In the Philippines, however, we only have religion and politics - both under the guidance from the holy bible. The same holy bible that also teaches us to: "Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world, if any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him." 1Jojn 2:15.

Poch, majority of Filipinos may believe there is a God. But does every Filipino know God, much less love Him? I doubt it. God himself says none seeks after him. And the way to Him is hard and narrow. So your castigation of hapless religious Pinoys is rather useless. Satan has blinded the eyes both of the godless and the unrighteous. Religious or irreligious, theist or atheist, they both need God.
