not know what “knowing” means. On the contrary, only true Christians (not Christendom) can know ultimate reality with certainty. They know where they came from, why they are here, and where they are going. They know what they believe and why they believe it. Without God, you couldn’t know anything. Try it, Poch. If there is no God, then we don’t have any reason to think that your thinking process is correct or reliable. They are simply electro-chemical reactions in the brain. If we are mere biology and nothing more, our thought processes and our responses to any and every situation are completely predetermined by our genetic programming. Your thoughts are purely cause and effect bio-chemical processes. You are no more free to think or choose apart from your genetic programming than a weed that is growing in a crack on the driveway. This means that choice and thought must be illusions. My worldview explains free thought and choice.
Ken, I am glad tat being a great success at annoying you. I was beginning to worry that I miserably failed to provoke your thoughts with my thoughts. Cheers! Poch Suzara
Poch, thank you for allowing me to post counterpoints on your blog. This blog looked lonely, sad and forlorn. Mingaw kaayo! No one was posting comments. Yes, some of your thoughts are provoking, but most I find amusing. May the Lord grant you a long life and give you more time to think about Him! Blessings! Ken Sidadayaw
