Born Again Nonsense

Jesus answered him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.” 4 Nicodemus said to him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born?” 5 Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You[d] must be born again.’ 8 The wind[e] blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.” John 3:3-8. . . In other words, it does not matter what church you belong to, if you are not Born again, you are not saved! Wow John, how come you and your gang - all inspired authors of God did not know that no child is born with a religion? Every child, when born, fresh out of the uterus, is an atheist. All babies are born devoid of faith. No baby is born as a Muslim, or a Jew, or a catholic, a Baptist, or a Hindu. All babies are born free and then lied to by the elders around them - the frightened victims, not the enlightened masters, - of religion. If there is any truth in the real nature of our birth is that we can only be "Born Again Atheists" as we all originally arrived into this world as atheists... Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

Poch, your assertion that babies are born atheists because they don't have a belief in god is very weak. Why? Because babies also do not believe the proposition "There is no God." Therefore, they are non-atheists. If everybody except those who outright assert that "There is no God" falls in my camp (non-atheism), that shows that my position is larger, more popular, and the real default position. Blessings! Ken, do you also believe that the baby believe that the woman beside him when is born is his mother? Is this really an intelligent way to create babies - not knowing who their mothers are, or who their creator is? Cheers! Poch Suzara

Poch, no need to be anxious about babies not knowing their birth mothers after they are born. Their mothers know them, and that's enough. In due time, as they grow in self-awareness, they will recognize their parents, siblings, friends and foes. In a godless universe, you need not worry either. Humans are just bags of protein with nerve endings, without a Creator to endow them with life, liberty and happiness. It does not seem to matter whether the babies know their birth mothers or not.
