Jesus Christ - Our Savior

Jesus Christ said, "And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive" (Math. 21:22). Each and every day, millions of believing Filipinos pray daily to God to "give us this day our daily bread," and to "lead us not into temptation." We also pray daily to "Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death, amen." As we, however, continue to be spiritually fucked as a people and even more morally fucked as a nation - would it not be adding insult to injury if we were yet expected to blame ourselves for our daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly stupidity behind our childish religiosity faithfully since the 16th century?
