We Atheists Celebrate Something Greater than the Birth of Jesus

“For those who believe, no proof is necessary. For those who don't believe, no proof is possible.”. . . Stuart Chase. . . We atheists are a happy people. We have less burden to carry in life. We have no need to carry silly beliefs on our backs. We have no need to be emotionally distorted, mentally twisted, or even be psychologically crippled by its weight. . . During Christmas, for example, we atheists do not celebrate the birth of Jesus. Instead, we celebrate the birth of human decency. We celebrate man's thinking capacity for ethical and moral growth and development to help spread social justice in the here and now more known as peace on earth, the beauty of love, the power of knowledge, and the joys in life in this world. Our world! . . . Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

Trust No One, not even God

Be careful who you trust, the devil was once an angel. . . Nick Fatool . . . For my part, I trust neither the angel nor do I trust the devil. I do not even trust the creator who created the original mess to begin with.. . . In the meantime, again, I share with you the lovable words of my mentor - Bertrand Russell: . . . "The good life is one inspired by love and guided by knowledge." . . . "What the world needs now is not only love, but also greater knowledge about the nature of love, in all of its complexity." HAPPY NEW YEAR

December 31, 2014 - - - Dear Friends: - - - At the end of each year, we all greet each other: - - - HAPPY NEW YEAR! Never, however, do we ever, greet each other with:- - - HAPPY NEW IDEAS or HAPPY NEW THOUGHTS or HAPPY NEW WAY OF LIFE VIA NEW VALUES and NEW BELIEFS! . . . Thus, every new year, it is the same old garbage around us everywhere. . . The same old garbage in government, and in churches, in other institutions, and indeed the same old garbage more referred to as education in our schools, colleges, and universities. Yearly producing the same old college-educated men and women proud of garbage as a way of life in the Philippines. . . To each of you, for the year 2015, I greet you: HAPPY NEW IMPROVEMENTS FOR OUR COUNTRY! Only with more truths and good will; no more lies and free will keeping us NONPRODUCTIVE as a people and NONCREATIVE as a nation.... Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

Oh God, don't you ever read your own Bible

Jesus said, For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened. . . Matthew 7:8 . . ."Strive to enter through the narrow door; for many, I tell you, will seek to enter and will not be able.”. . . Luke 13:24 . . . "God's undying desire for you will never cease." Philippine Star, Dec. 23, 2013. . . Oh God my dear God, Don't you ever seriously read your own Holy Bible, and seriously read also the Philippine Star? huh? . . . Jesus was a NO read and NO Wrote Jew

Take a good look at our sick society... Look how as sick saints or sick sinners we all love Jesus up there while we are sick of one another down here... And to think that Jesus never went to college... He never attended high school... Golly, Jesus never even attended grade school... He was a NO read, NO write Jew... Yet, we have all been frightened to all love, worship, respect, and adore Jesus who was not even a Filipino... He was a Jew born in Israel that never even got to be converted into a Christian country with Christian values and Christian beliefs like the Philippines - the only Christian country in Asia since the 16th century... Corrupt Hope for our Corrupt Future

"The youth is the hope of our future."... Jose Rizal. . . According to our politicians, however, is it not the youth, but corruption via education is the hope of our future... In this way, we Filipinos shall continue to keep our corrupt politicians in power to take care of our future, especially through Christ, our Lord, amen!. . . . In the meantime, other Asian Atheistic countries with better hopes for a better future have Floating Hospital, Floating Library, and floating University... In the Philippines, the only Catholic country in Asia, we have Floating Casinos... Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook#

I Quit

An atheist has the guts to tell God: Oh God, my dear God, it is silly of you to FIRE ME. Since with my free will, I already QUIT! So what now? What else have you got anything to do with me? Indeed God, instead of saving me, why don't you instead save the silly teachers who taught me to believe in a lot of spiritual garbage about you? Really God, to begin with, as you exists here, there and everywhere, and since you never, but never bothered to introduce yourself to me, why should I bother to believe and to have faith in your existence . . . Why Not Heaven on Earth

Jesus came to earth for us so we could go to heaven with Him... Philippine Start, Dec. 18, 2013 . . . Oh Jesus, my dear Jesus, why the drama? Did it ever occur to you that you could have been a real Savior had you, instead, transformed the earth into a heaven? Why should that be a difficult miracle for you since on earth you could walk on water, feed the multitude with a few loaves of bread, change water into wine, cured diseases, fly with the devil on top of a mountain, raise the dead back to life, and even washed the feet of your good for nothing apostles! They all went into hiding while you were getting crucified ignoring the truth that you possessed the power to perform miracles by un-nailing yourself out of that piece of wood more known as the cross! . . . People Laugh at Me

“No drug, not even alcohol, causes the fundamental ills of society. If we're looking for the source of our troubles, we shouldn't test people for drugs, we should test them for stupidity, ignorance, greed and love of power.” ― Kurt Cobain For my part, people laugh at me because I am different and courageous. I laugh at people because they continue to be the same old - selfish, greedy, ignorant, fearful, stupid, and insane saps. Specially as they are the educated products of schools, colleges, and universities own and operated by the Catholic church in the Philippines. - Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

Richard Burton - the Atheist

According to the Denver Post, Richard Burton wrote this in his diary in 1969: "The more I read about man and his maniacal ruthlessness and his murderous envious scatological soul, the more I realize that he will never change. Our stupidity is immortal, nothing will change it. The same mistakes, the same prejudices, the same injustice, the same lusts wheel endlessly around the parade ground of the centuries. Immutable and ineluctable. I wish I could believe in a god of some kind but I simply cannot." . . . Richard Burton, Welsh actor (1925-1984 Oh, my dear Richard Burton, you are right on target: the history of our world has never been about the struggle between GOOD against EVIL; NO, on the contrary, it has always been and still is about the history of EVIL versus EVIL and EVIL always wins! Thus, stupidity and eternity are one and the same old evil as inspired by a silly divinity always in cahoots with a silly deviltry. As soon as Atheism brings about the death of religion in all of its evil forms and evil shapes out of this world, then we should all begin to enjoy peace and harmony and tranquility, and indeed global beauty as generated by global sanity. The history of Mankind will not any more be about silly evil struggling against evil; but only about the good struggling to make better this world. Our world. The world of the here and the now. The Sources of Our Childish Beliefs and Values

“Imagine the people who believe such things and who are not ashamed to ignore, totally, all the patient findings of thinking minds through all the centuries since the Bible was written. And it is these ignorant people, the most uneducated, the most unimaginative, the most unthinking among us, who would make themselves the guides and leaders of us all; who would force their feeble and childish beliefs on us; who would invade our schools and libraries and homes. I personally resent it bitterly.” ― Isaac Asimov Oh dear Isaac, my dear Isaac Asimov, I also personally resent it bitterly. What is even more resentful, however, is the painful fact that what keeps us Filipinos mentally impoverished as a people; and, morally malnourished as a nation is due to our so-called leaders. They are the college-educated products of Catholic schools, Catholic colleges, and Catholic universities own and operated by the Catholic church in the Philippines... The Revealed LIES in the Holy Bible

2 plus 2 equals 4 is a revealed truth in the Multiplication Table. Indeed, the Multiplication Table is the perfect model of truth. It is free from dogma, hogma, and pigma. No nation has ever gone to war against another nation for not believing that 2 plus 2 equals for. I asked it before, I ask it again: - how come the theologians of this world have utterly failed to reveal the "truth" in the holy bible - a book filled with lies, deceptions, illusions, confusions, delusions, contradictions, inconsistencies, absurdities, obscenities, vulgarities, and atrocities! The multiplication table can never be successfully tampered with, the same can never be said of the Bible. The multiplication table can be universally & unequivocally comprehended: the opposite must be said about the Bible. I would like to know, why does the Holy Bible need to be interpreted by only certain "holy men" while any child can interpret, fully understand, and master the multiplication table? Indeed, Isaac Asimov settled the complicated mess with a simple truth: "Properly read the bible is the most potent force for atheism ever conceived." Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

We are proud of our Ignorance

“We are all born ignorant, but one must work hard to remain stupid.” ― Benjamin Franklin... Tragedy of Human Life in the Philippines

“We can easily forgive a child who is afraid of the dark; the real tragedy of life is when men are afraid of the light.” ― Plato - In the Philippines, however, it is even more tragic: men and women with college education are so proud of their ignorance. They are selfish, greedy, mindless, and insane; but they all love Jesus and have faith in Jesus as Jesus is their Savior. . . And to think that this is the same Jesus, like a frightened child, crucified on a cross to save the world, cried out loud: MY GOD, MY GOD, WHY HAS THOU FORSAKEN ME?" Matt. 27:46 . . . The Horrors of Christianity

"Religion is fundamentally opposed to everything I hold in veneration - courage, clear thinking, honesty, fairness, and, above all, love of the truth.". . . Henry Mencken . . . For my part, I am well aware that the main reason why we Filipinos are spiritually poor as a people, and why the Philippines is morally backward and messy as a nation, it is simply due to the horrors of religion hardly known as the horrors of Christianity. . . Winter Solstice

WINTER SOLSTICE GREETINGS IN REALITY . . . CHRISTMAS GREETINGS IN FANTASY The earth has spent more time orbiting the sun than all the religions, all superstitions, all of humanity, and even of all life itself. The Winter Solstice represents an actual astronomical event unlike superstition driven celebrations that occur only in religious imagination. The exact day of the winter solstice marks the end of autumn, just one point along the orbital path of earth. The energy of the sun and the fertile earth, along with the over 4.5 billion winter solstices that have occurred, allowed enough time for all of earth's evolution to happen (and to continue to happen). This puts the Winter Solstice in a far more humbling position than anything invented by humans. Considering that the earth also comes closest* to the sun during the winter, what better time to honor the sun than during the Winter Solstice. The festivals of the Winter Solstice celebrate the start of the new solar year and the beginning of winter. The fantasies of superstition have also used this astronomical event to celebrate Saturnalia, Yule, Christmas, and many other superstitious events. The unknown builders of Stonehenge in southern England constructed the megaliths at around 2000 B.C.E. which makes it at least twice as old as Christianity. It accurately predicts both the summer and winter solstices. In astronomy, a solstice occurs two times a year. During the Winter Solstice the sun appears at its greatest distance from the celestial equator, the great circle on the celestial sphere that occurs on the same plane as the earth's equator. In the northern hemisphere, the winter solstice occurs either December 21 or 22, when the sun shines directly over the tropic of Capricorn. The winter solstice marks the shortest day and the longest night of the year. The sun appears at its lowest point in the sky, and its noontime elevation appears the same for several days before and after the solstice. The summer solstice occurs either June 21 or 22, when the sun shines directly over the tropic of Cancer. In the southern hemisphere, the winter and summer solstices appear reversed. It may seem contradictory that the earth comes closest to the sun during the winter and the farthest during the summer, but the seasons occur mostly because of the tilt away or toward the sun, rather than the distance from the sun. As atheists we do not celebrate the birth of Christ called Christmas. Instead, we celebrate the Winter Solstice. We do not care to celebrate man's capacity to believe; rather, we celebrate, all year round - man's great ability to think! After all, there is nothing quite like it in all of nature! . . . Where is God in the Here and Now

We were told by our teachers in grade school that we must believe in the existence of God, our creator, and because God is existing here, existing there, and existing everywhere... Ever since then I had my doubts as I began to question God's existence... And so, even as a little boy in school I was already somewhat atheistic; though I was not that articulate enough to express my real religious sentiments. I thought then as I still do think today in my old age, I'd be happy to believe in the existence of God if only He could exist not there, exist not everywhere, just exist only here and now where we could all be with Him as a God to each and every one of us with all of His power and glory as a Supreme Being... Useless Believers versus Useful Thinkers

Believing is the death of thinking. . . We all live in such a poor and backward country because Catholic schools, Catholic colleges, and Catholic universities are mostly about teaching the nation's children how to become useless believers; but not learning how to become useful thinkers. . . Thus, in this only Catholic country in Asia since the 16th century, we Filipinos are only getting more famous as the employees, not employers; the consumers, not producers; the followers, not leaders, - indeed, we Filipinos are getting more famous throughout the world as the frightened Man, not the enlightened Man of Asia. Einstein, Russell, Mandela, Jose Rizal

Albert Einstein in Defense of Bertrand Russell: Great spirits have always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds. The mediocre mind is incapable of understanding the man who refuses to bow blindly to conventional prejudices and chooses instead to express his opinions courageously and honestly. . . Albert Einstein Bertrand Russell in defense of men like Nelson Mandela: "No, the greatest men have not been “serene. They have had, it is true, an ultimate courage, a power of creating beauty where nature has put only horror, which may, to a petty mind, appear like serenity... But their courage has had to surpass that of common men, because they have seen deeper into the indifference of nature and the cruelty of man... To cover up these things with comfortable lies is the business of cowards; the business of great men is to see them with inflexible clarity, and yet to think and feel nobly... And in the degree in which we can all be great, this is the business of each one of us."... Bertrand Russell Nelson Mandela in Defense of great men like our Jose Rizal: "For to be free is not merely to cast off one's chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others."... Nelson Mandela Jose Rizal in defense of his people, the Filipino people still in search of freedom; especially, the freedom of thought: "I would like the Filipino people to become worthy, noble, and honorable. . . make study a thing of love and joy . . . the schoolroom should not be a place of sorrows but a scene of intellectual refreshment." As with me, an atheist, here's my message to all of you religious saps: Atheism is a worldwide movement today without frightened followers. We atheists are all enlightened leaders who are out to produce more leaders. . . Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

Supernatural Jerk or Divine Sap

What if, after death, in heaven, it will be the same old story as its has been temporarily on earth - except that this time, for all eternity, you will still be worshipping the same divine Sap, the same supernatural Jerk? Not once have I ever been told that I must worship the devil because the devil loves me! Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

Faith

Faith is the surrender of the mind; it's the surrender of reason, it's the surrender of the only thing that makes us different from other mammals. It's our need to believe, and to surrender our skepticism and our reason, our yearning to discard that and put all our trust or faith in someone or something, that is the sinister thing to me. Of all the supposed virtues, faith must be the most overrated. . . . Christopher Hitchens . . . Indeed, a man of faith is like Angel on these pages - a college-educated drunkard who clings to a lamppost for support, not illumination . . . Poch Suzara

Bertrand Russell on the Lives of Great Men

Here's Bertrand Russell writing about lives of great men, like our own Jose Rizal of the Philippines - - - "No, the greatest men have not been “serene.” They have had, it is true, an ultimate courage, a power of creating beauty where nature has put only horror, which may, to a petty mind, appear like serenity. But their courage has had to surpass that of common men, because they have seen deeper into the indifference of nature and the cruelty of man. Free Will is a Farce, a Fraud, and a Ceremony

The God in the bible is the one with "free" will, not the creation. As the verses so clearly state, HIS plan, HIS pleasure, HIS purpose, HIS will. . . It follows that prayer is utterly a useless waste of time because when when pray, we are asking God to dump His free will in favor of our own free will. . . Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

Oh Lord, when will you ever Listen

To Believe Lyrics "To Believe" was released on 6/11/2011. It was written by EVANCHO, MATTHEW DAVID. Before I lay me down to rest I ask the Lord one small request I know I have all I could need But this prayer is not for me Too many people on this day Don't have a peaceful place to stay Let all fighting cease that your children may see peace Wipe their tears of sorrow away (chorus) To believe in a day When hunger and war will pass away To have the hope amidst despair That every sparrow's counted That you hear each cry and listen to each prayer Let me try always to believe That we can hear the hearts that grieve Please help us not ignore The anguished cries of the poor Or their pain will never leave (chorus ) To believe in a day When hunger and war will pass away To have the hope amidst despair That every sparrow's counted That you hear their cries and listen to each prayer (spoken prayer) Father, as you see, I'm just a child And there's so much to understand But if Your Grace should surround me Then I'll do the best I can I promise, I'll do the very best I can (chorus plus) To believe in a day When hunger and war will pass away To have the hope amidst despair That every sparrow's counted That you hear each cry and listen to each Prayer {Hear each cry and listen to each prayer} Help us do Your will oh Father In the name of all that's true And we'll see in one another The loving image of You Songwriters EVANCHO, MATTHEW DAVID

Public Library

When I read about the way in which library funds are being cut and cut, I can only think that American society has found one more way to destroy itself... Isaac Asimov . . . In the Philippines, there is no such thing as public library. Instead, what we have are thousands of schools, colleges, and universities owned and operated tax-free by the Catholic Church. . . In other words, we Filipinos have never found a way to recreate ourselves either as a thinking people or as a thinking nation. . . In the meantime, thanks to our Catholic system of education, we still believe and have faith that in the problems created by new knowledge, we can solve such problems not with more knowledge, but only with the same old fear of fucking with the Lord Jesus, or with the same old fucking prayers. . . Catholic Education Means FUCKING, not THINKING

Getting mentally fucked in grade school, in high school, and in college is no excuse to stay mentally fucked for the rest of your days... With me, I got myself expelled out of high school... We are made stupid by education; especially under Catholic education. . . Poch Suzara

Deceiving Others or Having Faith in God

“Deceiving others. That is what the world calls a romance.” ― Oscar Wilde . . . Deceiving others is what is more known in the Philippines as having "faith in God." The evil is what our schools, colleges, and universities are mostly about! . . . Look at the millions of Filipinos who have college degrees - they are not the enlightened masters, but the frightened victims of so-called "education." . . . Indeed, college-educated Filipinos, specially those in the government, and in the church, - have yet to play decent roles in the growth of the Filipino as a decent people; and in the development of the Philippines as a decent nation. The Fear of thought

"Poor is the pupil who does not surpass his master." Leonardo da Vinci (1452–1519) Italian painter, sculptor, architect, musician, scientist, mathematician, engineer, and inventor. . . In schools, colleges, and universities in the Philippines, the only Catholic country in Asia, pupils are not pupils. They are frightened victims of their masters in class teaching them to always live in fear of the power of thought - the greatest of human sensibilities in any man's life. . . Education For what

Education is for improving the lives of others and for leaving your community and world better than you found it. . . . Marian Wright Edelman (1939-) American activist for the rights of children. In the Philippines, education is for learning how to pray to God to give us this day, our daily bread, and to lead us not into temptation; and also for learning how to pray to Mary, Mother of God, to pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death, amen. . . Poch Suzara

Education In the Philippines

Education is the inculcation of silly doctrines into the malleable minds of children by the frightened faithfools on earth down here; especially for the greater glory of Jesus in heaven up there. In the Philippines, more known as the Catholic system of education - the frightened faithfools are known as teachers in school and professors in college. . . Sadly, what is mostly taught to students is not how to think, but only what to believe . . . As a high school expelled student, I said it before, I say it again: education is not a matter of revelation; it is more about the human mind and heart growing and developing for the sake of intellectual revolution as generated by thoughtful evolution. . . Both Divinity and Deviltry Destroyed

As soon as God, a supernatural being, destroys the devil; and, as soon as the devil, also a supernatural being destroys God - in fact, as soon as both God and the devil get rid of each each - the sooner also I will stop being an atheist. . . . Poor People in Atheist countries

“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. . . Matt. 7:7-8 . . . It is glaringly obvious, if not alarmingly translucent that there are poor people in atheist countries because they do not ASK, SEEK, or KNOCK; in fact, they never bother God who will provide for them by simply asking, seeking, and knocking as the bible says. . . In the Philippines, the only catholic country in Asia, millions upon millions of Filipinos since the 16th century have prayed daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly, to God in order to provide for them with daily bread and to lead them not into temptation. So how come 80 per cent of the population of the Philippines are still stuck not in prosperity, but in poverty? . . . Poch Suzara

The Triumph of Evil

“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”. . . Edmund Burke . . . Oh my dear Edmund Burke, for my part, as a good man myself, I am getting sick and tired of doing something against triumph of evil as it is always triumphant. Look at the history of our world. It has never been about good versus evil. It has always been about evil versus evil and evil has always ended up triumphant in the long run. . . We are damned if we do something about it. We are damned if we do nothing about it. . . And to think that we are all taught to believe that God gifted man with a free will because he loves us! In the ultimate analysis, I think for good to triumph is for good men to always be on the side of humanity, and no longer waste time and energy and money always taking the side of a silly divinity. Oh, My dear Vincent Van Gogh

"I feel a certain calm. There is safety in the midst of danger. What would life be if we had no courage to attempt anything?". . . Vincent Van Gogh . . . Oh, my dear Vincent Van Gogh, in the Philippines, as products of Catholic schools, colleges, and universities, we Filipinos have no courage to attempt at anything; especially anything for the decent growth and decent development of our country. This is simply because we all have been taught to believe and to have faith in God who will always provide for us, if not in this world, in the next world to come after death in the kingdom of God... In the meantime, we are also taught to believe and to have faith in the Son of God Jesus. He will soon be returning to earth, especially returning to the Philippines to remedy the historical ills of our sick society. . . Poch Suzara

No Need to Save the world. Let's Just Try to Reform it.

"Don't ask so much what the world needs. Go out and do what makes you come alive, because what the world needs most is people who have come alive." So, yes, the world needs saving but it's not on your shoulders. Rather, it's in your heart. There is no sacrifice needed. We each save the world every time we act from a place of love, joy and freedom. When we act from that place, we treat the world and all its inhabitants in ways that will save it." . . . Howard Thurman . . . "The desire to understand the world and the desire to reform it are the two great engines of progress, without which human society would stand still and retrogress." . . . Bertrand Russell . . . For my part, as an atheist and a humanist, I do give hoot for my eternal salvation. I care more about being unselfish as I am more interested to try and leave this world one day a better place like under a more refined kind of human civilization. . . Indeed, old age, like any other age, is the time to struggle for human decency to enjoy not illusion, delusion, and confusion; but to enjoy only wealth, health and sanitation; and also, especially, illumination!... The Horrors of Education in school

Education is one of the chief obstacles to intelligence and freedom of thought. Indeed, we are born ignorant, not stupid. We are made stupid by education... Bertrand Russell Colleges are places where pebbles are polished and diamonds are dimmed. . . Robert Ingersoll "Self-education is, I firmly believe, the only kind of education there is.". . . Isaac Asimov For my part, I was expelled out of La Salle high school. I did not care to learn how to be a frightened believer. I wanted to learn how to be an enlightened free thinker. . . Indeed, I said it before, I say it again: free the child's intellectual potentials and he will transform even the concept of freedom itself in this world in great need of the freedom to question everything; and, at the same time, to believe in nothing. . . Pleasure and Pain

Shouldn't the atheist have an equal obligation in a world of randomness. Where does pleasure come from? G. K. Chesterton?. . . When pain is over, the remembrance of it often becomes a pleasure. Jane Austen . . . The unexamined life is not worth living for man. Socrates . . . The greatest of pleasure of the joy of creative thought... Happiness differs from pleasure in the sense that pleasure comes from what is outside the self... Happiness comes from what is inside the self... Thus, I have little desire to know where pleasure comes from. I am already mentally preoccupied enjoying happiness as I endlessly continue to happily examine my own life and those of others! Happy thanksgiving Day

Americans, with the power of prayer, have God to celebrate THANKSGIVING DAY for the conquest of the Continent away from the Indians. The Indians, with the power of prayer also, have God to celebrate THANKSGIVING DAY for the conquest of Alcatraz Island away from the Americans. After many Indians and many Americans have killed each other in order to carry out God's divine plan - to establish what is known as the United States of America - the Land of the free, and the Home of the brave - I say: such is the power of prayer behind the power of God. HAPPY THANKSGIVING DAY! . . . We are told that - "The more you recognize and express gratitude for the things you have, the more things you will have to express gratitude for.". . . well, this is precisely what the rich Americans have been grateful about for more than 200 years. The poor Indians have nothing to be grateful about; except that, happily, the poor Indians have the last laugh at the American state of affairs today . . . It is now obvious that it is by acquiring more and more things that have prevented millions of Americans from living sanely, freely, meaningfully, and nobly. Poch Suzara

Behind Every Fortune is a Crime In the Philippines

Behind every fortune made in the Philippines is not only a crime; there is also a woman's behind... Of course we do not refer to these filthy rich saps as "criminals... We give more sophisticated titles. We call them bishop, congressman, senator, mayor, justices of the supreme court, Chairman of the Board, bankers, doctor, commissioner, "darling," "sweetheart." ... The horror is all so true. However, let us not forget what is also true: Behind the Filipino historical sufferings from endless poverty comes from the insanity in having too much useless faith in a heavenly divinity that made us, as the Sick Man of Asa, believe that poverty will eventually subside for as long as we continue to have faith in God who will provide. In the meantime, I asked it before, I ask it again: have any of you college-educated jerks ever heard of a Filipino who got to be FILTHY RICH for believing that God is BAD? So how come millions of Filipinos are FILTHY POOR for believing that God is GOOD? . . . Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

Happy People Helping Unhappy People

In a destructive typhoon, like the recent monster "Yolanda typhoon" in the Philippines - a great many happy people living in happy foreign countries gave so much needed help for those millions of unhappy Filipinos who survived the death and destruction around them. I ask: how come happy souls in heaven never give a hoot to unhappy souls on earth; especially as happy souls in heaven already have the endless resources from a happy God to inspire happy souls to help unhappy souls on earth, especially the unhappy Catholic souls in the Philippines - the only Catholic country in Asia since the 16th century? In the meantime, as an atheist, I don't believe in the existence of hell; but if I ever do believe it, I believe it to be a place filled with souls of teachers in Catholic schools, professors in Catholic universities, and Catholic politicians in our government; and of course in hell are the corrupt souls of the corrupt Catholic bishops historically keeping the Filipinos poor and corrupt as a Catholic people, and the Philippines backward and corrupt as a Catholic nation. Churches, Cathedrals, Schools, Colleges, and Universities in the Philippines

It is sad, indeed, centuries ago, we Filipinos enjoyed a system of "indoctrination" under the existence of churches and cathedrals - the monuments to fear and ignorance in the Philippines. In this already 21st century, however, we Filipinos now enjoy even more a system of "education" under the existence of schools, colleges, and universities - own and managed by the same owners of churches and cathedrals that have been crumbling as such monuments are getting more and more obsolete with each passing year! In the meantime, the one and only thing precious with millions upon millions of us Filipinos popular as the Sick Man of Asia is neither indoctrination nor education. It is to be with Jesus in heaven after death rewarded with eternal salvation. Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

Christianity is but a Grand Illusion

I believe in Christianity as I believe that the sun has risen: not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else. . . C. S. Lewis . . . Oh my dear C. S. Lewis, you poor blind sap. The sun rising is but an illusion. The sun setting is yet another illusion. It is the earth that rotates on its own axis daily and orbits round the sun yearly. The MAJORITY see the sun rising in the morning and setting in the evening as something TRUE and yet, it is exactly like seeing Christianity as it really is - nothing but a grand illusion. . . In the meantime, "Belief," wrote Robert Anton Wilson, "is the death of Intelligence. As soon as one believes as a doctrine of any sort, or assumes certitude, one stops thinking about that aspect of existence." With Filipinos in the Philippines, however, specially millions of college educated Filipinos, belief is not the death of intelligence; it is more referred to as having faith in God; specially faith in the Son of God Jesus - our Savior as a sick people; and, indeed, our Redeemer as a sick nation! . .. The Dreamer versus the Stupid Believer

If you don't build your dreams, someone else will hire you like a damned fool to help build there dreams... Similarly, If you don't learn to be a thinker, others will only convert you to be a stupid follower as they are the stupid believers more known as "leaders." Poch Suzara

The 7 Deadly Sins

The 7 Deadly Sins of the Bible Pride is an excessive belief in one's own abilities. Envy is wanting what others have, be it status, abilities, or possessions. Gluttony is the desire to eat or consume more than you require. Lust is a powerful craving for such as sex, power and money. Anger is the loss of rational self-control and the desire to harm others. Greed is the desire for material wealth or gain. Sloth is laziness and the avoidance of work. To me, in my simplicity, there should an 8th sin- the deadliest of sins: to be a sick man of faith - specially the one who is a drunkard who clings to a lamppost for support, not illumination! Education and Isaac Asimov

I personally resent it bitterly." . . . Isaac Asimov Oh, my dear Isaac Asimov, if only you were a teacher of mine in La Salle grade and high school, never would I have ever proudly engineered my own expulsion. Indeed, I purposely left school. It was in the business of distorting human minds with beliefs and twisting human hearts with faith down here; especially for the glory of Jesus in heaven up there! . . . Poch Suzara

Christianity - the Most Destructive of Evil Forces

Christianity always had a vested interest in poverty, pain, suffering, misery, and stupidity. Christianity has been and still is the most destructive evil force in the Philippines. Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly - Christianity destroys the minds and hearts of millions of Filipino children in school. To become not well-informed citizens of our country, but only to embrace a lifetime of faith in a silly divinity eternally in partnership with a silly deviltry. Destructive typhoon, like "Yolanda" is a child's play compared to the death and destructive force caused by the historical teachings of Christianity: We must love only Jesus up there by hating each other in our own country down here. That we should have no country to love after birth; only to believe and to have faith in a better world to come with Jesus in the next life after death! Otherwise, if we do not believe, if we do not have faith in Jesus - we shall burn forever in hell as punishment for our disobedience! I said it before, I say it again: Fuck this holy drunkard Christian bullies. For my part, I love this life. I love my parents and grandparents. I love my sisters. I love my children. I love my adopted son. I love all of my uncles and aunties, and cousins and nieces and nephews. I love all of my friends and associates. I love all the great men and great women of history. Most of all, despite its horrors and terrors, I love this world. And I am most happy and proud that I was born in this world especially as this is the only world I know and will ever know. Soon I shall be dead; and, as a dying atheist, I promise you, my dear reader, that I shall die enlightened; and not frightened with lies, deceptions, illusions, and delusions! Oh Yes, soon, I shall be leaving this world. I have no worries about life after death as I am aware that if there is life after death I shall be existing as a nothing. Just like before my birth, for billions of years, I was existing as a nothing. So really, I ask: what is there to be bothered about death? Whether we like it or not, we shall all have to face death sooner or later. Indeed, to face once again what we were before birth - existing as a nothing. Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# google#

Albert Einstein on Education

"Education is what remains after one has forgotten everything he learned in school." Albert Einstein. . . Oh, my dear Albert Einstein, in the Philippines, this has never been a problem. Never, should we ever forget what we have learned via education in schools, colleges, and universities: how to love God in heaven up there by hating each other in our own country down here! . . . It is otherwise more known as our Christian values and traditional beliefs. . . Poch Suzara

Faith Against Thought

Isn't it enough to see a garden that is beautiful without having to believe that there are silly gardeners of God at the bottom of it keeping it that way? . . . Well, isn't enough to appreciate the beauty of thought without having to believe that it is inspired by the existence of the silly devil? . . . Indeed, the thought that provokes thought is much more precious than the thought that is merely the silly reflection of stupid faith. . . After all, a man of faith is like a drunkard who clings to a lamppost for support; not illumination. . . In the meantime, the bible says: "without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. . . Hebrews 11:6. . . Excuse me, but in La Salle grade school, we were taught to believe that God exists here, exists there, and exists everywhere. Why then should I seek God who is already existing above me, below me, in front of me, and in the back of me, indeed, already existing around me? In the meantime, like damned faithfools, must we admire the blind theologian who says that one day, he was looking for a black cat that was not existing inside a dark room but found it? Poch Suzara

So There is No God, So What?

If God were all powerful, all-knowing, loving, just, and all-merciful, why is there so much pain, mess, and suffering in the world? Especially in the Philippines the only Catholic country in Asia! Well, for my part, I do not know why. All I know that if such a God exists, I do not care to love, respect, admire, and worship such a selfish, greedy, cruel, stupid, and an insane God. I do not even care to fear such a silly monster! No way. Over my dead body! I also think that for people to kill God in order to save God is the highest form of insanity, if not the lowest form of stupidity. . . Well, what if it turns out that there is NO God? What will it matter? Will it change anything? Of course, considering our fear inextricably mixed with our ignorance, we can always invent a God to make us feel there is always somebody out there who love us and who will save us! The God business therefore has always been big business. Among the richest organizations in the world are the ones selling what a lot of frightened people would readily be buying - Jesus - the Son of God, the Savior of the world! In the meantime, the Bible says God cannot change ( Numbers 23:19; 1 Samuel 15:29; Psalm 102:26-27; Malachi 3:6; Romans 11:29; Hebrews 6:17-18; James 1:17), and that he is all-knowing ( Job 37:16; Psalm 147:4-5; 1 John 3:20). But the New Testament teaches that Jesus did change and that he didn't even know the day or hour of his return ( Mark 13:32; Luke 2:40,52). How can Jesus be God if he doesn't even have these essential attributes of a God? Bertrand Russell summarized it fearlessly: "Religion encourages stupidity and an insufficient sense of reality. . . "We are all born ignorant, not stupid. We are made stupid by education." Poch Suzara

Public Office is Not Public Trust in the Philippines

“There are three types of lies -- lies, damn lies, and statistics.” ... Benjamin Disraeli... Int The Philippines, "public office" is not only public distrust, but opportunities to be corrupt... Thanks to lies, damn lies, and statistics; especially as such evils are the sick reflection of a sick system of education in our spiritually poor and morally backward country!... There is no such thing as love of country among Filipinos. There is only love of money down here for the sake of a greater of divinity up there. In the meantime, pubic office is a public trust. In the Philippines, there is no such thing as public office. There is only public trash since most of our government officials are never trustworthy. If they were trustworthy, they are subject to charges of graft and corruption under investigation. Poch Suzara ... Twitter# Facebook# Google#

God, the Devil, and the Filipinos

Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. Grieve, mourn and wail. Change your laughter to mourning and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up. James 4:7-`10 Oh God, my dear God, for more than 2,000 years in the world, and for than 400 years in the Philippines, haven't we Filipinos been resisting the devil? Have we not been humble and always faithful to you living as Christians in this only christian country in Asia? So how come the devil is still around existing seeing to it that we Filipinos continue to be famous, more than ever, as the SICK MAN OF ASIA? Look how, as a sick people, we continue to pray daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly the Lord's prayer - "Give us this day our daily bread and lead us not into temptation..." Oh God, my dear God, never mind the bread. We are already used to not eating them. But when will you stop leading us Filipinos into temptation? I asked God before, but apparently God does not care to listen. I ask you again: What are you a God for? Specially for us poor Filipinos in the Philippines? The only country in Asia where far more churches and cathedrals have been established than hospitals and public libraries? . . . Poch Suzara

Oh Jesus, My Dear Jesus

"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Matthew 28:20 Oh Jesus, my dear Jesus, ever since the arrival of Christianity during the 16th century, millions upon millions of us Filipinos in the Philippines have certainly been your faithful followers. Today, in this already 21st century, we still do live up to your commands - Specially as you stated: “Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. For I have come to turn a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law— a man’s enemies will be the members of his own household.’ “Anyone who loves their father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves their son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me." Matthew 10:34-37 Oh Yes Jesus, even as we Filipinos are known throughout the world as the SICK MAN OF ASIA for your glory down here, we still do love you much as we are still anxiously waiting for your return to the Philippines from up there. Poch Suzara

Our Savior Jesus and Yolanda Typoon

And when Jesus had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease. Matthew 10:1 Oh Jesus, my dear Jesus, we all know that since the 16th century youhad already saved the Philippines. You were able to convert her from paganism into Catholicism. . . Now how about saving the lives of millions of Filipinos in Western Visayas hit by the most destructive typhoon "Yolanda" ever recorded in world history? The Swiss, the Chinese, Americans, Japanese, Canadians, Australians, Germans, French, Canadians, Indonesians, Taiwanese; in fact, most member nations of the United nations have already arrived to help out donating food, water, clothing, shelter, and medicine! Not to mention millions of dollars in cash! Equipments. And a hospital ship with doctors, nurses, and surgical facilities from China! What about your apostles? When are they coming? Specially as they are gifted with power and authority from you to cure all manner of diseases? Indeed, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present of help in trouble. Psalms 46:1 I suppose you are much pleased with the officials of our government - they are out busy praying for more miracles from foreign countries to arrive. They are proud of the Catholic Pope also sending more prayers for the suffering victims of the monster typhoon reminding them of the words of Jesus: "Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof." Matthew 6:34. - "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints." Psalms 116:15 Poch Suzara

I'd Rather be a Failure

Success with faith will depend on your wishbone. Success with reason will depend on your backbone. For my part, still busy as I am with self-education - I'd rather be a failure. There is No such Thing as Health

Not to wait to get sick and be treated, but to live and strengthen the body daily for oneself, for your loved ones, and be able to live your days and life to the fullest. Health is truly wealth." Dr. Nickie Fatoolie . . . Unfortunately, sadly, nevertheless truthfully, there is no such thing as health. The day we are born is the day we begin to live in a dying body." . . . Poch suzara

God and the Atheists

If there were no God, there would be no atheists. - - - G.K. Chesterton . . . Oh my dear G. K. Chesterton, I am an atheist only because my own teachers in school, friends and associates in society, and relatives at home never knew what or which GOD everybody is always talking about; specially as God is suppose to be existing here, existing there, and existing everywhere? Indeed, instead of being always omni-present, only always omni-absent. . . Moreover my dear Sir, you are such a sanctimonious hypocrite, if not a frightened religious sap. If there were no atheists, who else will have the intellectual courage, nay, the common sense to tell the whole world that religion is nothing but sacramental dogma, pigma, and hogma that have never inspired the development or even the refinement of the medulla oblongata!. . . God? Which God? What God?

Sen. Miriam Defensor Santiago, considered the constitutional law expert of the Senate, said upon learning of the Supreme Court decision declaring pork barrel to be unconstitutional: "There's a God, after all." My Dear Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago, which God are you referring to? There are so many known Gods. . . There is God, the Father; God, the Son; God, the holy ghost; God, the Money - the God of the politicians in our corrupt government. There is also the unknown God as even the Holy bible admits: "For as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Whom therefore ye ignorantly worship, him declare I unto you. Acts 17:23 Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

The Lesson We must all Learn from TYPHOON YOLANDA

The lesson we all must learn as Filipinos from the Typhoon monster "Yolanda" - our Japanese Tsunami, our American Katrina: --- No doubt, there was 10 per cent malice; but there was 90 per cent gratitude. . . Indeed, help, tons of help came from humans known as Americans, Japanese, British, Canadians, Australians, Germans, French, Taiwanese, Vietnamese, Indonesians, Scandinavians, especially the Swiss citizens, etc. because of, if not due to, their sense of common humanity. There was no sign of divinity anywhere whatsoever. No God and his angels, no Jesus and his apostles, no saints of the church. It is time for all of us to fully recognize and to fully acknowledge that there is something far more precious, more useful, and more meaningful when it comes to our common sense of, and for humanity. It is time to dump useless, worthless, and meaningless divinity! After all, the hands working and helping are always much more reiable and trustworthy than the lips praying! . . . Childish Prayers

In the world of lies, deceptions, illusions, delusions, and confusion - the truth-teller has little chance to change the ways of the world for the better except to be the subject of the prayers said by the religious morons of this world... Education In the Philippines

It is because modern education is so seldom inspired by a great hope that it so seldom achieves great results. . . Bertrand Russell . . . Oh Russell, my dear Bertrand Russell, in the Philippines, the only Catholic country in Asia since the 16th century, schools, colleges, and universities mostly own and operated by the Catholic priesthood industry - the only hope taught to us millions of Filipinos to believe and to have faith in is the hope of the better world to come in the kingdom of God after death. . . In fact, it is divinely written in the holy bible: "Love not this world, neither the things that are in the world... If any man love the world. the love of the Father is not in him." 1John 2:15 . . . Our Unholy Faith as Inspired by Messages Written the Unholy Bible

"The content of the Bible must be brought in contact with the world." . . . Philippine Star, Nov. 18, 2013. . . Indeed, especially to be in the contact with the millions of Filipinos in the Philippines - the only Christians country in Asia since the 16th century. . . Here, however, are some of the countless examples of the dogma, pigma and hogma - holy filth revealed as the revealed truth in the holy bible as written by inspired authors of God: Ezekiel 9:5-6 “Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women.” Isaiah 13:16 “Their children also shall be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses shall be spoiled, and their wives ravished.” 1 Chronicles 20:3 “And he brought out the people that were in it, and cut them with saws, and with harrows of iron, and with axes.” Psalm 137:8-9 “O daughter of Babylon, you destroyer, happy those who pay you back the evil you have done us! Happy those who seize your children and smash them against a rock.” Numbers 31: 17-18 “Now therefore KILL every male among the little ones, and KILL every woman (female) that hath known man by lying (having sex) with him. “But keep ALIVE for yourselves all the GIRLS and all the women who are VIRGINS.” Numbers 31: 35 “And the Jews salvaged for themselves 32,000 virgins” 1 John 2:15 "Love not this world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him." Eccl 1:18 "For in much wisdom is much grief, and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow." Isaiah 45:7 " I form the light and create darkness: I make peace and create evil: I the Lord do these things." Luke 14:26 "If any man come to me and hate not his father, and mother, and children, and brethrern, yea, his own life also, he cannot be my disciple." Psalms 22:1 "My God, My God, why hast thou forsaken me? Why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring? Matthew 10:34-37 “Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. For I have come to turn a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law— a man’s enemies will be the members of his own household. Anyone who loves their father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves their son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me." Luke 19:27 "But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hithher, and slay them for me." Matthew 7:7-8 “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. In view of the recent monster typhoon "Yolanda" - our Japanese Tsunami, our American Katrina - that caused the death and destruction of hundreds of thousands of already impoverished Filipinos, Matthew, as one inspired author of God, must have been a stupid jerk, if not a silly clown writing nonsense in the bible for Christ's sake! Thoughts to Provoke Your Thoughts

Here is a thought to provoke your thoughts: officials of foreign governments have done more, much more for the hundreds of thousands of Filipinos - the suffering victims of the monster typhoon "Yolanda" that caused so much death and destruction in the Philippines. The officials of the Philippine government have done less, much less, for its own people. . . Here is another thought to provoke you thoughts: officials of foreign governments have done more, much more in giving Filipino workers and laborers employment in foreign countries. . . the officials of the Philippine government have been giving Filipino workers and laborers virtually no employment opportunities right here in our own country in need of so much growth and development. Why should they? They are busy stealing the people's money - the same money that they use to buy the votes from the people in order to keep themselves in power, wealth, and glory! . . . I said it before, I say it again: PORK LAHAT KAYO SA CONGRESSO! BABOY LAHAT KAYO SA SENADO! HINDUT LAHAT KAYO SA GOBYERNO! Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

The Angry Atheists

Atheists aren't angry because we're selfish, or bitter, or joyless. . . Atheists are angry because we have compassion. . . Atheists are angry because we have a sense of justice. . . Atheists are angry because we see millions of people being terribly harmed by religion, and our hearts go out to them, and we feel motivated to do something about it. . . Atheists aren't angry because there's something wrong with us. Atheists are angry because there's something right with us. . . . Greta Christina, speaking at Reason Rally, National Mall, Washington, DC, 2012-03-24 . . . For my part, I am angry atheist because of what Christianity has done to my people and to my country. . . We Filipinos are nothing but sick as a people, and nothing but sick as a nation. . . We all have been taught to believe that there is nothing precious in this life existing earthly in the here and now; only something heavenly later after death with the pie in the sky later by and by. . . Indeed, everything is a dismal failure with us Filipinos in the Philippines; except religion in its churches and cathedrals and in schools, colleges, and universities - religion has always been and still is a great success! . . . Consider the horrors with millions upon millions of us Filipinos in this already 21st century: we still do believe and have faith in the message revealed as the truth in the holy bible: "Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him." 1 John 2:15 . . . Thus, our traditional Christian approach to nature has been a major contributing factor to ecological destruction. The belief that there is a better world to come after death has led to our disregard even of our natural of resources. We believe instead that the only things of true value are those found with Jesus in heaven. Our country, our people and nature and the flesh - we see as low and depraved and unworthy and therefore should be of no consequence to life coming in the next life. Our country is merely a stopover on our journey to the next world with God in heaven. Therefore the less love and less respect placed on it and more love and more respect placed on God and religion the better our chances to win eternal salvation with Jesus in the next world. I am told by my enemies, friends, associates, and relatives that as an angry atheist I am full of hate. Indeed, I am full of hate and proud of it. After all, in the Philippines, when it comes to the evils of religion, we are way way ahead of everybody in this God-forsaken world. . . Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

The Horrors of Christianity

You find as you look around the world that every single bit of progress in humane feeling, every improvement in the criminal law, every step toward the diminution of war, every step toward better treatment of the colored races, or every mitigation of slavery, every moral progress that there has been in the world, has been consistently opposed by the organized churches of the world... I say quite deliberately that the Christian religion, as organized in its churches, has been and still is the principal enemy of moral progress in the world. - - - Bertrand Russell (Why I Am Not a Christian) Oh Russell, my dear Bertrand Russell, I said it before, I say it again: Never mind looking at the world around us, just take a good look at the Philippines - the only Christian country in Asia since the 16th century. . . In the Philippines, with us as a people, in this already 21st century, we still do love nothing but God up there by hating one another down here. . .indeed, life in general in the Philippines can be characterized as the daily competition to be the criminal or just be the victim of the criminals; especially, those as the officials in the government. . . Thinkers are far More Useful than Believers

"Data is not information, Information is not knowledge, Knowledge is not understanding, Understanding is not wisdom." . . . Clifford Stoll . . . In the Philippines, instead of intelligent education, what we acquire is stupid indoctrination. . . Indeed, what can be expected from schools, colleges, and universities own and operated by the Catholic priesthood industry?. . . We Filipinos are never taught HOW to think; only WHAT to believe! . . . I said it before, I say it again: In this already 21st century, it is time for us Filipinos to learn HOW to be enlightened thinkers as a people. In this way, we need no longer to carry on as frightened believers of our poor and backward nation. . . Poch Suzara

Jose Rizal and the Catholic Priesthood Industry

The philosopher has never killed any priests, whereas the priest has killed a great many philosophers." . . . Denis Diderot . . . In the Philippines, the only Catholic country in Asia, the Catholic priesthood industry has arrested, incarcerated, and publicly executed Jose Rizal - the greatest of Filipinos as a thinker; but also continue to render inutile the minds and hearts of millions upon millions of Filipino children in schools, colleges, and universities own and operated by the Catholic priesthood industry in the Philippines. . . Thus, even in this already 21s century, we Filipinos are still taught how to love Jesus up there by hating one another in our own country down here. . . Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

Filipinos as the Victims of Christianity

How come we Filipinos, in this already 21st century, are still spiritually impoverished as the Sick Man of Asia? . . . Well, For one thing, we Filipinos will never do anything worthwhile for our country. We do not love our country. Whatever it is that move our minds and hearts as Filipinos will only have to do with anything to please a silly divinity up there; or, anything to do with ourselves not as the intelligent leaders, but only as the frightened followers of Christianity down here. . . In the meantime: The hundreds of thousands of poor Filipinos victimized by the most destructive typhoon "Yolanda" - Winds of up to 235mph and gusts of 170mph left a trail of destruction - triggering major landslides, knocking out power and communications and causing catastrophic widespread damage. Hundreds of homes have been flattened and scores of streets flooded; more than 10,000 deaths - was a child's play compared to the millions upon millions of Filipinos who are still victimized by the wealth, power, and glory of Christianity in this only Christian country in Asia since the 16th century. The Greatest of Happiness in Life

God allows sorrows and tears today to open our hearts to the joys of tomorrow. . . Philippine Star Nov. 14, 2013 . . . Education Versus Indoctrination

"We are faced with the paradoxical fact that education has become one of the chief obstacles to intelligence and freedom of thought. . . Indeed, we are all born ignorant, not stupid. We are made stupid by education. - Bertrand Russell . . . For my part, I was expelled out of high school because even since grade school, I wanted to be an intelligent thinker. I did not care to learn how to be a stupid believer. . .Indeed, to save not my silly soul, but to save instead my precious mind and heart. . . Poch Suzara

Liberty versus Lies and Deceptions

I Have Yet To Hear About it From God

If God does not approve of the way I live, think, read, and write; indeed, the way I have been educating myself out of school, - how come I never hear about it from God? I only hear about it from the religious jerks, if not from frightened college educated saps?. . . In the meantime, If any of you religious morons want me to believe in God, introduce God to me. In this way, I'd be happy to have a long thought-provoking chat with Him. . . I'd be most anxious to tell God that he has been a LOUSY FUCKING God to all of us Filipinos in the Philippines! What Philippine Government?

Philippine Government 'Paralyzed' by Typhoon Aftermath. . . CNN News . . . BBC . . . What Philippine government? There is no government of the people, by the people, and for the people in the Philippines! There is only the government of the sick officials, by the sick officials, and for the sick officials! . . . It is very easy to figure out the truth behind this historical horror. Even our government officials, from the lowest to the highest level all believe and have faith that - come what may, GOD WILL ALWAYS PROVIDE FOR THE PHILIPPINES; IF THAT WERE NOT YET FORTH COMING, HIS SON JESUS WILL SOON BE RETURNING TO REMEDY THE ILLS OF OUR SICK COUNTRY. . . Suffering for Christ's Sake

It is better to suffer for the cause of Christ than for the cause of Christ to suffer... Philippine Star, Nov. 13, 2013 . . . When one person suffers from a delusion, it is called insanity... When millions of people suffer from a delusion, in the Philippines it is called Christianity." . . . In the meantime, let's take a closer look at the essence of Christianity: it is told to us in the Garden of Eden bible story. The fruit that was forbidden was on the tree of knowledge. The lesson is, all the suffering that Adam and Eve had to endure was because they wanted to discover more about the nature of that tree of knowledge. . . . Poch Suzara Twitter# Google# Facebook#

Is Sin Forgivable or Is It Not?

Is There an Unforgivable Sin? Mark 3:28-29: I tell you the truth, all the sins and blasphemies of men will be forgiven them... But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; he is guilty of an eternal sin. There is an unforgivable sin. . . 1 John 1:9: If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. Jesus forgives our sins. No exceptions mentioned. . . Colossians 2:13: When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your sinful nature, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins. "All" of our sins are forgiven. . . James 5:16: The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. . . Romans 3:10: There is none righteous, no, not one. . . Lively Analysis versus Deadly Paralysis

The purpose of education is to replace an empty mind with an open one. . . Malcolm Forbes . . . The purpose of indoctrination, however, is to open the mind to learn how to be stupid as believers, and not to learn how to be intelligent as thinkers. . . In our schools, colleges, and universities in the Philippines - the only Catholic country in Asia since the 16th century - there is no such thing as education under lively analysis. . . There is only, for the most part, indoctrination under deadly paralysis. . . College-educated writers on these pages are the best examples of what it means to think not under lively analysis; but indeed only to believe, like frightened jerks, under deadly paralysis! . . . Wow God, What are you a God for?

Safety is not found in the absence of danger, but in the presence of God. . . Philippine Star, Nov. 11, 2013 . . . Wow, What a lot of dogma, pigma, hogma, and sick medulla oblongata. The only Begotten Son of God Jesus, crucified on a cross, cried out loud: "MY GOD, MY GOD, WHY HAS THOU FORSAKEN ME?" This was during the 1st century! . . . Today, in the 21st century, I ask: where was God's presence in the recent monster typhoon "Yolanda" that destroyed properties and assets and killed thousands of poor Filipinos not because of their free will to be free from danger, but because God had other divine plans for the Philippines - the only Catholic, God-fearing country in Asia since the 16th century? . . . Janet Lim Napoles

I have the greatest admiration for Janet Lim Napoles. With no college education, no high school education, and due to poverty, with just a year or two in grade school - she somehow managed to rescue herself and her family and parents, brothers and sisters, and other friends and relatives out of poverty. With much guts and criminal maneuvering she was able to convince college-educated Congressmen and college-educated Senators to connive with her in stealing BILLIONS OF PESOS - the people's money that's suppose to belong to the government of the people, by the people, and for the people. As a high school expelled student, I envy the success of no-read-no-write Janet Lim Napoles. . . I am still trying to successfully convince college-educated men and women in the government including my friends, associates, and relatives that it is preoccupation with possession more than anything else that prevents us from living freely, nobly, and greatly. They just laugh at me. Just like my teachers in school. They all got peeved with me when I tried to tell them that my "questions" are far more precious than their "answers" because, in time, their answers will become obsolete. . . . Poch Suzara! Wasted Centuries

Waiting for God is never a waste of time . . . Philippine Star Nov. 9, 2013 . . . In the Philippines, however, waiting for God is a waste of centuries. . . Indeed, ever since the 16th century, millions upon millions of us Filipinos have never ceased to pray to God for our healthy growth as a people, and for our wealthy development as a nation. Thus far, however, we are still spiritually sick as a people, and still sick economically and sick and backward morally as a nation - we are only told to just keep on praying! - - - And like frightened damned fools - in this already 21st century, we are still busy, faithful, and sick with our sick prayers! . . . God as a Super-Atheist

God is not only An Atheist, but a Super-Atheist . . . In the realm of the natural, humans differ in their views about how the universe came into existence. . . While some claim that a supernatural being created the universe, others claim that the universe came into existence without having been created by some supernatural influence. . . Traditionally, we call the first group "theists" and the second group "atheists". . . Let's assume for the sake of argument that God does indeed exist, and that he created the natural universe that we live in. . . Let's also further assume that religions that claim to be revealed by God are in fact revealed by God. . . Let's go even more and assume that what God revealed is what God believes is true (ie. God is not lying to us). . . So what is revealed to us through religions is that God of religions created this universe, and that he was not created, but rather God came into existence without having been created by some kind of "super god". . . The question becomes: Is God an atheist? Certainly God cannot prove nor disprove the claim that he was created by some "super god"... So in reality the fact that God does not believe in the existence of a "super god" in a very real sense makes him super-atheist!!! Poch Suzara

The Priesthood Industry - the Killers of Philosophers

"The philosopher has never killed any priests, whereas the priest has killed a great many philosophers." --- Denis Diderot . . . The Horrors of opinions, Ancient Knowledge, and Faith

The recipe for perpetual ignorance is: Be satisfied with your opinions and content with your knowledge. . . Elbert Hubbard. . . In the Philippines, as college-educated Filipinos, we are not only satisfied with our opinions, not only contented with our knowledge, but we are also most proud of our faith in the Jewish Son of God Jesus born of a Virgin Mary impregnated by a holy Spirit in Bethlehem some 2,000 years ago. . . The Absurdity of Payer

George Bush says he speaks to God every day, and Christians love him for it. If George Bush said he spoke to God through his hair dryer, they would think he was mad. What or Who is God

"The atheist does not say 'there is no God,' but he says 'I know not what you mean by God; I am without idea of God'; the word 'God' is to me a sound conveying no clear or distinct affirmation. ... The Bible God I deny; the Christian God I disbelieve in; but I am not rash enough to say there is no God as long as you tell me you are unprepared to define God to me." -- Charles Bradlaugh . . . Oh my dear Charles Bradlaugh, in the Philippines, GOD means Jesus, the Jewish Son of a Virgin Mary impregnated by the Holy Spirit more than 2,000 years ago. As to who or what the Holy Spirit is, nobody knows, not even the millions of college educated men and women know what "holy" means. Or whether the existence of something holy is a He or a She or an It. In the meantime, I am often asked: Why does it bother me that other people believe in God? . . . In a nutshell, for the same reason it SHOULD bother you: to have frightened saps and jerks who are mentally sick, pushing their lies and deceptions and delusions upon the rest of society, specially to twist and distort the the innocent minds of children in school! . . . "Research is what I'm doing when I don't know what I'm doing." - Wernher Von Braun (1912-1977) . . . In my case, as a high school expelled student, research is my way of verifying whether there was any validity or even reliability as to my teacher's stand in school that their answers have been far more precious than my questions!. . . In the meantime, Scientists Stephen Hawking said it briefly and truthfully: - "The Greatest enemy of knowledge is not ignorance, it is the illusion of knowledge." . . . For my part, I said it before, I say it again: the greatest enemy against the growth of human intelligence is not hard thinking, but easy believing. . . Poch Suzara Twitter# Google# facebook#

The Existence of Evil in the Philippines

There is no explanation for evil. It must be looked upon as a necessary part of the order of the universe. To ignore it is childish, to bewail it senseless. . . W. Somerset Maugham. . . My dear Somerset Maugham, I entirely agree with you; except that in the Philippines - the only Catholic country in Asia - it is highest form of stupidity, if not the lowest form of insanity if we Filipinos only continue to believe and to have faith in the existence of evil as the necessary part of the order of the universe that makes us famous as the Sick Man on this earth gifted with a Free Will by God in heaven. . . SUCCESS in the Philippines

We have no intellectual capacity to do something higher, greater, or noble enough to be failing at. . . Indeed, we are NOT a nation of great men and great women who have the power, the courage, and the intellect to put beauty into our country where nature has only put horrors! . . . We Filipinos are only contented to be a nation of sinners and criminals and prayers, indeed, historically, only to continue at being the faithful victims, and not the fearless masters of our own destiny! . . The Jewish Wailing Wall

A reporter goes to Israel to cover the fighting. She is looking for something emotional and positive and of human interest. Something like that guy in Sarajevo who risked his life to play the cello everyday in the town square. In Jerusalem, she heard about an old Jew who had been going to the Wailing Wall to pray, twice a day, every day, for a long, long time. So she went to check it out. She goes to the Wailing Wall and there he is! So she watches him pray and after about 45 minutes, when he turns to leave, she approaches him for an interview. "Rebecca Smith, CNN News. Sir, how long have you been coming to the Wall and praying?" "For about 50 years." "What do you pray for?" "For peace between the Jews and the Arabs. For all the hatred to stop. For our children to grow up in safety and friendship." "How do you feel after doing this for 50 years?" "Like I'm talking to a fucking wall." Oh My Dear Rabbi, Your Wailing Wall exist only there. Not existing here, and not existing everywhere... We Filipinos pray nightly, daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly to our Catholic God existing here, existing there, and existing everywhere... You can imagine how the few of us thinking Filipinos feel today after praying for more than 400 years in this only Catholic country in Asia! We continue to faithfully remain spiritually poor as a people, and morally bankrupt as a nation! Cheers! Poch Suzara Facebook# Twitter# Google#

FREE WILL versus GOD'S DIVINE PLAN

What's wrong with us Filipinos? We have no heritage from the past worthy to defend or to protect or even to respect. . . We have no promises for the future to look forward to with pride, dignity, and self-respect. . . Nevertheless, however, we all believe and have faith that after we are dead we shall inherit a better world to come with God, with the Son of God Jesus together with His Jewish Apostles, and with the Virgin Mary, His Jewish Mother of God in heaven. . . The One and Only Famous Filipino Atheist

I entirely agree with my friend Danding Jimenez that "Filipinos are almost invisible in the world scene in terms of art and culture and intellectual, literary and artistic influence. - There are Almost no industrial products from the Philippines. - No great Philippine Olympian - No great Philippine Nobel Prize winner - No great Filipino general - No great Filipino philosopher - No world-renowned Filipino poet - Almost no great and world renowned Filipino fashion designer - No great, internationally renowned Philippine pianist, conductor, composer, operatic singer. - Almost no great, internationally renowned Philippine literary figure. - Almost no great, internationally renowned Philippine political figure. - Almost no great, internationally renowned Philippine scientist. - May I, however, point out an exception: there is one great Filipino with guts and gumption enough to declare publicly in this only Catholic country in Asia that he is an ATHEIST; and, that he has far more love, respect, and admiration for Jose Rizal than he has for the Son of God Jesus. "For centuries, theologians have been explaining the unknowable in terms of the-not-worth-knowing." - Henry Louis Mencken (1880-1956) ... In our forum, however, the religiously frightened saps such as Rev. Bodjie, Rev. Rivera, Rev. Calderon, Rev. Nathaniel, and Rev. Mathematicians More Truthful than the Theologians

2 plus 2 equals 4 is a revealed truth by the mathematicians of this world. Indeed, the Multiplication Table is the perfect model of truth... It is free from dogma, hogma, and pigma. . . I asked it before, I ask it again: - how come the theologians of this world have utterly failed to reveal the "revealed truth" in the holy bible - a book filled with lies, deceptions, illusions, confusions, delusions, contradictions, inconsistencies, absurdities, obscenities, vulgarities, and atrocities? The multiplication table can never be successfully tampered with, or mistranslated. The same can never be said of the Bible. There are more than 57 different versions of the bible sold in bookstores today. There is only one multiplication table and, without conflict, can be universally & unequivocally comprehended: the opposite must be said about the Bible. I would like to know, why does the Holy Bible need to be interpreted by only certain "theologians" while any child is free to interpret & master the multiplication table? Indeed, there is no need for sick teachers to force children in school to believe that 1 plus 1 equals 2. Poch Suzara

The SICK MAN OF ASIA WITH HIS SICK HOLY BIBLE

Stupidity is making the simple complicated. Creativity is the exact opposite - it is making the complicated simple. . . Many of you on these pages are angry, nay, shocked with me because I continue to make simple the complicated hard-to-read holy bible for all of you to learn. . . I am never afraid to expose the brazen lies, deceptions, illusions, confusions, delusions, contradictions, inconsistencies, absurdities, obscenities, vulgarities, and atrocities - all more known as the "revealed Truth" as written by the inspired authors of God! . . . When Christianity arrived to conquer us during the 16th century, we had the land, and they had the bible. Today in this already 21st century, we have the bible. . . Christianity owns not only our land, but far more precious - owns our minds and hearts. Indeed, in control of the SICK MAN OF ASIA!. . . The Sick Holy Bible

"Somebody ought to tell the truth about the Bible. The preachers dare not, because they would be driven from their pulpits. Professors in colleges dare not, because they would lose their salaries. Politicians dare not. They would be defeated. Editors dare not. They would lose subscribers. Merchants dare not, because they might lose customers. Men of fashion dare not, fearing that they would lose caste. Even clerks dare not, because they might be discharged. And so I thought I would do it myself." ... Robert G. Ingersoll... "Whenever we read the obscene stories, the voluptuous debaucheries, the cruel and tortuous executions, the unrelenting vindictiveness, with which more than half the Bible is filled, it would be more consistent that we called it the word of a demon than the word of God. It is a history of wickedness, that has served to corrupt and brutalize mankind; and, for my part, I sincerely detest it, as I detest everything that is cruel."... Thomas Paine... "The Bible is not the 'word of God,' but stolen from pagan sources. Its Eden, Adam and Eve were taken from the Babylonian accounts; its Flood and Deluge is but an epitome of some four hundred flood accounts; its Ark and Ararat have their equivalents in a score of Deluge myths; even the names of Noah's sons are copies, so also Isaac's sacrifice, Solomon's judgment, and Samson's pillar acts; its Moses is fashioned after the Syrian Mises; its laws after Hammurabi's code. Its Messiah is derived from the Egyptian Mahdi, Savior, certain verses are verbatim copies of Egyptian scriptures. Between Jesus and the Egyptian Horus, Gerald Massy found 137 similarities, and those between Christ and Krishna run into the hundreds. How then can the Bible be a revelation to the Jews?"... Lloyd Graham... It is not those parts of the Bible that I do not READ that bothers me. It is those parts I do seriously READ that bothers me enough to spread the TRUTH not yet REVEALED in the bible by INSPIRED authors of God... Poch Suzara

Filipinos as Sick Employees in Foreign Countries

“He called his twelve disciples to him and gave them authority to drive out evil spirits and to heal every disease and sickness.” Matt. 10:1 . . . It is truly tragic. As the only Christian country in Asia since the 16th century the apostles of Jesus miserably failed to drive out the evil spirits and utterly failed also to heal every disease and sickness in the Philippines... We Filipinos only continue to be famous as the sick people of Asia, and not considered as the healthy masters in our own country. And what is even more tragic, is when the foreigners are here as our "foreign investors." They are here as our "employers." When we Filipinos are in their country, we are there as their "employees." Indeed, it is time to look at our sick system of education where the results, historically, continue to be the same recycled garbage: Millions of college-educated Pinoys and Pinays are only educated enough to be the "employees" or only to be "servants" of any of the three of the greatest ECONOMIC MONSTERS keeping our country poor and backward: The corrupt officials of the church, the corrupt officials of the government, and both together always in cahoots together with the corrupt officials as the foreign investors in the Philippines. . . Verses in the Bible that Treat Women as the Tootie-Frooties of this world

"I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man. She must be quiet." (1 Timothy 2:12 "Go, now, attack Amalek, and deal with him and all that he has under the ban. Do not spare him, but kill men and women, children and infants, oxen and sheep, camels and asses." (1 Samuel 15:3) "You shall not let a sorceress live." (Exodus 22:18) "Happy those who seize your children and smash them against a rock." (Psalm 137:9) "When the men would not listen to his host, the husband seized his concubine and thrust her outside to them. They had relations with her and abused her all night until the following dawn, when they let her go. Then at daybreak the woman came and collapsed at the entrance of the house in which her husband was a guest, where she lay until the morning. When her husband rose that day and opened the door of the house to start out again on his journey, there lay the woman, his concubine, at the entrance of the house with her hands on the threshold. He said to her, 'Come, let us go'; but there was no answer. So the man placed her on an ass and started out again for home." (Judges 19:25-28) "And the males likewise gave up natural relations with females and burned with lust for one another. Males did shameful things with males and thus received in their own persons the due penalty for their perversity." (Romans 1:27) "Jephthah made a vow to the Lord. 'If you deliver the Ammonites into my power,' he said, 'whoever comes out of the doors of my house to meet me when I return in triumph from the Ammonites shall belong to the Lord. I shall offer him up as a holocaust.' ... When Jephthah returned to his house in Mizpah, it was his daughter who came forth, playing the tambourines and dancing. She was an only child: he had neither son nor daughter besides her. When he saw her, he rent his garments and said, 'Alas, daughter, you have struck me down and brought calamity upon me. For I have made a vow to the Lord and I cannot retract'." (Judges 11:30-1, 34-5) "Then God said: 'Take your son Isaac, your only one, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah. There you shall offer him up as a holocaust on a height that I will point out to you'."(Genesis 22:2) "Wives should be subordinate to their husbands as to the Lord." (Ephesians 5:22) "Slaves, be subject to your masters with all reverence, not only to those who are good and equitable but also to those who are perverse." (1 Peter 2:18) . . . Poch Suzara

The Holy Bible as the Best Seller Book in the World

The Bible has been corrupted, altered, edited, revised, tampered, issued, corrected, changed, modified, and re-issued. If Jesus Was God - The Savior of the World

If Jesus was God - the Savior of the world, then who was he praying to on the cross when he cried our loud:, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me"? ( Mark 15:34; Matthew 27:46) Was he praying to himself? If so, was he complaining to himself about why he had forsaken himself? Whatever happened to the power of prayer? How come it did not work for Jesus? But then again, if Jesus was God and he very well knew that after His death on the cross, He will resurrect back to life after three days, why would He feel forsaken by His relatives on earth as they were in heaven? . . . In La Salle grade school and high school, I was lied to, deceived, deluded, confused, laughed at, bullied, frightened, and bamboozled by our teachers in class. Especially in the subject of religion and history.,. During the first day of the week, on Mondays, I was always chastised by our Principal for getting failing marks in most of the subjects in my Report Card. I was always famous as a class Dunce. It seemed so alarmingly obvious, if not apparently translucent that I found it hard to take my teachers seriously. I always doubted the veracity in what my teachers took for granted, that is, I should have no problem in believing or having faith in this or that. Indeed, every time I had the opportunity to rebel against my teachers, I did so which finally lead to my getting expelled out of first year high school. Poch Suzara

The Holy Bible as a book Written by an Almighty Tootie-Frootie

"If two men are fighting and the wife of one of them comes to rescue her husband from his assailant, and she reaches out and seizes him by his private parts, you shall cut off her hand. Show her no pity." - Deuteronomy 25:11-12 ... My dear religious morons, there is no need to read the whole book of Deuteronomy to logically conclude that the bible is not only the work of divine perversity, supernatural mediocrity, but also, specially, the work of an All-Mighty Tootie-Frootie . . . Money Wasted in the Promotion of THEISM in the Philippines

“Who can over estimate the progress of the world if all the money wasted in superstition could be used to enlighten, elevate and civilize mankind?” . . . Robert G. Ingersoll. . . For my part, I ask: who can over estimate the growth of the Filipino as a healthy people, and the development of the Philippines as a wealthy nation if all the money wasted in the promotion of THEISM could be used to enlighten, elevate, and civilize the system of education in its schools, colleges, and universities?. . . Indeed, in this already 21st century, we Filipinos are still taught to believe and to have faith in the promise that in order to be saved by Jesus, we must only love God up there by hating each other and by hating our country down here!... Women in the bible Treated like pieces of Meat for Sex Activities

You may find the following Bible verses hard to believe even though fundamentalist Christians claim they are inspired by God and everything in the Bible is true for all time and must be taken literally. (Keep in mind that Bible translations differ.) 1. In the Bible's book of Deuteronomy it says that if a man marries a woman and then decides that he hates her, he can claim she wasn't a virgin when they married. At that point her father must prove she was a virgin. (How is not explained.) If he can't, then the girl is to be stoned to death at her father's doorstep. 2. If you see a pretty woman among your captives and would like her for a wife, then bring her home and "go in unto her." Later, if you decide you don't like her, you can simply "let her go." (Deuteronomy) 3. If a betrothed virgin is raped in the city and doesn't cry out loud enough, then "the men of the city shall stone her to death." (Deuteronomy) 4. In the book of Esther the king apparently decrees a sex contest among young virgin women to see who can best please him. (There is debate on how.) He eventually chooses Esther. However, since women are viewed as inherently dirty, Esther must be "purified" for twelve months before she can be made queen. (Esther) 5. Paul points out in New Testament Romans that "the natural use" of women is to provide men with sex. (Romans) 6. Heaven is to be inhabited by 144,000 virgin men who have not been "defiled" by women. (RE 14:1-4) [One wonders how this squares with God's command to, "Be fruitful and multiply...(Genesis )] 7. A group of sexual depraved men beat on the door of an old man's house demanding that he turn over to them a male house guest. Instead, the old man offers his virgin daughter and his guest's wife: "Behold, here are my virgin daughter and his concubine (wife); let me bring them out now. Ravish them and do with them what seems good to you; but against this man do not do so vile a thing." The women were subsequently ravished and killed. (JG)) 8. In Exod. we see that it is permissible to sell one's daughter (but apparently not one's son) into slavery.. 9. According to St. Jerome, "Nothing is so unclean as a woman in her periods; what she touches she causes to be unclean." In Leviticus it states, "If a woman conceives and bears a male child, she shall be ceremonially unclean seven days...if she bears a female child she shall be unclean two weeks...." 10. "A woman dropped a stone on his head and cracked his skull. Hurriedly he called to his armor-bearer, 'Draw your sword and kill me, so that they can't say a woman killed me.' So his servant ran him through, and he died." (Judges) 11. Under God's direction, Moses' army kills all the adult males, but they mercifully just take the women and children captive. When Moses learns that they left some women and children alive, he angrily says: "Kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him." Throughout Bible history God is said to demand that thousands, if not millions, of men, women and children be slaughtered. And they are. 12. A man has an obligation to produce a child with his brother's widow. If he refuses, his sister-in-law is to spit in his face in front of the elders. (Deuteronomy 25:5-9) And in case you are Jewish, you may be familiar with the Jewish prayer: "Blessed be the God who has not created me a heathen, a slave or a woman." We've only listed a dozen Bible quotes of this type, but there are many more. Would we be wrong in assuming that even Bible literalists wouldn't want these verses read to their children in Bible School? Plus, what parent would want their children reading Bible verses comparing the size of men's penises to donkey genitals and their sperm flow to that of horses? Books are commonly banned from school libraries for much less. Most Old Testament law dates back centuries to Jewish tribal law and would be considered not only immoral but illegal today. At the same time, fundamentalist, Bible-carrying Christians claim they are the for-all-time, inviolable Word of God... Poch Suzara
