Man’s Greatest Invention - God

Man’s greatest invention – God. Man created God in his own image and likeness. Those who do not believe are called atheists. As if there is a God or a devil for that matter existing anywhere out there who gives a hoot about the atheists like me.

In the meantime, since the time of Jesus, more than a hundred billion people already lived and died on this earth. Let’s assume half of them made it to heaven, the other half made it to hell. So what? What have either God and the devil really accomplished for each other except the universal manifestation of stupid divinity on the one hand, and stupid deviltry on the other hand – both endlessly competing against each other to prove the existence of supernatural insanity? It’s Insane either way

It is insane to believe in the existence of God. It is insane not to believe in the existence of God. It is, indeed, damn you if you believe that God exist, and damn you if you do not believe that God exist. In either case you are damned!

For my part, whether there is a God or not, I choose to believe in my own existence, puny and brief as it is. I’d rather live the good life in this world– one inspired by love and guided by knowledge. And to hell with the existence of a God in this world or a God existing in the next world, if any. Poch Suzara

Victims of religion

Take a good look at the victims of the three great religions of the world: Judaism has its Egyptians, Sodomites and Lebanese. Christianity has its witches and homosexuals and Filipinos. Islam has its American infidels. Happily, we atheists have no victims. We have no belief system to make us hate or make us kill those who do not believe in the existence of God or Allah or Yahweh. We are kind and gentle and peaceful people. But identify yourselves as the religious morons that make for our sick society – we will fight you especially as you teach so destructively mentally inside our schools, colleges, and universities. Silly Bible Authors

They were ignorant and superstitious authors of God. They did not know that the earth is round, not flat. They did not know the earth orbits around the sun. They did not know that a million planets the size of earth could fit inside the sun. They did not know that the human body is comprised of a hundred trillion cells and each cell contains a complete library of instructions on how to make every part of a human body. They did not know that there are far more stars out there existing than all the grain of sands in all the beaches of the planet earth. They did not know that life on earth runs exclusively on sunlight. Plants gather the photons and convert solar into chemical energy. Animals live-off the plants. They did not know that man dies entirely, not partially. That there is no more circulation, respiration, digestion, speech, or reflection in a human body that is already dead.

The most destructive part of all – they knew nothing of science and its method as a human invention. By far, it is the best tool we have for understanding life and the nature of this world. Our world.

Bible authors knew nothing of science as a self-correcting enterprise, ongoing, and applicable to everything. Science has two rules. First: there are no sacred truths; all assumptions must be critically examined; arguments from authority are worthless. Second: whatever is inconsistent with the facts must be discarded or revised. Science shows us how to understand the world as it is and not confuse it with how we wish it to be. Poch Suzara

Relying on God

"Relying on God has to begin all over again every day, as if nothing had yet been done." - C.S. Lewis

Isn’t it so obvious that if we just continue to rely on God over again every day – it can only mean that God does nothing for nobody as God does nothing for anybody?

At any rate, who or what is this God anyway? We are assured that God is present everywhere, yet his presence remedies nothing. We are told that God foresees everything, but his foresight prevents nothing. We are told that God is here and there and is everywhere, but why then is God only always omni-absent?

During the past 500 years of Christianity in the Philippines, we Filipinos have done nothing for ourselves as a people. We have also achieved nothing for ourselves as a nation. Except to reply on God to give us this day our daily bread and to lead us not into temptation. Look at us Filipinos today - the Sick Man of Asia still relying on God in this already 21st century as we have been relying on God during the past 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, and 20th century! Pastor Rick Warren - The Purpose-Driven Life

The rich and famous author of the best seller book THE PURPOSE DRIVEN LIFE – Pastor Rick Warren says that when you have: Happy moments, PRAISE GOD. Difficult moments, SEEK GOD. Quiet moments, WORSHIP GOD. Painful moments, TRUST GOD. Every moment, THANK GOD. Obviously, Rick Warren believes that God is not only always hungry for attention, always eager for devotion, always frustrated for affection, always thirsty for adoration, always desperate for recognition, but also always cold-blooded as a perfection always lost in self-admiration. Wow! Is God really that kind of a sick egomaniac? In the meantime, on the day we are born, we begin to live in a dying body. Our existence is no more than a point, a flash in the pan, a wink of an eye long. In comparison to God’s no beginning and no end existence, our duration in this life on this earth is but an instant. We also live on a speck of dust called “earth” lost in the immensity of space and in the eternity of time. The sun makes up 98.8 per cent of all the mass of the solar system. Everything else including planets, asteroids, dust, moons add up to just 0.2 per cent. Indeed, 1,000,000 (one million) planets the size of earth can comfortably fit inside the sun. Hardly do we begin to learn when death intervenes before we can experience the joys of more learning. Indeed, death comes to take over before we can experience more joys in life – the greatest of which is the pleasure in growth and positive achievements - the love of life - glad when others are happy, not happy when others are not happy - in brief - living the good life - one inspired by love and guided by knowledge. Universal Mess

Everything in this world is connected with everything else in a delicate and complex web of interrelationships.

There is order in the universe; and there is also chaos in the universe. Both, however, are interconnected to each other.

With order connected with chaos in the universe, I ask: How is God, the creator, connected as well in the delicate and complex web of interrelationship to either of the universal mess that comprise order in the universe on the one side, and chaos in the universe on the other? Poch Suzara

Dear Landa A. bautista

THE LEARNING CENTER, INC. (TLC)

Dear Landa Bautista,

We can never move the Philippine situation forward unless we first remove its corrupt system of education. The belief that there is a better foreign country to go to after birth, or that there is a better world to go to after death is a silly belief taught in our schools, colleges, and universities that keep the Filipino spiritually twisted as a people and morally distorted as a nation. With all good wishes, Poch Suzara, Chairman, High School Dropout Assn of the Philippines

Preserving Our World

If there is but one religion, why do billions of people differ so much about it? Indeed, in this day and age, if it were to make any sense at all, religion must only learn to deal with the facts that science with integrity provides. In this way, religion becomes good, not evil. To build not walls that divide, but discover principles that unite. In the meantime, we do not have to agree on how the nature of our beliefs are born. We have only to agree on how we must work together to preserve mankind - ourselves living under the nature of our stupid beliefs that need not remain stupid forever. Poch Suzara

Supernatural Light

Jesus said: “I have come as a light into the world, that whoever believes in me should not abide in darkness.” John 12:46

Oh Jesus, my dear Jesus, why all the drama? If you were such a bright radiant luminous light yourself, darkness in the land of your birth during the first century need no longer continue to be in darkness today in this 21st century! Indeed, why is peace and harmony over the whole world is still pretty much in darkness? Poch Suzara

God Existing in Darkness

If God existed, he must have been a black Supernatural Being existing in pitch darkness. In Genesis 1:3, God said: “Let there be light, and there was light.”

Well, if God Himself was already a white radiant bright light, a luminous entity, a brilliant and a shining divinity, indeed, a sparkling supernatural Entity – He had no need to create the sun to light up the darkness around him.

And to think that God created the world in 6 days and on the 7th day God rested. It would have been more wonderful for the universe had God not resting but instead showed passion and compassion. After all, passion and compassion puts love into action, and love means you never have to say you are sorry.

Indeed, God admits in genesis Chapter 6 verse 6: "It repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. Poch Suzara

Holy Week

Holy week just like any other week of the year should be devoted to the promotion of harmony and felicity as a people and prosperity as a nation. In this way, every man, woman, and child in our country can equally share in the joys of a sane and the pleasures of a healthy society. Poch Suzara

According to Jesus

According to Jesus, to be moral, we must shackle the power of reason, ignore our sense of social and moral progress. We must force ourselves to believe even that which we cannot understand. In the name of morality, we must suppress doubts. We must never entertain new and fresh ideas. We must never examine our religious beliefs. Less criticism leads to more faith – and faith, according to Jesus, is the hallmark of virtue. Indeed, “unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.” Matt 18:3.

Lies are more damaging and can last for a thousand years. Children were taught to believe in lies during the first century. Today in this already 21st century, children in our schools, colleges, and universities are still taught to have faith in the same old lies. Poch Suzara

Nation of Insane Crooks

“Render unto Caesar the things (crimes) that are Caesar’s; and to God the things (crimes) that are God’s.” Matt. 22:21 As for the rest of us victims of both politics and theology - we might as well enjoy ourselves as we are ruled and dominated by such criminals – the powers-that-be. It is otherwise called “freedom and democracy.” Indeed, when power rather than truth is the driving force behind the church and behind the government – there is always the horror of subverting the truth to maintain power. Our religious or political beliefs have an impact on society. Whatever the case may be, in this only Christian country in Asia, life in general can only be characterized as the competition to be the criminal or be the victim of criminals. In the meantime, there is so much insanity amongst the best of us, and so much insanity amongst the worst of us, that it is now difficult to say who amongst us is not insane as the rest of us. Poch Suzara

Children in School

During our formative years in school we were all frightened to believe in religious scarecrows. Indeed, when a child’s brain is damaged, it will believe anything, and examine nothing.

Take a look at this one serious issue: In every religion the priests alone have the right to determine what pleases or displeases God. But what we never get to examine is how come the priests will always determine what pleases or displeases them first.

Indeed, in every religion, the grand scheme of the priests is to blow hot and blow cold, to afflict and console, to frighten and reassure. They call it “theology” – the study of nothing reduced to a system not to brighten, but to frighten – the minds and hearts of children.

In our schools, colleges, and universities – students and teachers both need to teach themselves a priceless skill: learning how to learn. Especially learning not WHAT to believe, but HOW to think.

In the meantime, nothing learned from reading books is worth anything unless it is used and verified in life; and only then does it begin to affect behavior and attitude. It is life that educates; and perhaps love than more anything else in life. Especially the love of learning via the search of the truth. Poch Suzara

Why Am I Happy?

I am a happy individual because I enjoy hating the Christian faith as it is full of palpable absurdity, as much as I enjoy hating the Christian God as his existence is so preposterous still complicated as a perplexity. Rather than live in the world of fantasy, I would rather embrace the beauty of self-respect and the preciosity of human dignity.

Indeed, I am a happy individual because I have found my role in human destiny. I couldn’t give a hoot about the problems of a divinity still pretty much embroiled and lost in himself trying to find his place inside the realm of human stupidity or outside the realm of divine infinity. Poch Suzara

The Fool

Who is the real fool – the fool who does not believe in the existence of heaven? Or, the fool who wants to go to heaven, but does not want to die? Indeed, everybody wants to go to heaven but nobody wants to die.

In the meantime, we have yet to hear from our dead loved-ones. How they are really doing in Purgatory. Are the Mass Cards worth in the millions of pesos we purchase monthly for our dead loved-ones helping any to reduce their suffering years in Purgatory? Are they already on the way to be with God in heaven? How come we never get the status report from the church on the nature of these especial quiries? Poch Suzara

Theology under Christianity

To explain a mystery with perplexity is the secret of theology. To explain a perplexity with another mystery is the secret of Christianity. In the Philippines, however, mix inextricably Christianity with the perplexity of a mystery and they all add up to social insanity, if not political stupidity. Poch Suzara

What’s Wrong with Religion

To begin with - religion does not agree with other religions. They hate each other. The Jews, Christians, and Mulsims cut each other’s throats because they cannot agree as to what will happen to them after their throats have been cut. Well, even the Christians do not agree with other Christians. The four canonized Gospel writers in the bible contradict one another. The Gospel of Matthew tells us that Jesus was an aristocrat descended from David from Solomon. The Gospel of Luke tells us that Jesus was from much more humble stock. The Gospel of Mark tells us that Jesus was born of a poor carpenter. After his birth Jesus was visited by kings according to Matthew, but according to Luke, he was visited by shepherds. At Jesus’ death, the Gospel of Mark and Matthew tell us Jesus’ last words were “My God, My God, why hast forsaken me?” But according to Luke he said, “Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit,”And in John, he says simply, “It is finished.” Indeed, how could the Gospel writers remain pure in spirit when one pollutes the other with the trash of discrepancies, if not the garbage of contradictions? Poch Suzara

A Lotto Winner

Yes, since 1988, I have won the accumulated sum of more than $727,000,000 MILLION DOLLARS in the lotto games of foreign countries. This has been reported to me down through the years by lotto companies overseas. All based on a scam to swindle me off their fees and other hidden charges. The record shows my usual response to each of them: “Please keep my money for yourselves. I don’t need it. You can have it. I already won the greatest of wealth – it is otherwise known as mental health.”

Indeed, in the ultimate analysis, no matter how much money one has amassed, no amount of money can buy courage for the fool, or buy admiration for the coward, or buy a thought for the thoughtless. No doubt, with money, one can buy books; but not the love of learning, not with a million dollars, not in a million years.

Every one everywhere believe that with money they can buy security. There is no such wild animal existing anywhere in this world known as security; even if it were tamed by the American economy. Even the US government and its military always at war for the sake of national security but the expense of international insanity. Poch Suzara
