The Supreme Court decision that the Reproductive Health ( RH ) law is constitutional is NOT a triumph of reason over superstition. On the contrary, it is a triumph of stupid politics over stupid religion as both evils historically keep the Filipinos spiritually poor as a people and morally backward as a nation.
