Thinking Is the Greatest of all Human Activities

Thinking is the greatest of all human abilities. To suppress the art of thinking, especially for the sake of silly believing, is to inspire nothing but to insure the endless existence of Christianity always active with the promise of delivering more nothing. Poch, how can intellectual freedom exist in your view of reality? If you and I are mere biology, our thoughts are simply cause and effect molecular processes. What you and I are thinking differs from the process of a weed growing only in complexity. The weed doesn't have any control over what it does, it just grows. In like manner, in a material-only world, you and I don't have any freedom or choice in what or how we think, we just do it. Our thoughts are simply genetic input, stimulus, and response. I think the way I do, and you think the way you do. We just are. We cannot think, or be, any different. If this is the case, why continue posting rants pretending to provoke thoughts? There is no freedom of thought and no more significance to our discussion than to two weeds happening to intertwine. To be consistent, it seems that you are going to have to give up the illusion of thinking and choosing.
