Keep Away from little people who Belittle Your Atheism

"Keep away from people who belittle your ambitions. Small people always
do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great."

                                                                                                           Mark Twain

For my part, I keep away from little people who belittle atheism. Specially those
college educated men and women who tell me that I must never identify myself publicly
that I am an atheist. Well,  as a high school expelled student, I am not only proud to admit publicly that  I am an atheist; I am even more proud to admit to anyone that I am the Father
of Atheism in the Philippines.

Many believers like to believe that atheism  is a form of neurotic rebellion or a mental
illness. The believers cannot get rid of atheism  by committing them to an insane asylum
where they can be ignored. To label, however, atheism as a mental illness is not only childish
nonsense; it is also a laughable attempt to evade the question of veracity and falsity.
IS THEISM TRUE? WHAT REASONS ARE THERE FOR BELIEVING IN A GOD?
These are the important questions and these are the issues that the theist must address
himself if he has hopes to challenge the reality behind atheism.

The believer who attempts to defeat atheism by degradation, indeed, by subordinating
truth to emotionalism accomplishes nothing, aside from revealing his contempt for man's ability to think!

Our Sick Values and Sick Beliefs Under a Sick Religion

If any man come to me and hate not his father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, and ye, his own life also, he cannot be my disciple." Luke 14:26 - - - Jesus Christ

"I would like the Filipino to be Brilliant, Enlightened, Intelligent, and Progressive." - - - Jose Rizal, a heretic publicly executed at Luneta Dec. 30, 1896

"The death sentence is a necessary and efficacious means for the church to attain its ends when obstinate heretics disturb the  ecclesiastical order." - - - Pope Leo X111

"It cannot be emphasized too strongly that Christianity has  a vested interest in human misery. Christianity, perhaps more than any religion before or since, capitalized on human suffering; and it was enormously successful in insuring its own existence through the perpetuation of human suffering."

Indeed, "Just as Christianity must destroy reason before it can introduce faith, so it must destroy happiness before it can introduce salvation."  - - - George H. Smith

You find as you look around the world that every single bit of progress in humane feeling, every improvement in the criminal law, every step toward the diminution of war, every step toward better treatment of the colored races,
or every mitigation of slavery, every moral progress that there has been in the world, has been consistently opposed by the organized churches of the world. I say quite deliberately
that the Christian religion, as organized in its churches, has been and still is the principal enemy of moral progress in the world. - - -Bertrand Russell

"If a man would follow, today, the teachings of the Old Testament, he would be a criminal. If he would follow strictly the teachings of the New, he would be insane." - - - R
obert Ingersoll

For my part, I said it before, I say it again: in this already 21st century,
it is time for us Filipinos in the Philippines as the only Christian country in Asia since the 16th century to take a very serious look at our sick country dominated
not with love for one another down here, but only ruled with hate of each other for the sake of a divinity up there! - - - Poch Suzara

Religious Garbage

It is said that there are only two things certain
in life: death and taxes. But I'd like to add a third certainty:  garbage. And while some in this room might want to discuss reducing taxes, I want to talk about reducing garbage out of this world; especially religious garbage mostly based upon lies, deceptions, illusions, delusions, and confusions. - - - Poch Suzara

Not Illegal Drugs, but Legalized Politics and Legalized Religion

What has kept the Philippines historically sick and poor and backward as a nation is not only illegal drugs, but also, especially, legalized politics, and legalized religion. Historically, both evils have always been in cahoots as partners together; especially in keeping the Filipinos sick as a people always frightened, if not always unenlightened under a sick system of education.  Indeed, during our childhood years, in school and at home, we were all taught to believe that no matter what our sins or what our crimes, there is always available from God, at any time, His forgiveness of sins and crimes. --- Poch Suzara Google# Twitter# Facebook#

The Lies Told about God Has Faithfully Blessed America for over 200 years!

The truth is often dreadful, lies are generally delightful. We love lies. The nature of lies is to please. Truth has no concern for anyone's comfort; in fact, the truth hurts, but lies are far more damaging and last can for a thousand
years.

For my part, as an American citizen, and in my search of the truth, I refuse to believe the lies told about how God has faithfully blessed America for over 200 years; specially together with the sick, greedy, rotten, and corrupt politicians behind the Military-Industrial-University Complex of the USA. The Strongest or the Bravest Man in the World

The Sick Bible

The bible is a sick book with sick messages as written by inspired sick authors of a sick
God. To begin with, there are already some 57 versions of the bible sold in bookstores today. But here's something even more ticklish - a great many people are too frightened
to seriously read the bible and so they know not just how and why the bible is so full of contradictions, inconsistencies, absurdities, vulgarities, obscenities, mendacities, mediocrities, and atrocities. - Poch Suzara

Prof. Peter Stone's Review of Poch Suzara's Book on Bertrand Russell

BERTRAND RUSSELL IN THE PHILIPPINES
Professor Peter Stone
Political Science / Stanford University, California

Ramon (“Poch”) Suzara. Bertrand Russell to the Rescue:
Can the Wit and Wisdom of Bertrand Russell Save the Philippines? Quezon City, Philippines: Popular Bookstore, [Copies available from the author at pocholosuzara@yahoo.com )

There are many kinds of books about Bertrand Russell. There are the biog- Traphies—Wood, Clark, Moorehead, Monk, not to mention Russell’s own autobiography. There are scholarly studies that address some specific argument he made or cause he championed, such as Gregory Landini’s Russell’s Hidden Substitutional Theory or Jo Vellacott’s Bertrand Russell and the Pacifists in the First World War. And there are general introductions for the nonspecialist, from A. C. Grayling’s Russell: a Very Short Introduction to Paul Strathern’s less highbrow Bertrand Russell in Minutes. But one of the most interesting and yet neglected Russell-related genres consists of popular books aimed at bringing Russell’s ideas to a mass audience. These works present Russell’s ideas as a source of wisdom for coping with today’s problems. Among the more notable examples of this small genre are Lee Eisler’s Morals without Mystery and Peter Cranford’s How to Be Your Own Psychologist: the Art of
Irresistible Influence—Compossibility.

Now these works are joined by Poch Suzara’s Bertrand Russell to the Rescue: Can the Wit and Wisdom of Bertrand Russell Save the Philippines?

Suzara’s approach is simple. He counterpoises articles from the Filipino press with quotations from Bertrand Russell. He does this in a manner calculated to illustrate how irrational much of Filipino politics and society can be and how
much the situation could be improved if only people took a page from the book of Bertie. To take one example, Suzara reprints part of an article from the Manila Standard depicting
the now deposed president of the Philippines with some of his cronies.

Beneath it, he oers the following line from Russell: “Every man would like to be God, if it were possible; some few find it dicult to admit the impossibility” (p. 85).

Both Cranford and Eisler were longtime mainstays of the Bertrand Russell Society, whose mission centrally involves spreading
the word about the Good Lord. It should therefore be unsurprising that Suzara has worked with both the Bertrand Russell Society, and the Bertrand Russell Peace Foundation, although today he leads his own Philippines-based group devoted to Bertrand Russell. He also chairs other atheist/humanist/agnostic associations

Look Inside a Sick Vagina

Or look inside a Vagina and see what the fuck is wrong with your own Medula Oblongata. By the way, do not bother to look at the sick vagina of a sick senator. Jesus - The Founder of the Sick Man of Asia in the Philippines

Matthew 10:34 "Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword."
Matthew 26:52 Then said Jesus unto him, "Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword."
Luke 22:36 He said to them, "But now if you have a purse, take it, and also a bag; and if you don't have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one."
Matthew 8:21-22 And another of his disciples said unto him, "Suffer me first to go and bury my father." But Jesus said unto him, "Follow me and let the dead bury their dead."
Matthew 10:35-37 "For I have come to turn a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law — a man's enemies will be the members of his own household. He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me."
Matthew 12:46-50 While he yet talked to the people, behold his mother and brethren stood without, desiring to speak with him. Then one said unto him, "Behold, thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to speak with you." But he answered and said, "Who is my mother? and who are my brethren? And he stretched forth his hand towards his disciples, and said, "Behold, my mother and my brethren! For whoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother."
Matthew 19:29 "And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or fields for my sake will receive a hundred times as much and will inherit eternal life."
Mark 3:33-35 "Who are my mother and my brothers?" [Jesus] asked. Then he looked at those seated in a circle around him and said, "Here are my mother and my brothers! Whoever does God's will is my brother and sister and mother."
Mark 10:29,30 "Yes," Jesus replied, "and I assure you that everyone who has given up house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or property, for my sake and for the Good News, will receive now in return a hundred times as many houses, brothers, sisters, mothers, children, and property—along with persecution. And in the world to come that person will have eternal life.
Luke 9:60 "Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go and proclaim the kingdom of God."
Luke 9:61,62 Still another said, "I will follow you, Lord; but first let me go back and say good bye to my family." Jesus replied, "No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of God."
Luke 12:49-53 "I have come to bring fire on the earth, and how I wish it were already kindled! But I have a baptism to undergo, and how distressed I am until it is completed! Do you think I came to bring peace on earth? No, I tell you, but division. From now on there will be five in one family divided against each other, three against two and two against three. They will be divided, father against son and son against father, mother against daughter and daughter against mother, mother-in-law against daughter-in-law and daughter-in-law against mother-in-law."
Luke 14:26 [What about John 3:15 and 4:19-21 (below)?] "If anyone comes to me and does not hate his father and mother, his wife and children, his brothers and sisters — yes, even his own life — he cannot be my disciple." [NOTE: Buybull thumpers often say that this doesn't really mean “hate,” it just means “love less.” Some translations even word it like that (e.g. Contemporary English Version), because they don't like that nasty word “hate.” The original Greek word “miseo” always means hate; it has no alternative meaning. The prefixes for misanthropy and misogyny come from miseo. This just shows how screwed-up their minds are. If hate equals a form of love, how can we trust anything that those translations say?]
Luke 19:27 [In the words of a king in a parable.] "But those enemies of mine who did not want me to be king over them — bring them here and kill them in front of me."
John 2:4 Jesus saith unto [his mother], "Woman, what have I to do with thee? Mine hour is not yet come."
John 12:25 "The man who loves his life will lose it, while the man who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life."
Please read your SICK BIBLE! And then try and figure out why in this only Catholic country in Asia since  the 16th century, there is no such thing as the beauty or the sanity or the tranquility of family values. We Filipinos only know how to love Jesus up there by hating one another down here!

When It Comes to Big-time, Major league Bullshit

When it comes to bullshit, big-time, major league bullshit, you have to stand in awe of the all-time champion of false promises and exaggerated claims, religion. No contest. No contest. Religion. Religion easily has the greatest bullshit story ever told. Think about it. Religion has actually convinced people that there's an invisible man living in the sky who watches everything you do, every minute of every day. And the invisible man has a special list of ten things he does not want you to do. And if you do any of these ten things, he has a special place, full of fire and smoke and burning and torture and anguish, where he will send you to live and suffer and burn and choke and scream and cry forever and ever 'til the end of time!

But He loves you. He loves you, and He needs money! He always needs money! He's all-powerful, all-perfect, all-knowing, and all-wise, somehow just can't handle money! Religion takes in billions of dollars, they pay no taxes, and they always need a little more. Now, you talk about a good bullshit story. Holy Shit!

The Strength of Mind or the Goodness of heart To be an Atheist

Not one man in a thousand has the strength of mind or the goodness of heart to be an atheist. --- Samuel Taylor Coleridge
In the Philippines, not one Filipino in ten thousand has the strength of mind or the goodness of heart to be an atheists. But there
is Poch Suzara, a Filipino atheist who together
with his group of genuine atheists know and understand and appreciate the reality that atheism today is worldwide movement without sick or frightened followers. We atheists are healthy leaders of our own destiny in life. We do not beget silly answers. We beget intelligent questions. We are involved with man's greatest of professions - the search
of the truth.
We atheists have our own bible too. It contains only one word: THINK! In the final analysis, we atheists have to live with the knowledge that there is no such thing as salvation, divine intervention, redemption, revelation, or even the existence of the Immaculate Misconception. Whatever the case may be, we atheists are more into lively analysis than we care to live in fear under deadly paralysis. If
we must leave this world one day, we atheists would rather try to leave it as a much better place than how we found it - not necessarily in the material, but in the humanitarian sense ; or, there is no reason why we have ever lived on this earth at all.
With the power of thought in our minds and hearts, we atheists stand on our own
two feet, accept responsibility for our actions, and solve our own problems without needlessly confusing the issues with meaningless words, or with primitive superstitious verbalism, or with destructive ancient ecclesiasticism. - Poch Suzara Google# Facebook# Twitter#

Jesus is the Savior of What

Human lifetime on this earth is so short, brief, and fleeting; indeed  a fraction of a millimeter long, a bittersweet instant in eternity, a wink of an eye, a flash in the pan, a fraction of a split- second long. Even our planet earth is so tiny in that a million planets the size of earth can fit inside the sun. In astronomical background, the planet earth is nothing but a tiny piece of dust hardly making any sense existing as a piece of dust of the Milky Way galaxy.

Now can any of you really believe that a Son of the God Jesus during ancient times was born on this piece of dust called earth? And in order to save mankind from sin He allowed himself to be crucified on the cross by silly men created too in the silly image and silly likeness of his own silly Father - God?  And this is the same Jesus who cried out loud from the cross: "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do!" Luke 23:34

For my part, I say, Jesus could have been more honest and truthful and decent had He, instead, cried out loud on the cross with these last words: ‘MAN, PLEASE FORGIVE GOD FOR HE NEVER KNOWS WHAT THE FUCK HE IS DOING.” Indeed, a God who knows what He is doing would not create Satanism still alive and kicking making sure that it will win more souls for a sick HELL than for Catholicism to win more souls for a sick HEAVEN! And to think Jesus was not even a Catholic. He was born as a Jew and raised as a Jew by Jewish parents in a Jewish land stuck with Jewish beliefs and values. - Poch Suzara Google# Facebook# Twitter#

Sen. Miriam D. Santiago - a Woman of my own mind and heart - A rarity in the Philippine Politics

"The only thing I know about God is that God is inscrutable. In other words, I don’t know a single thing about God. I’m clueless about what God is. Maybe Jesus, or the other historical figures around which religions had been built, would be more approachable. But God itself, being on a divine level, I think it’s just impermeable to human intelligence. And there is a very famous classical book called The Cloud of Unknowing. There’s always a cloud of unknowing over God. I think that, since God is inaccessible to people, we tend to portray Him in anthropomorphic terms. We think of the best qualities in every person and you try and project it on a giant scale on God. So in effect, God is a man-made concept. We have no clue what God is."[75]
"I do not understand why God can be all love and still inflict this kind of pain on people. This God is an underachiever. He does not do whatever he is supposed to be doing, whatever his sex is. Whether he's an it or a she or a he or whatever. But I'm sure that if you were a god or if I were the God, I would be doing a better job. Therefore, the only conclusion can be that possibly, God does not exist.'[64]"

Watch Your Dirty or Watch your Dirty Society

Lawmakers to Duterte: WATCH YOUR MOUTH!

Poch Suzara to Lawmakers: WATCH YOUR DIRTY SOCIETY!
Since the 16th century, we continue to be the victim of the deadliest kind of drugs. It is more known as CHRISTIANITY! Keeping us famous as the failures and losers as a people; and keeping the Philippines sick and insane as a nation!

Indeed, let's take a serious look at our sick society with sick values and sick beliefs in this already 21st century. In the race among Asian nations to achieve a higher standard of living as a people; and, to achieve a higher standard of thinking as a nation - the Philippines remains way behind.

The Results

One great result after I got expelled out of high school was that I began to be a reader. Well, when I also got expelled out of my marriage, the result was greater - I began to
be a writer. Of course, the greatest of results was when I got expelled out of the Catholic church - I began to be a thinker.

Now I am told by my friends, relatives, and associates that I am really nothing but a failure in life. But how could be a shame since I am most proud and happy to be such "failure" in lfe?  Poch Suzara

The Corrupt System of Education and the Results - Our sick and Corrupt Society

Take a good look at these evils. The horrors of which are
the results of a corrupt system of education - keeping us Filipinos popular as the Corrupt Man of Asia and keeping
the Philippines morally twisted, politically distorted, and historically corrupt as a nation:

 Our lack of housing problems

 Our teen-age pregnancy the highest
 in the  world problems.

Our over supply of street children problems

Our traffic mess in the streets problems

Our overcrowded buses and trains problems

 Our population explosion problems

Our garbage and trash in the streets problems

Our overcrowded hospitals and health-clinics problems

Our overcrowded jail, prison facilities  problems

Our insane Maka-Dios and Maka-Jesus officials in government problems

Our TV, Radio, and Newpapers more in the business of justifying political lies, religious hypocrisy, and educated
in their daily indifference to tell the truth Problems.

Our churches and cathedrals, and other religious establishments exist not to make less, but to add more
to the evils that is making our corrupt society corrupt  as ever; and to make existence of Jesus as the Savior of Filipino souls easier to sell as religion is BIG BUSINESS in the Philippines. Indeed, Jesus loves us Filipinos; but He needs MONEY!

We are all born ignorant, not corrupt. We are made corrupt by a corrupt system of education in the Philippines! --- Poch Suzara

The Filthy-Rich Catholic Bishops of the Philippines

I often prayed to Jesus to help me learn to love the Catholic Bishops. They are among the Filthy-rich Filipinos of our sick and insane society; specially as they are known to be among the top investors with  some 18 BILLION PESOS to play around with in the Makati Stock Exchange.

Well, Jesus never answered my prayer. So today, I still have no love for the filthy-rich Catholic Bishops of the Philippines! I am glad as I could never love them anyway; specially as they are all not only sick and corrupt church leaders; but also such sanctimonious deceivers keeping us Filipinos
spiritually poor as a people and keeping the Philippines morally backward as
a nation! - - - Poch Suzara Google# Facebook# Twitter#

Poch:
Those exceedingly greedy and corrupt Roman Catholic bishops would not be around to make fools of their flock and succeed in enriching themselves in the process if there were not enough "believers" who are ignorant, fearful of natural phenomena, malleable, myth-loving, superstitious and gullible. It happens that out of a total population of around 107 million, now, roughly 80 percent are  Christians, many or a majority of whom are not in the habit of using what's inside their skulls called "brains" the way these should be used which is clearly, objectively, reasonably, rationally and logically. For these people, THINKING is "torture."

Atheism and Poch Suzara in the Philippines

“The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do." - Steve Jobs

As with me, I am glad that I am crazy enough to think that I can change the Philippines from Catholicism into Atheism as generated by the beauty behind Humanism.

As long as our society exists there will be evils, and if no Filipino objected or no Filipino
rebelled, those evils will be with us forever and ever doing not good but harm in our country.

It is time we Filipinos live no more like the Sick
Man of Asia; we should, instead, live happily and creatively as the healthiest and the wealthiest people of Asia!

It is time we Filipinos enjoy a higher standard of living as a people and enjoy a higher standard of thinking as a nation.

It is time we Filipinos, at the end of each and every year, celebrate not the birth of Christianity, but the birth of human decency nourishing a sane and a healthy society.

It is time we Filipinos enjoy employment in our own country rather than just be better employed in foreign countries.

It is time millions of our poor children to no longer live, cry, eat, play, sleep, pee, and poo in the streets of our major cities.

It is time our senior citizens live better as citizens of the Republic rather than just live on a hand to mouth existence with their SSS pension.

It is time we Filipinos learn to no longer be the frightened followers of a mystery existing up out there, but should be living as the enlightened people in love with our
own country down here.

It is time we Filipinos fear no more anything angelic, or fear anything demonic. It is time to respect the beauty of thought behind the power of logic.

It is time to grow as a people and develop as a nation not
with deadly paralysis, but with lively analysis. Indeed, questions are far more valuable than the answers; especially as the answers, in time, become obsolete.

Well, for my part, I say, even if I am not, as yet, successful with the spread of atheism, at least, as the Father of Atheism of the Philippines, I already started the ball rolling. Specially for others to carry on what I can no longer do after I am dead, buried, and gone.

In the meantime, I do not fear death.  I welcome it. After all, the day we are born is the day we begin to live in a dying body. Nothing is permanent; everything is temporary in this world. So what is there to fear about death that's coming
whether we like it or not? - Poch Suzara
