Separation of State and Church a Farce in the Philippines

The separation of State and Church in the Philippines has always been a farce, a fraud, and a ceremony. How could the State separate away from the church since the church owns the State? In fact, from the lowest court officials up to the Supreme court officials, and the lowest to the highest State officials are all educated products of schools,colleges, and universities own and operated by the church in the Philippines.
