Our Overseas workers
Our workers are better paid and indeed highly respected for the hard work they do in foreign countries. In our own God-forsaken country, however, instead of giving our workers their due earnings and due respect, they only survive on more of the same hand-to-mouth standard of existence. But we never stop asking God to bless them. We never stop thanking
God for the hard work that they do for the rich. In the meantime, in our sick society, the filthy poor are getting poorer. The filthy rich are getting richer.
I asked it before, I ask it again: Have any of you ever met or heard of a Filipino who got to be FILTHY RICH for believing that God is BAD?
So how come millions upon millions of Filipinos are FILTHY POOR for believing that God is GOOD?

Endless Hypocritical Piety as Blessed by God Perpetually
A great many Filipinos, specially in government, in church, in schools, colleges, and universities, and in the media will never, but never abandon their faith in God. Only because there is no one else to forgive them of their sins; to forgive them of their crimes; and, indeed, to forgive them of their daily corruption, specially for the glory of the Savior of the Philippines - Jesus on earth as he is, always, in heaven! In the End Dr. Jose Rizal was not a Jesus Follower
Here are words uttered by Jesus - words never emulated by Dr. Jose Rizal in any of his writings. A great many innocent Filipinos, however, frightened by blind faith, believe that Dr. Jose Rizal himself was inspired by the teachings of Jesus. Nothing could be farther away from the truth. Listen attentively to the messages of Jesus. Messages that Dr. Jose Rizal as a thinker totally rejected like any other decent Filipino thinker should totally reject:
If anyone comes to Me, and does not hate his own father and mother and wife and children and brothers and sisters, yes, and even his own life, he cannot be My disciple." Luke 14:26
Anyone who loves his father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves his son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me; and anyone who does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me. Matt. 10:37
But those enemies of mine who did not want me to be king over them--bring them here and kill them in front of me. Luke 19:27
Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. Matt. 10:34
If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first. John 15:18
But Jesus told him, "Follow me, and let the dead bury their own dead. Matt. 8:22
Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.1 John 2:15
While he was still speaking, a bright cloud covered them, and a voice from the cloud said, "This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased. Listen to him!" Matt. 17:5
The Son of God Jesus, crucified on the cross, cried out loud: "MY GOD, MY GOD, WHY HAST THOU FORSAKEN ME?" Matt. 27:46
For my part, after years of serious study of the life and times of Jesus as He is depicted in the holy bible - the deeper I learned to appreciate the power, the beauty, the necessity, and the sanity of atheism. Poch Suzara

Thinking is the greatest of all human abilities. To suppress the art of thinking, especially for the sake of silly

What If the Power of Prayer Works
If prayer works, how come we must only continue to pray on and on endlessly? Indeed, if prayer works, then we should see great and wonderful result with Filipinos no longer busy praying; specially as we are the only Christian people in all of Asia.
Indeed, if prayer works, we should already see the results in the Philippines. We should have no more need to build more hospitals. Our country should be the most "blessed" country in all of Asia with health and wealth. Is this the Philippines we see? Never mind what your blind faith sees! It sees nothing!
And so, I ask: how come by any standard of living and thinking, other NON-CHRISTIAN countries in Asia are ahead of the Philippines - economically, politically, scientifically, technologically, culturally, and, indeed, spiritually?
Of course, let's not be too unfair. Let's be happy and proud of the Consuelo de Bobo: when it comes to corruption here, there, and everywhere; when it comes to sins against God; when it comes to crimes against our own country - we are quite successful and way ahead of everybody in Asia and in the world at large.

British Scientists Power Mobile Phones Using Urine
British scientists on Tuesday reported they had harnessed the power of urine and were able to charge a mobile phone with enough electricity to send texts and surf the internet.
Researchers from the University of Bristol and Bristol Robotics Laboratory in south west England said they had created a fuel cell that uses bacteria to break down urine to generate electricity, in a study published in the Royal Society of Chemistry journal Physical Chemistry Chemical Physics.
"No one has harnessed power from urine to do this so it's an exciting discovery," said engineer Ioannis Ieropoulos.
"The beauty of this fuel source is that we are not relying on the erratic nature of the wind or the sun; we are actually reusing waste to create energy.
"One product that we can be sure of an unending supply is our own urine," he added.
The team grew bacteria on carbon fibre anodes and placed them inside ceramic cylinders. The bacteria broke down chemicals in urine passed through the cylinders, building up a small amount of electrical charge which was stored on
a capacitor.
Ieropoulos hoped that the cell, which is currently the size of a car battery, could be developed for many applications. "Our aim is to have something that can be carried around easily," he explained.
"So far the microbial fuel power stack (MFC) that we have developed generates enough power to enable SMS messaging, web browsing and to make a brief phone call.
"The concept has been tested and it works - it's now for usto develop and refine the process so that we can develop MFCs
to fully charge a battery."
They hope the technology will eventually be used to power domestic devices. Philippine Star, July 18, 2013
In the Philippines, we only have to thank our sick system of education. It is mostly based upon the power of prayer and theology; hardly based on the power of science and technology.
It is, in this way, that we Filipinos know exactly what to do with our urine: we piss on each other on this earth down
here; specially for the greater glory of Jesus in heaven up there. Poch Suzara
What We Filipinos can still do for God and for His Son Jesus
And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you—ask what you can do for your country. JF Kennedy
In the Philippines, since the 16th century, we Filipinos have been indoctrinated by our colonizers to ask not what
God can do for us, but to ask, instead, what can we do for God.
In this already 21st century, however, via schools, colleges, and universities owned by our former colonizers, we are still told that having faith in God is not enough. We must continue to ask: what else can we do for God, specially
for the Son of God Jesus who died on the cross for our sins!
In the meantime, millions upon millions of college-educated Pinoys and Pinays are so proud of the historical fact that we are the only Christian country in Asia today. And more proud of the historical fact that for the glory of God in heaven, we Filipinos have not as yet civilized ourselves as a people, nor have we, as yet, industrialized ourselves as a nation on this earth!
Civilization is the triumph of humanity over Christianity. It means the standard of thinking works better than the standard of believing. It also means that the pursuit of life, liberty and happiness works better than the pursuit of a better world to come after death.
Industrialization is the triumph of knowledge over ignorance; prosperity over poverty; and, indeed, the triumph of reason over blind faith in a lot of out-of-this world dogma, pigma, and hogma!
In the Philippines, we have neither civilization nor have we industrialization. What we have is endless stagnation under perpetual frustration - for the sake of our eternal salvation! And these horrors have been and still are nothing but the products of our sick faith in a sick system of education. Poch Suzara Facebook# Aheist# Twitter# Google#

Indoctrination Masquerading as Education in the Philippines
Since the 16th century, there were far more churches and cathedrals established throughout the Philippines than schools, colleges, and universities. Today in this already 21st century,
there are still far more churches and cathedrals. They are, however, masquerading as the system of education in the Philippines!
Indeed, in this only Christian country in Asia, we Filipinos are damned with far more ecclesiastical indoctrination than we are "blessed" with real education. Especially for our scientific growth as a people, and for our civilized development as a nation.
In the meantime, let's seriously consider Jose Rizal's dream: "I would like the Filipino to be Brilliant, Enlightened, Intelligent, Progressive... Worthy, Noble and Honorable."
Indeed, Jose Rizal's - national ideal can only be about love of Fellow-Filipinos and love our country. It should have nothing to do with love of a divinity behind the mystery of theology in order to keep the Philippines poor and backward under the blessings of Christianity? I ask it before, I ask it again: when will the churches and cathedrals, now more established as schools, colleges, universities, not to mention the lawmakers of the Philippines - produce Filipinos decently dreamed of by our national hero - Jose Rizal?

My Mother's Death July 10, 2013
My Dearest Guys and Gals,
My sisters and I were all there with her when mother died last July 10 here at home at 10 a.m. She will not make it for her 100th birthday celebration in September 12, 2013. After all the religious ceremonies done, we had her remains cremated July 13. We thank you all and appreciate the condolences, flowers, and mass cards we received for her.
My mother's ashes, now in an urn, is with me in my room shelved alongside my library of precious books. In time, we will transfer her urn to be together with my father's ashes in a columbarium at San Isidro church in Pasay city.
Soon, I too will be dead. When it is our time to go, it is time to go. When it is not yet our time to go, not even our doctors can kill us. In the meantime, life should be about what happens to us after birth. Life should have nothing to do with what happens to us after death.
The bible says: "By the sweat of your brow you will eat your food until you return to the ground, since from it you were taken; for dust you are and to dust you will return." Gen. 3:19.
Well, if God created me from dust in his own image and likeness, I really have to need to wager to believe whether God
is dust or not. Here, however, is a more sensible wager than Pascal's: If God asked you to wager before being born or not
to be born on this earth - what would you choose?
In the meantime, my values as an atheist is not so much to get us into heaven, or to keep us out of hell, but to put a little bit of heaven into this earth by taking the hell out of it. This is how we atheists try to live on this earth. We think it more gracious to spread intellectual grace for the human race by rejecting ecclesiastical disgrace from divine grace!
The fear of death can only follow from the fear of life. A man who lives courageously should be prepared to die at any time instantaneously.
As for me, I said it before, I say it again: If death is the cessation of all that is beautiful, thoughtful, and delightful in what makes life meaningful to live it, then I say: FUCK DEATH! With much love to all, Poch Suzara Facebook# Twitter# Atheist# Google#
NEVER MIND INDUSTRIALIZATION. WHAT IS IMPORTANT IS OUR ETERNAL SALVATION
We have, in the Philippines all, but all of the natural resources to produce steel, aluminum, bronze, ball bearings, electric motors, engines, compressors, bicycles, trains, motor vehicles, motorcycles, refrigerators, computers, cellphones, wrist watches, radios, televisions, movie cameras, space crafts, sound systems, etc.
Unfortunately, we do not have, not by a long shot, the greatest of all natural resources that countries like Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Australia, etc, have: the developed minds and cultivated hearts for growth as a people and development as a nation via industrialization. It should be one of the creative results
of a creative system of education.
Indeed, in our Catholic schools, colleges, and universities, we have been taught to believe and to have faith, especially during our formative years, that this life in our country, is nothing but a transition to a better life
to come after death with God in heaven.
Thus, the emphasis on the next better world to come has led us millions of Filipinos to disregard the exploitation of our own natural resources in our own country. We have been taught to believe and to have faith that the only things of true value are those found in the heavenly world of God. Our country, this country belonging to Filipinos is seen as low, depraved, and unworthy of love, respect, and affection. Therefore, the less attention placed on it and the more attention placed on God's kingdom, the better our chances to win eternal salvation. Never mind the works needed for
civilization via industrialization! These evils are the works of the devil.
In the meantime, among the richest individuals, among the richest investors in the stock market, among the richest
owners of land, schools, colleges, universities and other commercial enterprises in the Philippines - are the Catholic Bishops and the Catholic Cardinals. They see to it that the Catholic Vatican bank remains as the richest and most powerful bank in the world. Poch Suzara Facebook# Atheist# Twitter# Google#

Corruption in the Church is far GREATER than Coruption in the Government
What is the difference between corruption in the Philippine government and corruption in the Catholic church:
When corrupt government officials are caught, they go to church for the forgiveness of crime. They are usually referred
to as "your honor."
When corrupt church officials are caught, they also go to church for the forgiveness of sin. They are usually referred
to as "your Eminence."
In the meantime, the church has always been grateful for the existence of sin and crime; for, without such evils, the church would have crumbled centuries ago. The continued existence of the church therefore has always been about how to keep sin and crime alive and kicking; indeed, how to generate and to promote more sins and more crimes here, and there, and everywhere. Especially for the sake of big business of the church in order to acquire more wealth, power, and glory.
The church has always been and still is a haven for the criminals and for the sinners in the Philippines. Thus, corruption in the church is far greater than corruption in the government! Poch Suzara facebook# Twitter# Atheist@ Google#

I Am Proud of My Intellectual Freedom
Mental slavery is mental death, and every man who has given up his intellectual freedom is the living coffin of his dead soul. --- Robert G. Ingersoll
For my part, I love my intellectual freedom. I enjoy THINKING far more than I enjoy PRAYING. It is, in this way, that I also enjoy fighting to end the greatest evil that's keeping our country poor and backward: mental slavery more known as Christianity.
During my formative years in school, I got expelled because I was not afraid to convey to my teachers in class that I love to QUESTION more than I cared for the answers. In the meantime, in La Salle grade school and high school, nothing was important to us students except to repeat and repeat this prayer to: "ST JOHN BAPTIST DE LA SALLE, PRAY FOR US. LIVE JESUS IN OUR HEARTS, FOREVER." Hell, I thought I better get the hell out of that insane mess. I did! Luckily! Happily! Proudly! Creatively! Poch Suzara Atheist# Facebook# Twitter# Google#

Religion as Organized Superstition in the Philippines
Religion is not provided to us by revelation, it doesn't come to us from the heavens, it does not come from the beyond, it does not come from the divine. It's man-made. And it shows. Religion is created, invented, imposed by a species half a chromosome away from the chimpanzee. - Christopher Hitchens
Religion encourages stupidity and an insufficient sense of reality... The power of priests is more obviously connected with morals than any other form of power. In Christian countries, virtue consists in obedience to the Will of God, and it is the priests who know what the Will of God commands. - Bertrand Russell
In the Philippines, however, religion promotes nothing but lies and deceptions, if not more of the same old historical social degradation, and indeed, political corruption.
Millions of Filipino children are still taught in Catholic schools to believe and to have faith in Jesus, the Savior of our sick souls for the sake of saving the wealth and power of the Catholic church. Meanwhile, we remain spiritually impoverished as a sick people and morally bankrupt as a sick nation.
I said it before, I say it again: It is nothing but faith in blind faith that makes us believe that the priesthood industry is only acting in their churches and cathedrals. Nay, they are acting more successfully in their schools, colleges, and universities; and, acting effectively in the media. Such horrors precisely make us famous as the Sick Children of Asia. - Poch Suzara
there Are No Atheists in Foxholes - NO KIDDING?
The statement "There are no atheists in foxholes" is a proverb used to argue that in times of extreme stress or fear, such as in war, all people will believe in, or hope for, a higher power to protect them - more referred to as "God."...
Indeed, this is ticklish; but what is even more ticklish is that no one has ever found a dead Christian in a foxhole who did not first pray before he died!...
Well, if there were no atheists in foxholes, it is because there were also no wisdom nor understanding either. There was only ignorance and fear that produced foxholes...
For my part, I am an atheist. I did not lose my faith. I threw the holy garbage out the window! Of course, it is obvious that there are no atheists in foxholes. There is never any room left for the atheists to be down in foxholes. It is already filled with hate, a Standing Room Only situation filled up with Christians, Muslims, Jews hating and killing each other in God’s name on earth and for His glory in heaven...
I say it is more truthful to declare that there are no atheist officials in the government and no atheist leaders in the church. Look how these two great institutions are the most corrupt and rotten in our poor and backward country. Both entities could only survive in cahoots with lies and deceptions especially to protect each other existence in cahoots together...
In the meantime, the religious morons are never able to understand the atheists. To begin with - in the history of the world, how come there never was an army of atheists waging war against another army of atheists because they did not believe in the existence of God!...
In the meantime, listen to this great scientist/astronomer/atheist: - “Every one of us is, in the cosmic perspective, precious. If a human disagrees with you, let him live. In a hundred billion galaxies, you will not find another.” - Carl Sagan . . . Poch Suzara Facebook# Google# Twitter# Atheist#

"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. Matt. 7:7

In Asia only Filipinos are qualified to go to Heaven
"Truly I say to you, unless you are converted and become like children, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven." Jesus in Matt 18:3
Again Jesus said, "Let the children come to me. Don't stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children." Matt 19:14
I said it before I say it again: The most destructive evil force in the Philippines is not corruption; it is superstition: the irrational belief arising from ignorance or fear, on the one hand; and, on the other hand - illusion, delusion, and confusion as the basis of our faith in a Jewish Savior of the Philippines still stuck under a sick system of a christian education.
We are the only people in Asia who have been and still are faithful to Jesus and His teachings. It is truly astonishing to realize how we Filipinos have utterly failed to grow as a people and to mature as nation of Asia. As a matter of historical superstition - for Christ's sake, we Filipinos are only getting more and more famous as the Sick Children of Asia!
In the meantime, only in the Philippines: The horror of corruption comes from the horror of education. It is inspired by a bigger horror: our faith in the history of superstition: that in order to be saved, we need not think! We must only believe! In this way, we need not love our country down here. We must only love Jesus in heaven up there!
One of the great horrors we poor Filipinos suffer from is in the hope that the evil forces keeping our country drowning in population growth can only be cured not by a system of scientific education, but only by legislation, at best; or, at worst, by praying as inspired by our faith to be less and less involved with the beauty and the power of more and deeper thinking! Philippines - Still Stuck Under Religious Garbage
Yes, it is true. The responsible and sustainable mining of our immense mineral resources — described as one of the richest on earth — can pay off all the Philippines’ foreign debt and transform it into a prosperous, mine-rich nation like Australia or Canada! The Philippines has the world’s second biggest gold reserves next only to South Africa, among the top reserves in copper, plus others like nickel, chromite, cobalt, silver, and zinc.
Indeed, except perhaps diamond, name it, we have it; estimated worth at more than ONE TRILLION DOLLARS or 45 TRILLION PESOS per annual production. Not to mention the recently discovered oil and coal deposits worth more than enough to make the Philippines - the wealthiest and the healthiest country in all of Asia.
Japan has no natural resources except the greatest in any country. The educated minds and hearts of its citizens due to their powerful system of education. Thousands of educated Filipinos are there working as employees in Japanese industries as generated not by prayer and theology, but by science and technology.
Singapore has no natural resources except the greatest in any country: the educated minds and hearts of its citizens due to their powerful system of education. Thousands of educated Filipinos are there working as "employees" in Singaporean industries as generated also by science and technology.
There is not one cocoa tree grown in Switzerland. Yet the Swiss as products of a powerful system of education produces the best chocolate in the world. Thousands of educated Filipinos are there working as "employees" in Switzerland.
We are rich in Agriculture: rice, coconut, sugar, corn, bananas, pineapple, aquaculture, mangoes, not to mention GUABANO - the miracle fruit that prevents certain types of cancer.
Industry: textiles and garments, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, wood products, paper and paper products, tobacco products, beverage manufacturing, food processing, machinery and equipment, transport equipment, electronics and semiconductor materials, mineral products, hydrocarbon products, fishing, business process outsourcing services
Now look also at the still untapped treasures around us Filipinos - the treasures in plants, flowers, and trees with medicinal and nutritional values; The treasures in our rivers, lakes, caves, and forest; the treasures in the beaches of more than 7,000 islands; the treasures in our shores, bays, and coves. They remain untapped only because as products of schools, colleges, and universities, we are still more into prayer and theology instead of utilizing the power behind science and technology.
But most of all, the most powerful and greatest of natural resources - the Filipino mind and heart. Instead of being educated, cultivated and elevated - Filipino minds and hearts are only mutilated, distorted, twisted, and degraded with prayer and theology. Specially for the glory of Jesus on earth as he is in heaven. We are still being taught to LOVE NOT THIS WORLD, NEITHER THE THINGS THAT ARE IN THE WORLD. IF ANY FILIPINO LOVE THE WORLD, THE LOVE OF GOD IS NOT IN HIM." Also, we are still being taught to TAKE NO THOUGHT FOR TOMORROW BECAUSE JESUS WILL SOON BE RETURNING TO REMEDY THE ILLS OF OUR SICK SOCIETY. Also, to worry not about this life in this world. Indeed, to believe only that what is more important is NOT life on this earth, but death in the kingdom of God where our souls are saved; otherwise, if not, we will all end up punished forever in hell.
I say it again: Unless the religious garbage is thrown out of our system of education, we Filipinos, in the centuries to come, will only continue wasting our time on this earth having faith in BLIND faith in our sick religious beliefs and values that only make us famous as the Sick People of Asia!
The holy bible says: "He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned." Mark 16:16
I ask it again: WE SHALL BE SAVED FROM WHAT? Isn't it time for us Filipinos do some serious constructive thinking? Isn't it time to put to a halt our destructive silly ways in stupid believing?
Indeed, we are all born ignorant, not frightened. It is in our sick system of education that teach us to be frightened! We even faithfully believe that a God, in His infinite wisdom, created Filipinos in His own image and likeness! Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google# Atheist#
God Is an Atheist. So Was Jesus
Why Atheism Won’t Succeed in the Philippines
by Hector Gamboa
I used to embrace atheism and I used to be active in the Philippine atheist forum and community. However, during the past few years I find myself being drawn away from atheism. Did someone “save” my wretched soul and showed me the path to eternal life and salvation? No! I still believe that there is not enough evidence yet that I have witnessed and experienced that would offer sufficient proof (and arguments) for the existence of the theistic god. Given that my view on the existence of the theistic god hasn’t changed, why do I find myself being drawn away from atheism? If atheism
is favored by science, evidence and reason, why is it such at a disadvantage against religious beliefs that often comes with credulity? The biggest word that comes to my mind when I think about this question is “Arrogance”. As long as arrogance lingers amongst the vocal proponents of atheism in the Philippines, I just do not see it prospering in the country despite the feeding programs, conventions, public debates and media mileage its organizations have.
Response
My dear Hector Gamboa, I invite you to carefully read God's first commandment: "THOU SHALT HAVE NO OTHER GODS BEFORE ME." This means God does not to believe in the existence of other GODS - and that makes God an ATHEIST. Well, obviously this logic puts the frightened believers in a complicated situation since you all believe, love, and worship a God who is an atheist! And you people cannot even see this simple truth due, apparently, to your faith in blind faith! But here is something clearer to see: Look at the Son of God Jesus. He was also an atheist. Crucified on the cross Jesus cried out loud: "MY GOD, MY GOD WHY HAST THOU FORSAKEN ME?" Obviously, Jesus was an atheist. He did not believe nor had He faith in God's divine plan. In the meantime, I ask: when we were born, coming out of mother's womb, did we have a religion? Did we believe in the existence of God? Isn't it a fact that no child has a religion? All babies are born atheists: free from religion. No baby is born a Catholic, a Muslim, a Jew, a Hindu or a Baptist? So I am proud to be an atheist. What is the problem? If God, Himself an atheist, created me in his own image and likeness, and therefore created me to be an atheist like God - why should that bother any of you frightened religious saps? Cheers! Poch Suzara, Father of Atheism in the Philippines.

Oh Plato, My Dear Plato
“We can easily forgive a child who is afraid of the dark; the real tragedy of life is when men are afraid of the light.” ― Plato
Oh Plato, my dear Plato, the real tragedy in the Philippines comes from Catholic schools, Catholic colleges, and Catholic universities: We were taught to be afraid of the dark,to be afraid of light, and also to be afraid of life itself, especially for the glory of Jesus on earth as he is in heaven and in hell. - Poch Suzara
