Power of God

There is no such thing as the power of God. There is only the power of the church. Church power comes from human ignorance of which the church has insured and perpetuated for herself with fear of the Lord on the one hand; and, on the other hand, with threats of eternal punishment in hell; especially for those who have no wish to embrace blind faith in the teachings of the church. Indeed, if there is a God, I refuse to believe that such a God would allow the Church to spread more nonsense to believe in this world so as to prepare its believers to enter a next world called the power and the kingdom of God.
