Your enemies – those in authority who had you arrested, jailed, and executed – are still here. They are still much in authority over the minds and hearts of our people. Your enemies are still in authority in control of most of our schools, colleges, and universities. They still basically teach the nation’s youth how to pray - how solve real problems by reaching out to fantasy solutions. It is of course the worst possible training any youth can have for their outreach to emotional growth and intellectual maturity. Worse yet, the nation’s youth are still impressed upon to believe that after birth – there is a better foreign country to go to; like after death – there is a better next world to go to. Oh yes Sir, we continue to be the same silly victims of indoctrination, not the intelligent masters of education. We are still into the religious way of believing than we should already be into the scientific way of thinking. Indeed, we continue to ignore science to help us develop as a nation of dignified men and self-respecting women. We filipinos are still a herd of fanatical bigots who would solve the problems of evil with more evils. Such as, in the end, no matter what – with the power of prayer to a supreme power somewhere out there – such power will always provide for us down here. Sir, even more painful to admit, millions of Filipinos continue to contribute daily to keeping the Philippines twisted spiritually and distorted morally. We continue to add on to our already needless population growth. The religious morons of our sick society continue to insist that there is no such thing as overpopulation problem today in the Philippines. They still insist that our society has not, as yet, surpassed the economic basis for providing Filipinos with adequate food, housing, and schooling. That there is still plenty of room in the Philippines even for a population to grow up 200 million Filipinos. And so, an average of 3 babies are born every minute of the day or 1.8 million babies born yearly in the Philippines. When they grow up, such babies are also taught in school to refer to the same bible for moral growth and spiritual development. Indeed, the same bible that teaches us to love not this world, neither the things that are in this world; and to take no thought for tomorrow for tomorrow will take care of itself. In the meantime, life in general in the Philippines can only be characterized as the daily competition to be the criminal rather than be the victim of the criminals. Sir, again this year, as it was during the previous years, the politicians in government serve our country not by telling the bitter truth, but by telling sweet lies. The sweeter the lies, the sweeter their promotion in government office. Ours continue to be a government of the corrupt, by the corrupt, and for the corrupt. To think that the worst kind of poverty is the poverty of the mind. Such horrors come from our schools, colleges, and universities. Take a serious look at the millions of our college educated men and women all working not for our country’s growth and development, but employed in foreign countries enjoying economic prosperity as generated by the power of science and technology. The kind of wealth that comes from science which is all about the courage to change and to improve under a self-correcting enterprise. Sir, you were certainly a real hero during your century. You were a man of truth and due to your truthfulness, the Catholic church had you arrested, incarcerated, and publicly executed. Today, in our own century, instead of heroes, what we have in our God-fearing country are God-fearing politicians indoctrinated to have more faith in blind faith, not to make use of the power of knowledge and its diffusion. Our politicians would readily pray to a divinity - to remedy the traditional ills of our sick society. Nobody seems to pay any serious attention to remedy the rotten to the core sick system of education - the root cause of our stagnation as a nation bereft of any sense of civilization. The Frightened Atheists

I envy the gays and the lesbians. Decades ago, they were laughed at, threatened, insulted, maltreated, ostracized, frightened, beaten, tortured, lynched, burned, and hanged. But they stood their ground to vigorously fight hatred and bigotry. Today, the gays and lesbians are the accepted parts of mainstream society. They are in government as politicians, in church as priests and nuns, in trade and commerce as businessmen and businesswomen, in schools, colleges, and universities as teachers and professors, creative artist in the advertising industry, actors and actresses in the film industry, golly they are even loved moms and respected dads raising decent children. Except the frightened atheists. We are still behaving like a bunch of intimidated freaks. Instead of evolving publicly; we would rather be recoiling privately. We are still afraid to expose the power of knowledge that got us to be atheists to begin with. We are still hiding inside the dark closet. For Christ’s sake, there are even existing atheist today who are famous authors, lawyers, educators, philosophers, and scientists but they are among the first idiots to intimidate fellow atheist not to identify our true identity in public as “atheist.” After all, they insists: the word “atheist” connotes something of a criminal, if not some kind of an animal. In this 21st century, we atheists are left out like a bunch of crippled idiots in a quagmire stuck away from the decent struggle to promote tolerance for our rights to openly exist too. As a matter of historical fact there are billions of phony atheists in this world than there are genuine atheists. The Christians are atheists according to the Muslims because the Christians do not believe in the existence of Allah. Indeed, a billion Muslims and a billion Christians only believe in the existence of their own respective unique supernatural being. We, the real atheists, have no belief system in any kind of God. Charitable Organizations

Notice anything peculiar about charitable organizations helping the poor? None of them would encourage countries, for example like the Philippines, to seriously practice family planning and birth control measures to help curtail the arrival of poor children into our already very sick populace. After all poverty comes from the population growth, and the more the population grows the business is more profitable for the charitable organizations. An average of three babies are born every minute of the day and night in the Philippines. That’s 1.8 million babies a year. Or 18 million babies in 10 years. Indeed, in the year 2020, the Philippine population will have reached between 140 million Filipinos. What a windfall for the charitable businesses! One such charitable organization is the World Mission. Golly, they are so wealthy now in that they can even afford to publish a prestigious first-class magazine to distribute to all potential charity donors throughout the world. Indeed, charitable organizations make certain that the war against poverty is never won. That it should never be finalized and accomplished. The show must go on! St. Paul

In spite of all the “trials, hardships, afflictions, floggings, imprisonment, riots, fatigue, sleepness nights and days of hunger, ( 2 Cor. 6:4-5 ) he endured, the Apostle never shrank from his missionary passion. He wrote: “ I consider life of no importance to me, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to bear witness to the Gospel of God’s grace.” Acts 20:24.
I ask: Where precisely in hell were the type of men like St. Paul to be found among the cruel Spanish friars. Specially like those who arrived in the 16th century to brutally conquer the Philippines with the greatest of all evil otherwise more known as Christianity? The State of Our World

Look at the mess in our world so full of fear and hate and pain and suffering and violence. Only because millions upon millions of victims still believe as true what’s written in the stupid bible, or what’s written in the stupid Koran, or what’s written in the stupid Talmud!

Imagine a God who loves you much only because you fear him much. What could be more silly and insane? It is incredible to believe that a creator, able to create billions of galaxies but nevertheless enjoys fear from the religious morons on this speck of dust called earth. As if the creator were that emotionally insecure? At any rate, it must be a wonderful feeling to fear God. After all, fear is most flattering to God. Millions of readers do not agree with each other as to what’s written in the bible. How could they? The inspired bible authors themselves do not agree with each other. I say, it is time to throw your bible out the window.

Cain and Abel

God was nowhere to be found to assist Adam Eve to raise and educate Cain and Abel to grow up like decent men and be creative and independent as individuals. Losers, Failures, and Fools

Jesus declared that the first will be the last, that the weak will be the strong, and that the fools will be the wise.

The Study of Nothing

It is ironic that theology has always been the study of nothing. The most that the theologians have accomplished was to give birth to atheism. More Impressive

It would be more impressive if we could be honest enough to admit that our beliefs have little to do with reason, but with more on faith which is the enemy of reason. As an Atheist

As an atheist I have no interest in the system of reward or punishment. I am happy enough living my life without any sense of heaven as a place of reward or hell as a place of punishment. I love Bertrand Russell

I love Bertrand Russell not for turning mathematics upside-down and logic inside-out, but for never threatening me with punishment in hell-fire if I did not agree with any of his writings. In fact, Russell encouraged me to disagree with him and to think for myself; especially in the task of seeking the truth as no one, as Russell himself admitted, has as yet found the truth.

Russell wrote: All human knowledge is uncertain, inexact, and partial. I disagree and ask: what’s so uncertain, inexact, and partial about the truth that we are all born troubled, sick, and dying? Our Troubled Selves

There is the good side and the bad side in everything; except in religion - there is only the bad side. Religion damages the minds and hearts of children to grow up with so much fear and deep in ignorance to be unable to help remedy the world so full of hatred that grows out of fear.
Consider this painful fact: whether rich or poor, each and every one of us are born troubled. Indeed, as soon as we are born, we begin to die. There is no such thing as health. Health is a myth. In the meantime, if religion were to have its good side, it must be in the business of alleviating these horrors not with faith in human stupidity, but simply by facing and changing reality. Believe It or Not

If you wish to set up a Foundation and have it registered with the government office in the Philippines known as THE SECURITY AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION, you must first submit a letter of appointment from any of Catholic Bishops of the Philippines. The Foundation must start with a basic worth of ONE MILLION PESOS. For my part, I do not believe it. What I do believe, however, is that there is no such creature called the Separation between Church and State in the Philippines. In fact, both the Church and State have been having an illicit affair together and they have begotten millions of poor and bastard children. Jesus was crucified dead on the cross to destroy the devil. The devil, however, is still alive and doing actively well. Jesus must have been a Pinoy. Puro drama.

Animals

We are all born unbelievers, not believers. We are turned into frightened believers by indoctrination. To think that animals are born animals and no one in the animal kingdom would hate or kill other animals for the glory of God in heaven. The Biological Fact

The biological fact is the day we are born is the day we begin to die. Birth, growth, death, and decay amount to the same realty. Indeed, each unfolding reality contains the seeds of its own destruction and the embryo of a new reality that will replace it. In the ultimate analysis, however, there is no such thing as health because even in health we are already dying, aren’t we? It is all a question of time. Today, it is me. Tomorrow, it is you. In the meantime, what is, say, 70 or 80 years of human life on this earth compared to a powerful God already existing for some, say, 80,000,000,000 years of life out there in the universe? Chronic Boredom

Boredom is a chronic disease of the rich, not the poor. Chronic boredom stays with the rich round the clock. It smothers enthusiasm, impoverishes the imagination, saps personal energy, and inspires fear of new and fresh ideas. Most rich people would admit that they are bored; but never would they ever admit that they are boring. Indeed, rich people are always bored to death though they are always looking for excitement to help them prevent the necessity of thought.

I am told that Christ is best experienced, not explained. Well, that's fine and dandy. But we should experience Christ as a member of which church? Baptist, Lutheran, Pentecostal, Adventist, Methodist, Unitarian, Presbyterian, Anglican, Episcopalian, Mormon, Catholic, Iglesia ni Cristo, El Shaddai, Jesus is Lord Fellowship?
To think even Christ himself never experienced anything inside a Christian “church.” He did, however, explained himself why he was more at home inside a Jewish “synagogue.”

Blind Faith versus Bright Reason

Faith continues to be popular because, like “humility,” it makes a virtue out of lazy mentality which is really a euphemism for ecclesiastical stupidity. Blind faith makes us see only 2 sides of every coin. I’d rather enjoy clear-eyed reason. We atheists make fun of religious beliefs because they are ludicrous. Can you really believe that Satan appeared and wafted Jesus on to a mountain top from which he could see the entire world and that Satan, personally, tempted Jesus and offered to him the kingdoms of this world if Jesus would only kneel down to Satan? However, if you find any hilarious slips in our logic, we will be the first to laugh with you at our own errors. But now you complain that Atheists have done nothing to help the poor and the downtrodden as much as the Christians have. Well, how could we? Look what you Christians did to us Atheists for about 1,500 years. You outlawed us from the universities or any teaching careers, besmirched our reputation, ostracized us, blacklisted us, banned our books, burned our writings of any kind, drove us into exile, humiliated us, seized our properties, arrested us for blasphemy. Christians have dehumanized us atheists with beatings and exquisite torture, gouged out our eyes, slit our tongues, stretched, crushed, or broke our limbs, tore off their breasts if they were women, crushed their scrotums of they were men, imprisoned us, stabbed us, hung us, and burnt us alive – for bringing enlightenment to the minds of men and intelligence to the hearts of women. Atheists are now in government, in the United Nations, and other global organizations. Have you heard of atheists doing the same horrors to the Christians or to believers of whatever faith today? No, because we atheists are rational men and women. The most we do at your ridiculous beliefs is to laugh at them as they are childish, if not delusional ever doing more harm than good in our world.
