James as One Inspired bible Author of God

"Draw close to God, and He will draw close to you." James 4:8

As a judicious reader of the bible, am I to conclude that this religious moron, one of the inspired bible authors of God, was never inspired to already believe that God is omniscient - that God is already here, is already there, and is already everywhere? Poch Suzara
