What if, after death, in heaven, it will be the same old story as its has been temporarily on earth - except that this time, for all eternity, you will still be worshipping the same divine Sap, the same supernatural Jerk? Public Library

When I read about the way in which library funds are being cut and cut, I can only think that American society has found one more way to destroy itself... Isaac Asimov . . . In the Philippines, there is no such thing as public library. Instead, what we have are thousands of schools, colleges, and universities owned and operated tax-free by the Catholic Church. . . In other words, we Filipinos have never found a way to recreate ourselves either as a thinking people or as a thinking nation. . . Poor People in Atheist countries
