In grade school, high school, and in college at De la Salle University nothing was put into our hearts except the love for Jesus who preached: - “love not this world, neither the things that are in the world.” It explains why we do not love our country, and why, indeed, we are a nation of failures and losers still believing and waiting for the Second Coming of the Lord. I love Bertrand Russell

I love Bertrand Russell not for turning mathematics upside-down and logic inside-out, but for never threatening me with punishment in hell-fire if I did not agree with any of his writings. In fact, Russell encouraged me to disagree with him and to think for myself; especially in the task of seeking the truth as no one, as Russell himself admitted, has as yet found the truth.

Russell wrote: All human knowledge is uncertain, inexact, and partial. I disagree and ask: what’s so uncertain, inexact, and partial about the truth that we are all born troubled, sick, and dying? Our Troubled Selves

There is the good side and the bad side in everything; except in religion - there is only the bad side. Religion damages the minds and hearts of children to grow up with so much fear and deep in ignorance to be unable to help remedy the world so full of hatred that grows out of fear.
Consider this painful fact: whether rich or poor, each and every one of us are born troubled. Indeed, as soon as we are born, we begin to die. There is no such thing as health. Health is a myth. In the meantime, if religion were to have its good side, it must be in the business of alleviating these horrors not with faith in human stupidity, but simply by facing and changing reality. Believe It or Not

If you wish to set up a Foundation and have it registered with the government office in the Philippines known as THE SECURITY AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION, you must first submit a letter of appointment from any of Catholic Bishops of the Philippines. The Foundation must start with a basic worth of ONE MILLION PESOS. For my part, I do not believe it. What I do believe, however, is that there is no such creature called the Separation between Church and State in the Philippines. In fact, both the Church and State have been having an illicit affair together and they have begotten millions of poor and bastard children. Jesus, the Pinoy

Jesus was crucified dead on the cross to destroy the devil. The devil, however, is still alive and doing actively well. Jesus must have been a Pinoy. Puro drama.

Animals

We are all born unbelievers, not believers. We are turned into frightened believers by indoctrination. To think that animals are born animals and no one in the animal kingdom would hate or kill other animals for the glory of God in heaven. The Biological Fact

The biological fact is the day we are born is the day we begin to die. Birth, growth, death, and decay amount to the same realty. Indeed, each unfolding reality contains the seeds of its own destruction and the embryo of a new reality that will replace it. In the ultimate analysis, however, there is no such thing as health because even in health we are already dying, aren’t we? It is all a question of time. Today, it is me. Tomorrow, it is you. Have you ever heard of atheist who hated and killed another atheist for not believing in God?

Chronic Boredom

Boredom is a chronic disease of the rich, not the poor. Chronic boredom stays with the rich round the clock. It smothers enthusiasm, impoverishes the imagination, saps personal energy, and inspires fear of new and fresh ideas. Most rich people would admit that they are bored; but never would they ever admit that they are boring. Blind Faith versus Bright Reason

Faith continues to be popular because, like “humility,” it makes a virtue out of lazy mentality which is really a euphemism for ecclesiastical stupidity. The war on poverty can never be won. To begin with, the world economists themselves do not exactly know what in hell they are talking about. For example – economic growth? Abused Atheists

We atheists make fun of religious beliefs because they are ludicrous. Can you really believe that Satan appeared and wafted Jesus on to a mountain top from which he could see the entire world and that Satan, personally, tempted Jesus and offered to him the kingdoms of this world if Jesus would only kneel down to Satan? ( matt. 4:11) (Luke 4:2-13). To think Jesus never asked Satan if he possessed titles of ownership of those kingdoms of the world! Perhaps you believe you can change your diet to suit God’s menu? … “hath he not sent me to the men that sit upon the wall, that they may eat their own shit, and drink their own piss with you? ( Isaiah 36:12 ) ( 2Kings 18:27 ) You can’t laugh at Atheists because we do not adhere to such irrational ideas. However, if you find any hilarious slips in our logic, we will be the first to laugh with you at our own errors. But now you complain that Atheists have done nothing to help the poor and the downtrodden as much as the Christians have. Well, how could we? Look what you Christians did to us Atheists for about 1,500 years. You outlawed us from the universities or any teaching careers, besmirched our reputation, ostracized us, blacklisted us, banned our books, burned our writings of any kind, drove us into exile, humiliated us, seized our properties, arrested us for blasphemy. Christians have dehumanized us atheists with beatings and exquisite torture, gouged out our eyes, slit our tongues, stretched, crushed, or broke our limbs, tore off their breasts if they were women, crushed their scrotums of they were men, imprisoned us, stabbed us, hung us, and burnt us alive – for bringing enlightenment to the minds of men and intelligence to the hearts of women. Atheists are now in government, in the United Nations, and other global organizations. Have you heard of atheists doing the same horrors to the Christians or to believers of whatever faith today? Author Dennis E. Hensley, in his book MILLENNIUM APPROACHES,writes that prisoners in New Jersey and Georgia have asked to worship on Fridays because they are Muslims. Orthodox Jews serving as rabbis in the military have asked to violate Air Force dress regulations in order to wear a skullcap. Sikhs serving in the military have petitioned to be allowed to grow their beards for their faith forbids shaving them. Muslim women in four states have sought an exception to revealing their faces for driver’s license photos since wearing a veil is part of their religious discipline.
According to high officials of the US government, if you were an American atheist, you are not considered a citizen of the USA.

Computer Industry

Logic and mathematics on the one hand, and science and technology, on the other hand, produced the computer machine.

The Holy Bible

The holy bible is responsible for more heresy, atheism, agnosticism, disbelief - call it what you like - than any other book ever published.
For my part, messages from the Old and the New Testament inspired me to extricate myself up and out of the Catholic Church premises. Basket Case

Considering the tens of millions of college educated Filipinos with talents and skills, why are we still in Asia a basket case? Indeed, in this 21st century, why is the Republic of the Philippines only waiting for more miracles from foreign countries called foreign investment? If not also waiting for a foreign Savior to remedy the religious ills of our sick society?
The Philippines – the only Christian country in Asia since the 16th century, for the glory of God in heaven, produces more children than it can produce more rice for the nation’s children!

Crab Mentality

Is the crab mentality one of the major negative attitudes of most Pinoys? Is this why our country lags behind neighboring nations? A sure sign of crab mentality is that everyone wants to be corrupt. Just like most, if not all of the officials in the Philippine government are corrupt? I say, please, let us not insult the crabs. They are innocent creatures. None of them are baptized Catholics. None are products of our schools, colleges, and universities. In fact, there are no known crabs who organized prayer rallies for the salvation of the crab souls being caught then boiled or steamed and swallowed by religious morons populating our sick country - the only Catholic country in Asia since the 16th century. Philippine Education

There is not one, among the great many schools, colleges, and universities in the Philippines that teach students we Filipinos are all one people, and that we Filipinos are all under one nation. The whole idea behind the system of education is to see to it that Filipinos never get to know and to love each other; especially, as we are all one and the same victims of the same historical deviltry since the 16th century known as Christianity. Atheists are Honest and Truthful People. We do not live with Lies and Deceptions

Those who believe atheism is an escape from responsibility or a license to a life of criminality will be in for a surprise. They will find atheism’s moral standards as high as those of any religion because they emanate from the exactly the same arena – human experience. Atheists will need even more responsibility because atheism expects no help from supernatural allies in the sky. Atheists will find no Big Daddy figure, no Grand Design, no purpose other than what they can make, and basically there is nothing in control of nature except the laws of nature. No wonder so many would-be atheists fail the test. But what the believers offer is even more unnerving. Consider: An all-knowing, all-powerful God who could have created any kind of world desired but deliberately and maliciously chose to create this world. This God stood by helplessly while his own Chosen people were being gassed to death by the millions. Either God approved, in which case he is at least as wicked as Hitler, or God disapproved, in which case he is less powerful than Hitler. The Great Flu of 1918 killed some 20 million people; where was our loving God? The God concept loses all the time. You simply cannot have an all-powerful, all-knowing, all-merciful God and have a world like this one. We atheists understand this, which is why we are atheists: without theism, without god-belief. It is not a careless or reckless position but quite a rational one arrived at after much thought and research. Atheism therefore will not be jettisoned without the power of reason. If that reason ( credible evidence for the existence of the supernatural ) has not been found in all of human history, it’s highly unlikely it will be discovered any time soon. So the probability of a genuine truth-seeker - an atheist reverting back to god-belief is about on a par with the chance of the man of knowledge going to back to being, once again, a man of faith traveling backward instead of forward. Errors

Why it is that when man commits an error, it is man’s fault? But when God commits an error, it is not God’s fault, but still man’s fault? If kindness, however, is the oil that takes the friction out of life, where then is supernatural kindness?

Mediocrity

To the mediocre, the highest form of religion is the one that’s based upon mediocrity. The theologians, who are always unworthy of human intelligence, prefer to call it - Christianity. There is nothing tragic about having been raised by ignorant parents at home and educated by ignorant teachers in school. Man's Insignificance

How microscopic man must be living on this planet as tiny as a speck of dust in the immensity of space and in the eternity of time. A million planets the size of earth can easily fit inside the sun. In the meantime, the largest Black Hole ever discovered by astronomers has a mass equivalent to 18,000,000,000 suns. And to think that on this piece of dust called "earth," some 2,000 years ago, the Son of the Creator of the Universe had to die on a stick of wood so that mankind will learn to "love not this world, neither the things that are in the world. Heaven and Earth

On earth as it is in heaven? Is this another biblical hogwash? If God could create a heaven without pain, poverty, and suffering, why couldn’t God create the same on earth? Does God have a place in science class? A silly question, indeed, because there is no God existing in religion class. Well, if God were non-existing in religion class, why should there be a God existing in science class?

Family Relationship

Family relationship in heaven must be just as screwed up as the family relationship on earth. Indeed, on earth as it is in heaven. We never cease praying to Mary, the Mother of God in heaven to pray for us sinners here on earth. Obviously, Mary and God are not that often together enjoying family chat. It only proves that God has no time to listen to his Mother. This is strange. Since God does not have to fool around away from home, or to leave his mother in order to migrate abroad to earn a living. Poch Suzara

Catholic Bishops

27 million Pinoys have no toilet facilities and no access to clean water. And yet, despite these horrors, the catholic bishops in cooperation with our high government officials have not ceased to inspire our women to have sex not for fun, but to have sex seriously by getting pregnant. Never mind if children were born unwanted or unloved. We must never displease God. Never mind if children were born to exist under subhuman conditions. Let us give them a chance to grow up a little and then kill them with filth, malnutrition, and diseases.

In the meantime, there is also this other daily horror that our high government officials do not give a hoot about since they too believe that God will always provide: Population explosion is forcing a fantastic rise in poverty, malnutrition, illiteracy, and economic perversity in the Philippines. God's Mysterious Existence

If we see a cathedral, we assume that it was built by people like us, and since we are acquainted with people, we can assume that the cathedral designer and builder also had loves and hates, hopes, fears, bodily needs like food and sex. But we have never met anyone who designed and created a galaxy. We cannot assume that it still alive, or conscious, or indeed, that it is a spirit without end or a being without a beginning. Much less do we have a right to assume that it too has loves, hates, orgasms, or involved with stupid politics, or with stupid religion that’s keeping our world poor, sick, insane, and backward. Truly Incredible

It is truly incredible to witness how grown-up men and women still hold with deep faith the religious hogwash frightened into them to believe when they were innocent, gullible children in school and at home. As if those religious morons who frightened us to believe knew exactly what they were blabbering about.

I said it before, and I say it again: we are all victims of human stupidity; specially by our own parents at home and by our teachers in school. For us today
to be as equally stupid to distort and to twist the minds and hearts of our own children and grandchildren to carry on human stupidity should make us no less than those criminals who destroyed our minds and hearts leading us away from the path toward the good life – one inspired by love and guided by knowledge. Rich People

People think they are rich because they have plenty of money. In fact, most rich people enjoy poverty of the worst kind – the poverty of the mind and heart.

Bill Gates is not rich because of his billions. He is rich because of the wealth of his mind, and indeed, the nature of his kind heart.

In the Philippines, when a dumbstruck Pinoy gets to become suddenly rich either by smuggling, gambling, robbery, marriage, or inheritance – the first thing he does with his money is to look for pretty prostitutes in local cheap bars. Then he immediately plans to travel to America to look for prettier prostitutes.

Of course, there are the worst kind: those who go back to God, ask for the forgiveness of their sins and crimes, then they commit to memory verses from the holy bible, and then declare themselves to the whole world that they are now Born-again Christians. Poch Suzara

The trouble with God as designer and creator of the universe was that He recklessly failed to refine his original blueprint. Separation of Church and State

The separation of Church and State has always been based on a lot of superstitious hogwash. Why should stupid religion always in cahoots with stupid politics have to pretend that they are separated? Christianity

Where is Hell

I am told that evolution is evidence of God. God is part of nature that man has not yet studied.

Divine Plan

Was God really that all-knowing? Did God have ample experiences so as to insist that he could remedy human affairs and improve global events?

Instead of creating Adam and Eve, He should have first created for himself a mom and dad, a wife and in-laws, grandma and grandpa, brothers and sisters, sons and daughters, uncles and aunties, and cousins. In this way, God need not have been lonely as a supernatural orphan living all alone in the vast universal darkness. It is interesting to observe how the religious morons try to prove the existence of God precisely by proving the existence of their own ignorance.

If you come right down to it, there is little difference between some of the goals of the Christian and the Atheist: both value helping their fellow man.

The Atheist, however, is drawn to this goal out of unselfish love and sympathy – which arise from his sense of human decency and intelligence. For the Atheist, the ultimate goal in life is human happiness by making others also happy.

The Christian, sad to say, is driven to it out of fear for his own eternal welfare. For him, helping his fellow man is not an end in itself, but only a means of saving himself from damnation.

The Atheist realizes that he could be mistaken about what his best for his fellow man; so he is willing to change his mind. He welcomes criticisms.

The Christian cannot admit that his ideas of right and wrong might be mistaken, because to doubt would, again, imperil his immortal soul.

Thus, highly-indoctrinated, the Christian is a blind, senseless, panic-stricken victim who must keep running until he drops. Jose Rizal

If Christianity had not dragged Jose Rizal down and get him executed for promoting the power of science and reason, the Philippines today would be the most developed and the most advanced country in Asia today. Especially in the race to achieve the higher standard of thought as a free people and the higher standard of independence as a free nation.

Indeed, because of the tragic fate of great thinkers like our Jose, Rizal, the freedom of thought and the power of reason have never played seminal roles within our system of education. It is, in this way, we Filipinos in this 21st century are only more destructive and more at home with political and social decadence.

As disciples, followers and admirers of Jose Rizal, we Filipinos could have been more creative and familiar with the power of science and its devotion to the truth under the beauty of human intelligence.

Of course there is this cock and bull, theological hogwash invented by the shallow-minded Jesuit friars claiming in effect that before he was put to death, Rizal retracted. A fascinating fairy tale not worth elaborating for matured and intelligent readers on this page. Poch Suzara

More On Rizal

Jose Rizal would never write such scientific nonsense as published in “Rizal’s Life: Works and Writings: Their impact on our national legacy written by Capino, Gonzalez, and Pineda:

“It is our duty to follow the arid but peaceful and productive paths of science which lead to progress and thence to the unity desired and asked by Jesus Christ on the night of his sorrow.” Page 82

It is evident that a man with the caliber of scientific outlook on life cannot let himself be submissive by biblical texts or by teachings of the Catholic friars who hated him. I am suggesting Rizal never wrote those words referring to Jesus Christ. Religious morons added those words to Rizal’s writings to make him look like he never abandoned his faith that kills. It Is Hard

It is hard to be an atheist if you were not an avid reader; especially if you have not thoroughly and properly read the bible. Astronomy explains how we live on a speck of debris from a cosmic explosion billions of years ago.

Geology explains how brief is our existence on this earth both as individuals and as a species.

Biology explains how through millions of years, we humans evolved and are still evolving from lower into higher forms of life.
