Fear and Ignorance and God

To surrender to ignorance and call it faith in God is really saying the same thing. . . Indeed, the Existence of God depends upon the existence of fear and ignorance: the fear of change and the ignorance of not knowing how to change. . . In the meantime, it is much easier to live in fear and ignorance than it is to live with courage and intelligence. The Catholic church has survived during these past 2,000 years because it has been easier for her to exist by spreading fear and ignorance and refer to it as the love of God. . .
