The Philippines will never embark on a road towards progress and development if she continues to be under the same rule composed of religious morons in cahoots with the same corrupt politicians supporting the same old rotten businessmen. Only men of science and technology can change the rotten system to re-direct the Filipino towards maturity and responsibility as a people and scientific and technological development as a nation.
