Believe It or Not

If you wish to set up a Foundation and have it registered with the government office in the Philippines known as THE SECURITY AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION, you must first submit a letter of appointment from any of Catholic Bishops of the Philippines. The Foundation must start with a basic worth of ONE MILLION PESOS. For my part, I do not believe it. What I do believe, however, is that there is no such creature called the Separation between Church and State in the Philippines. In fact, both the Church and State have been having an illicit affair together and they have begotten millions of poor and bastard children.
