Persistence in Prayer

God Will Provide

Godism

If Atheism is a natural response to the abuse of fundamentalism, then fundamentalism must also be the natural response to the abuse of ecclesiasticism. And what good is ecclesiasticism devoid of Satanism? In the meantime, a God who maliciously and recklessly created a world like this one has got to be a supernatural Jerk. The Childish Creator

God could create human hair and fingernails that can continue to grow after death without pain for a thousand years. God, however, refused to do the same with the rest of the human body. What a silly and childish creator. Poch Suzara

Little Men

I am told that great men of history have always had a high libido. Always lustful. They were sexually active in the pursuit of women just as active in the other great challenges in life.
Well, I have known of morons who have had a much higher libido. They will fuck anything dumbstruck with a skirt; yet they remain Lilliputian as ever before always bereft of any kind of courage for greatness to put beauty into this world where nature has put only horror. Poch Suzara

Poor Judas

"Now this man [Judas] purchased a field with the reward of iniquity; and falling headlong, he burst asunder in the midst, and all his bowels gushed out." (Acts 1:18) In school, we were taught that Judas hanged himself. Indeed, he hanged himself according to Matthew 27:5? "And he threw the pieces of silver into the temple sanctuary and departed; and he went away and hanged himself. I suppose before we can determine whether Judas was a hero or a villain, let’s first Determine how the poor fellow met his death as reported in the bible a book written by inspired authors of an All-knowing God! The Rich against the Poor

It is a fact of life that the rich are interested to become richer. But more so they feel a greater sense of accomplishment if they were able to successfully keep the poor poorer. To think that the worst kind of poverty is the poverty of the mind and heart. Is it any wonder that our world, since God knows when, has always been ruled by a gang of rich morons! Poch Suzara

America

America has approximately 1,600 Buddhist temples, 1,200 Muslim Mosques, and about 500 Hindu houses. Most of America’s black population now embrace the Islamic faith. It is now almost equal in numbers to the Jewish followers.
Author Dennis E. Hensley, in his book MILLENNIUM APPROACHES,writes that prisoners in New Jersey and Georgia have asked to worship on Fridays because they are Muslims. Orthodox Jews serving as rabbis in the military have asked to violate Air Force dress regulations in order to wear a skullcap. Sikhs serving in the military have petitioned to be allowed to grow their beards for their faith forbids shaving them. Muslim women in four states have sought an exception to revealing their faces for driver’s license photos since wearing a veil is part of their religious discipline.
According to high officials of the US government, if you were an American atheist, you are not considered a citizen of the USA.
America is indeed a great nation. It is blessed not only with unity of diversity, but also liberty; especially the liberty to perpetually enjoy human stupidity. Poch Suzara

Computer Industry

Logic and mathematics on the one hand, and science and technology, on the other hand, produced the computer machine.
It is truly pathetic, however, to see timid friends and frightened relatives sitting in front of a computer machine still clinging to the belief that the power of divinity had everything basic to do with logic, mathematics, science, and technology responsible for the birth of the computer industry. Unfortunately, how to assemble and produce and operate a computer machine is not mentioned in the Old or in the New Testament! Poch Suzara

Death

There is so much fuss and excitement about the physical death of a relative or an associate or a friend. Nobody, however, gives a damn about the mental death of children in our schools, colleges, and universities. Especially those taught never to think critically; or to learn to be independent fearlessly; or to be truthful creatively especially in helping to establish and maintain for ourselves a lively and a sane society. The Holy Bible

The holy bible is responsible for more heresy, atheism, agnosticism, disbelief - call it what you like - than any other book ever published.
For my part, messages from the Old and the New Testament inspired me to extricate myself up and out of the Catholic Church premises. As I happily excommunicated myself, I managed to save not my stupid soul; but saved, instead, my precious mind and heart to carry on living the good life – one inspired by knowledge and guided by love. So life is short, brief, and fleeting, so what? If we must face death, let us face death sober, and not drunk with lies. Poch Suzara

Basket Case

Considering the tens of millions of college educated Filipinos with talents and skills, why are we still in Asia a basket case? Indeed, in this 21st century, why is the Republic of the Philippines only waiting for more miracles from foreign countries called foreign investment? If not also waiting for a foreign Savior to remedy the religious ills of our sick society?
The Philippines – the only Christian country in Asia since the 16th century, for the glory of God in heaven, produces more children than it can produce more rice for the nation’s children!
In the meantime, it is incredible to notice that other Asian countries like Vietnam and Thailand do not believe in a God that provides. And yet, these Asian countries are able to produce more rice not only for themselves but also for export to the Philippines. Poch Suzara

The Difference

It is very easy to determine the difference between a religious believer and the intelligent unbeliever. The religious believer looks for easy answers. Answers, indeed, that in time, become obsolete. The intelligent unbeliever, however, looks for hard questions - so basic in the never-ending pursuit of the truth. Poch Suzara

Christ’s Victory

Christ’s victory in the past gives courage for the present and hope for the future.” Phil Star, May 2, 2008
Indeed, the courage to continue to be selfish, greedy, stupid, and insane; and the hope to continue to be the Sick Children of Asia.
In the meantime, Christ preached: “Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall enter into the kingdom of heaven.” Matt.18:3.
Of course, it is best that we all grow up not only older, but wiser; but how is that possible when Christ’s also preached: “Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; no yet for your body, what ye shall put on. . . Take therefore no thought for the morrow.” Matt. 6:25

Crab Mentality

Is the crab mentality one of the major negative attitudes of most Pinoys? Is this why our country lags behind neighboring nations? A sure sign of crab mentality is that everyone wants to be corrupt. Just like most, if not all of the officials in the Philippine government are corrupt? I say, please, let us not insult the crabs. They are innocent creatures. None of them are baptized Catholics. None are products of our schools, colleges, and universities. In fact, there are no known crabs who organized prayer rallies for the salvation of the crab souls being caught then boiled or steamed and swallowed by religious morons populating our sick country - the only Catholic country in Asia since the 16th century. Philippine Education

There is not one, among the great many schools, colleges, and universities in the Philippines that teach students we Filipinos are all one people, and that we Filipinos are all under one nation. The whole idea behind the system of education is to see to it that Filipinos never get to know and to love each other; especially, as we are all one and the same victims of the same historical deviltry since the 16th century known as Christianity. Atheists are Honest and Truthful People. We do not live with Lies and Deceptions

Those who believe atheism is an escape from responsibility or a license to a life of criminality will be in for a surprise. They will find atheism’s moral standards as high as those of any religion because they emanate from the exactly the same arena – human experience. Atheists will need even more responsibility because atheism expects no help from supernatural allies in the sky. Atheists will find no Big Daddy figure, no Grand Design, no purpose other than what they can make, and basically there is nothing in control of nature except the laws of nature. No wonder so many would-be atheists fail the test. But what the believers offer is even more unnerving. Consider: An all-knowing, all-powerful God who could have created any kind of world desired but deliberately and maliciously chose to create this world. This God stood by helplessly while his own Chosen people were being gassed to death by the millions. Either God approved, in which case he is at least as wicked as Hitler, or God disapproved, in which case he is less powerful than Hitler. The Great Flu of 1918 killed some 20 million people; where was our loving God? The God concept loses all the time. You simply cannot have an all-powerful, all-knowing, all-merciful God and have a world like this one. We atheists understand this, which is why we are atheists: without theism, without god-belief. It is not a careless or reckless position but quite a rational one arrived at after much thought and research. Atheism therefore will not be jettisoned without the power of reason. If that reason ( credible evidence for the existence of the supernatural ) has not been found in all of human history, it’s highly unlikely it will be discovered any time soon. So the probability of a genuine truth-seeker - an atheist reverting back to god-belief is about on a par with the chance of the man of knowledge going to back to being, once again, a man of faith traveling backward instead of forward. Errors

Why it is that when man commits an error, it is man’s fault? But when God commits an error, it is not God’s fault, but still man’s fault? If kindness, however, is the oil that takes the friction out of life, where then is supernatural kindness?
In the meantime, if man were inherently evil, why would God allow his only begotten son to incarnate and be born as a man? Born of a Virgin Mary at that! Poch Suzara

Mediocrity

To the mediocre, the highest form of religion is the one that’s based upon mediocrity. The theologians, who are always unworthy of human intelligence, prefer to call it - Christianity. The bible writers called it having faith in divinity. In the end, it is really about the different levels of pretentious serendipity, but nevertheless simplified as the complexity of mediocrity. FILIPINO TRAGEDY

There is nothing tragic about having been raised by ignorant parents at home and educated by ignorant teachers in school. What is truly tragic, however, is if we refuse to explore anything truthful at all about ourselves as individuals and to discover too where we stand as a decent nation. We just carry on with our children and grandchildren to believe and to have faith in the same old religious hokum and the same old political bunkum that’s keeping all of us popular as the Sick man of Asia.
