The Highest Form of Spirituality
"Christ the living bread satisfies our spiritual hunger through the living word." Philippine Star, Feb. 3, 2015. . . In the meantime, isn't it sad that millions of poor and hungry Filipinos still do pray daily to God to "give us this day our daily bread..." Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#
Troubles and Problems in Life
No matter who we are - rich or poor, fat or thin, young or old, black or white, tall or short, schooled or unschooled, married or single - all of us have or will have our share of troubles and problems in life. I suppose the idea of life's meaning is not to add to the problems and troubles of people, but to be a part of the solution or to and lessen the degree of such troubles and problems. . . In the meantime, happily, everything, sooner or later, will come to an end; unhappily, however, except human stupidity. It is here to stay permanently especially as she is happily married to infinity. . . Poch Suzara twitter# Facebook# Google#

Why am I Happy as an Atheist
Suppose one man likes strawberries and another does not; in what respect is the latter superior? There
is no abstract and impersonal proof either that strawberries are good or that they are not good. To the man who likes them they are good, to the man who dislikes them they are not. But the man who likes them has a pleasure which the other does not have; to that extent his life is more enjoyable and he is better adapted to the world in which both must live. What is true in this trivial instance is equally true in more important matters. The man who enjoys watching football is to that extent superior to the man who does not. The man who enjoys reading is still more superior to the man who does not, since opportunities for reading are more frequent than opportunities for watching football. The more things a man is interested in, the more opportunities of happiness he has and the less he is at the mercy of fate, since if he loses one thing he can fall back upon another. Life is too short to be interested in everything, but it is good to be interested in as many things as are necessary to fill our days... Bertrand Russell, the Conquest of Happiness...
For my part, I am happy because I love and enjoy reading. I also love and enjoy doubting, searching, disagreeing, questioning, verifying, cogitating, scrutinizing, thought provoking, discovering, enemy facing, laughing, joke cracking, street children feeding, cooking, gardening, cleaning, washing, collecting, helping, giving, jazz drumming, listening, vagina penetrating, and pumping, and ejaculating not for the sake of breeding or propagating, but simply for a healthy fucking, and most of all I love and enjoy truth telling.... Most People Hate to Think
“Five percent of the people think; ten percent of the people think they think; and the other eighty-five percent would rather die than think.” ― Thomas A. Edison --- In the Philippines, as the only Catholic country in Asia, 99 per cent of the people love to pray as they hate to think. After all, under our sick system of education, we are taught to believe that life after death is better than life after birth so that there is no need to think to save our precious minds and hearts; there is only the need to pray to save our sick and frightned souls... The Trouble With God
The trouble with God is that he hates his job. He hates to assume his duties and responsibilities as the creator of the universe. He would rather be happy by always being omni-absent than be a God who should always be omni-present. Indeed, to remain always as a hidden spirit, and not be a real open matter. But then again, here's the theological mess: God is not matter, neither is nonexistence. God has no limitations, neither is nonexistence. God is not visible, neither is nonexistence. God cannot be described, neither can nonexistence. Obviously, God does not exists! Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

The Rulers of Our Freedom and Democracy in the Philippines
*Let us never forget that government is ourselves and not an alien power over us. The ultimate rulers of our democracy are not a President and senators and congressmen and government officials, but the voters of this country. . . Franklin
D. Roosevelt
In the Philippines, sadly, the only Catholic country in Asia, we have no government of the people, by the people, and for the people. We do, however, have a government of the liars, cheaters, plunderers, greedy lawyers, tax-evaders, gamblers, fixers, make believers, sick actors as sick pretenders, faithful to Jesus boxers, vagina-seekers, and mother-fuckers!
But they all equally share something wonderful, beautiful, and delightful together - they all enjoy the forgiveness of their sins and crimes by God all the time. Especially for as long as they are not the unbelievers; on the contrary, for as long as they are the faithful supporters of the Catholic priesthood industry generating the ways and means of our sick society!
In the meantime, as a Filipino citizen born in this country 78 years ago: I asked it during La Salle high school years and I am still asking it today in my senior citizen years: where the FUCK are we going as a people; and where the FUCK are we going as a nation? Wow God, Is it really that Hard be a God to us
"God is always protecting us - even if we do not realize we need it." Philippine Star, Jan. 30, 2014... Wow God! Isn't this about the same old story? The same old useless drama from you? You are protecting us from what? With all of the power, glory, and authority at your disposal is it really that hard for you to be just a God to us as a people; and, just to be a God to us as a nation? After all, we Filipinos since 400 years ago, have been and still are the only people in Asia who believe in you as our God and have faith in your only begotten Son Jesus? What are you protecting us from? Protecting us by being endlessly being sick as a people? Or protecting us for being historically insane as a nation - being the only Catholic church in Asia since the 16th century? Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#
Change, Growth, and Development
Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has. . . Margaret Mead, Anthropologist.
In the Philippines, it has been the exact opposite and historically tragic. Only a small group of religious morons more known as the priesthood industry have always kept millions upon millions of Filipinos spiritually poor and frightened
as a people and have always kept the Philippines morally sick and backward as a nation.
listen to one of the most brilliant freethinking lawyers the world has ever produced. He said: "Just think of the tragedy of teaching children not to doubt." . . . Clarence Darrow, Lawyer

Creation out of Nothing

The Filipino God is NOT a Filipino God, but a Jewish God
The God of the cannibals will be a cannibal, the God of the Crusaders a crusader, and the God of the
Merchants a merchant. . . Ralph Waldo Emerson . . .
Sadly, the God of the Filipinos is not a Filipino. He is Jesus, a Jew, born of Jewish mom and dad in a small Jewish town called Bethlehem some 2,015 years ago. Jesus has always been a lovable and a merciful kind of God to us Filipinos because Jesus rightly preached: "If any man come to me and hate NOT his father, and mother, and wife and children, and brothers, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple." Luke 14:26. Something even more wonderful, Jesus also declared: "Think not that I came to send peace on earth; I came not to send peace, but a sword." Matt. 10:34. . .
Indeed, in the Philippines, as the only Jesus country in Asia since the 16th century, for the glory of Jesus, we Filipinos have no love for our mothers and father, we have no love for our brothers and sisters, we have no love for our wives and children, indeed, we have no love for our country down here. We only love Jesus, our Savior, up there!. . .
In the meantime, millions upon millions of poor Filipinos hope to merit eternal salvation in heaven one day; especially by enjoying the spread of corruption, pollution, degradation, and earthly damnation here on earth!. . .
I said it before, I say it again: our endless troubles as a people, and our mindless problems as a nation begin in the Filipino family derailed as it is historically by Christian values and beliefs!... Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#
The Horrors in Nature as God's Divine Plan
Neither love without knowledge, nor knowledge without love can produce a good life. In the Middle Ages, when pestilence appeared in a country, holy men advised the population to assemble in churches and pray for deliverance; the result was that the infection spread with extraordinary rapidity among the crowded masses of supplicants. This was an example of love without knowledge. The late war afforded an example of knowledge without love. In each case, the result was death on a large scale... Bertrand Russell. . . In the Philippines, a powerful typhoon Yolanda hit the province of Samar, Tacloban. It destroyed billions of pesos worth in farm land, properties, and assets such as homes, hotels, schools, commercial and residential and government buildings, hospitals, roads and bridges, and also caused the death of more than ten thousand innocent Filipinos. Quite a lot of them, as inspired by the love of God, went inside damaged churches to pray for deliverance. Instead, they experienced more of the activated horrors of nature in their respective provinces as willed by God's divine plan... Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#
Street Children in the Philippines and in the Western Countries
More than two million Children live, sleep, play, beg, eat, pee, poo in the streets of our major cities. But the real tragedy behind these horrors is not only the so-called Filipino street children. They also struggle to survive in the streets with their street mothers and fathers who have been assured daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly by Jesus: BLESSED ARE THOSE WHO ARE POOR IN SPIRIT, FOR THEIRS IS THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN.
In the meantime, more than 200 million children sleep in the streets of the western world. None in Cuba - a small communist country populated and managed mostly by atheists... Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#
Democratic Freedoms
Political democratic freedoms include freedom of speech, freedom of the press, and freedom of assembly, which includes freedom to
hold meetings, marches, and demonstrations. Personal democratic freedoms include inviolability of person and home; privacy of correspondence, telephone conversations, and telegraphic communications; and freedom of conscience, or
the right to profess or to decline to profess religious beliefs.
Bourgeois constitutions and laws proclaim democratic freedoms but do not generally provide effective guarantees. The government has emergency powers to suspend or nullify various articles of the constitution that establish democratic freedoms.
In the socialist countries the law not only recognizes the democratic freedoms of citizens but also provides material and legal guarantees for exercising them.
In the Philippines, it is sad, if not pathetic. Millions of college-educated men and women only enjoy the freedom of conscience or the right to profess religious beliefs. Or worst, the freedom only to fuck but not to think. As for me, a high school expelled student, I enjoy the freedom of speech, the freedom of thought, the freedom of inquiry, the freedom to read, the freedom of expression, and the freedom to struggle for religious sanity. Most Men love Fucking. They Hate Thinking
Men in the majority love fucking. They hate thinking. Men in the minority love thinking. I am one of those in the minority of men who love thinking much more than I love fucking. In the meantime, great thinking writers like Ernest Hemingway said it: "All thinking men are atheist." I totally agree. Atheism has more, much more to do with thinking than it does with fucking like damned fools, thoughtless jerks, and mindless saps... Yes, Majority as against the Minority
We are so happy and proud that there are only the few atheists, agnostics, freethinkers, and heretics existing in our sick society. But what is more stupid is that we are even more proud and happy that our sick and corrupt politicians in the government; our sick and corrupt teachers in school; sick and corrupt professors in college; sick and corrupt priest, bishops, and cardinals in church all believe and have faith in God; specially the God who is always ready, willing, and able to forgive all of our sick sins and sick crimes keeping us sick as a people and corrupt as a nation.
Which System of Logic Should be Follow
A college-educated lawyer on these pages lectures me on my logic and its fallacies; while himself NOT realizing that he
is the one more at home with his structural distortion, semantical deception, and substantive distraction...I ask: which system of Logic should we follow? There are so many of them in the world - the canonical logic of ancient China, the grammatical logic of ancient India, the syllogistic logic of Aristotle, the dichotomous logic of Remus, the sick logic of the sick lawyers in the Philippines; and, lastly, the mathematical logic Bertrand Russell who fathered the "computer" industry which in turn gave birth to the Internet, Facebook, Twitter, Google, etc. Surely, there are far more logical systems in heaven and on earth than are dreamed of by any logician... In the meantime, I ask again: where is the revealed truth revealed in the bible? How come in this 21st century, since the 1st century - man's most noble of profession is still the search of the truth since none has yet been discovered with the power of logic? GOD LOVED THE WORLD AND LOVED THE PHILIPPINES
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16. . .
Listen to Jesus: "If you want to be perfect, go, sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me." Matt. 19:21. . .
We Filipinos today in this already 21st century are the filthy poor. We did not have to sell our possessions. It was all taken perfectly away from us; especially our own country by the Catholic Priesthood Industry. They are now the filthy rich while we filthy poor Filipinos remain as the perfect followers of Jesus. . .
For my part, as a Filipino loyal to my beloved country, and as I do not care for treasures or for eternal life in heaven later after death, I thank God and His Son Jesus that I am an ATHEIST! Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#
Without Science and Techonology
Without science and technology a nation can neither be rich nor powerful. It can only be poor and backward like the Philippines. Still stuck under a mindless religion as inspired by thoughtless theology. Indeed, in this already 21st century, we Filipinos still believe that our country is under the control of God's will and since God can be be moved with the power of prayer we acquire a share in God's divine plan as something omnipotent. The Mockery of Law in the Philippines
There is no such thing as the Force of Law in the Philippines because the Rule of Law is mostly about the mockery of Law. . . What, however prevails in our poor and backward only Catholic country in Asia is the Rule of Lies, Deceptions, and Corruption... Under article 7 Section 1 of the Philippine Constitution, says: The president shall not be eligible for any re-election... President Gloria Arroyo run for Congress and won. President Joseph Estrada run for Mayor of Manila and won! So much for the Rule of Law. So much for the Force of Law. Only the Mockery of Law generating our sick society. But then again, why should we respect the laws of our country when our own sick lawyers who are more frightened of the Laws of God than they are brightened or enlightened with the laws of our country? Or, more to the point, why should we bother with the rule of law in our country when we have been educated to show more love, respect, and affection to the existence of the Immaculate Conception that we should with the existence of the Philippine Constitution? Sick Values as Inspired by Sick Faith
I am disappointed that not one of the correspondents asked Pope Francis these 2 questions:1) Why is it that there is such a widespread and rampant graft and corruption in the Philippines which is predominantly Catholic and where most of the leaders are Catholics? and 2) Why is it that the Catholic authorities in the Philippines hold as much as 18 billion pesos of stock investments when this could be used for alleviating poverty among poor Catholics? . . . Ben Rivera. . .
The answer to both questions is because the Catholics involved are not practicing their faith. . . CV
My dear Ben and CV,
What about those millions of Catholics in the Philippines who are practicing their faith by perpetually being SILENT
of the sins and the crimes committed by fellow-Catholics who are the leaders of the Catholic Church and the leaders
of our Catholic government? . . .
Indeed, man of faith is not only one who clings to lies and deceptions, but is also like a drunkard who clings to a
lamppost for support, not illumination. . .
Now I am told that as atheists, we too have "faith." That we have faith in reason and faith in mankind. NO! We atheists
have no "faith." What we feel from what we perceive we don't call faith. We know that humankind has to rely on itself. Nothing or nobody is going to help solve our human problems and troubles. If we don't do it, it isn't going to be done.
And, we know further than that: - we cannot guess at the answers. We must try to analyze, to comprehend, to grasp
intellectually and to move reasonably by taking all the factors into consideration. We atheists are always in the habit
of questioning EVERYTHING! After all, questions are always far more precious than the answers because the answers,
in time, become obsolete! . . . Poch Suzara
8 Atheist and Agnostic Scientists Who Changed the World
8 Atheist and Agnostic Scientists Who Changed the World. . . Non-believers are among our most respected and beloved heroes. . . By Greta Christina from Google. . .
It's common knowledge -- or it should be -- that atheists are among the most reviled and mistrusted groups in America. We consistently come in at the bottom of polls about who Americans would vote for, who they would trust, who they want to marry into their families, who they think shares their view of how the world should be. . .
But it's also the case that non-believers -- not atheists as a group, but certain individual atheists and other non-believers -- are among our most respected and beloved heroes. Not everyone knows that these people aren't religious, of course... but they're not. And scientists are among the most admired of those heroes. Maybe it's because scientists are more likely to be non-believers than the general population... and the more advanced in their field they are, the more true that becomes. Or maybe it's because great scientists -- American or not -- embody the old-fashioned American values of exploration and curiosity, the willingness to question and the passion for truth, persistence in pursuing dreams and courage in the face of adversity. (These values aren't uniquely American, of course -- but when people gas on about the American character, these ideals do tend to turn up in the conversation.). . .
So here are eight non-believing or agnostic scientists, whose work and lives and stories can inspire anyone -- atheist, religious, or other. . .
1) Stephen Hawking. What can I say? Dude can think. Dude is revising the entire way we think of the universe. Dude is on the cutting edge of explaining why the universe even exists. And dude doesn't believe in a personal God. He has written an entire book, The Grand Design, explaining that God isn't necessary to explain the origins of the universe. Quote: "Because there is a law such as gravity, the universe can and will create itself from nothing. Spontaneous creation is the reason there is something rather than nothing, why the universe exists, why we exist. It is not necessary to invoke God to light the blue touch paper and set the universe going." He has described the most important point of his book as being "that science can explain the universe, and that we don't need God to explain why there is something rather than nothing or why the laws of nature are what they are." He has said that, "The scientific account is complete. Theology is unnecessary." And he can be quite passionate on the subject: he's said that belief in Heaven or an afterlife "is a fairy story for people afraid of the dark." And no, he's not inspiring because he's disabled, and disabled people are here on Earth to overcome adversity and be courageous and give inspiration to the rest of us. Fuck that noise. Yes, of course, overcoming adversity is awesome. But Hawking would be inspiring if he came up with his ideas while doing one-handed push-ups. . .
2) Alan Turing. He's been called the founder of computer science, and the founder of artificial intelligence. The fact that you're reading these words on a computer -- the fact that you can send email, text your loved ones in an emergency, do your banking in seconds instead of hours, use your phone to look up weird facts at bars, and have access to every other way that computers have radically shaped and improved our lives -- is something you owe, in large part, to Alan Turing. But even more inspiring is the work he did cracking German codes during World War II. The cryptanalysis of the Enigma machines used by the Axis was "decisive to the Allied victory" -- those are the words of Dwight D. Eisenhower. And Turing was one of the most brilliant and most central people responsible for it. Turing's story is actually pretty sad. Despite the years of devoted work he did for his country -- work that arguably saved his country -- Turing was prosecuted for homosexuality (a crime at the time in England). He was given a choice between prison and chemical castration; chose the latter; and committed (probable) suicide two years later. The way he was treated by his country was despicable and tragic. But his story is also inspiring. And it gives the lie to the ridiculous notion that, without belief in God, people would have no meaning to their lives, no basis for ethics, and no reason to care about anyone other than themselves. Turing was an atheist -- he let go of his religion as a teenager, when a close friend died of tuberculosis and he decided materialism made more sense than religion -- and he devoted years of his life to his country, and to halting the spread of fascism. . .
3) Rosalind Franklin. Rosalind Franklin's story is also a bit sad. A researcher in biophysics, her work was crucial in Watson and Crick's discovery of the DNA double helix structure. In fact, according to Francis Crick, her data was "the data we actually used" to formulate their hypothesis about the structure of DNA. But her data was obtained under less than ideal circumstances, by Watson and Crick without her knowledge, and she died without ever being properly credited for the work she did. But she's an inspiration as well. I mean... DNA. Come on. It's one of the most fundamental ways we have of understanding ourselves and our place in the world. She made understanding it possible. And she did this at a time when it was exceedingly difficult for women to even get into science, much less do groundbreaking, earth-shaking, brain-rearranging work in it. And yes. Big old non-believer. From one of her letters: "I agree that faith is essential to success in life ... but I do not accept your definition of faith, i.e. belief in life after death. In my view, all that is necessary for faith is the belief that by doing our best we shall come nearer to success and that success in our aims (the improvement of the lot of mankind, present and future) is worth attaining ... I maintain that faith in this world is perfectly possible without faith in another world." . . .
4) Neil deGrasse Tyson. I was a little reluctant to include Tyson in this list. Tyson doesn't call himself an atheist, he calls himself an agnostic, since he associates the word "atheist" with "activist atheist," and generally resists being identified with the atheist movement or any other "ism." (For the record: I think his definition of atheism is inaccurate and overly narrow.) But this isn't a list of inspiring atheist scientists. It's a list of inspiring non-believing scientists. Tyson is definitely a non-believer. In fact, his agnosticism, as he describes it, is pretty much indistinguishable from most atheists' atheism. And he's definitely inspiring. The fact that he's director of the Hayden Planetarium -- and that this is among the least well-known of his accomplishments -- is a good sign of just how awesome he is. He may be the best science communicator of our generation. He is extraordinary at explaining science to non-scientists, in a way that isn't patronizing or dumbing-down. He makes science seem exciting, fun, important, moving, joyful. All of which it is. And he communicates this joy to millions. . .
5) Alfred Kinsey. In the face of vehement hostility and vilification -- including a congressional investigation that resulted in loss of funding for his research -- biologist Alfred Kinsey dedicated his life to a scientific, evidence-based understanding of human sexuality. With its frank discussion of the realities and prevalence of homosexuality, bisexuality, premarital sex, extramarital sex, masturbation and more, his research radically changed the way we understand and experience our sex lives. And it both broke the ground and laid the groundwork for every scientific study of human sexuality since. Kinsey's passionate pursuit of truth, even when it defied convention; his passionate commitment to the advancement of knowledge that could demolish toxic misinformation about sex; his passionate devotion to the promotion of human happiness in some of the most pragmatic, down-to-earth ways imaginable... this can inspire us all. . .
6) Eugenie Scott. This woman kicks ass and takes names. Specifically, she kicks the asses and takes the names of people who are trying to teach religious creationism in the public schools. An anthropologist by training and trade, since 1987 she has been executive director of the National Center for Science Education -- the leading organization working to keep evolution and climate science in public school science education, and working to keep creationism and climate change denial out of it. If you have kids in the public schools, she has dedicated her life to ensuring they get an actual, evidence-based science education -- and to ensuring that their religious training is left up to you, and isn't in the hands of the government. Like Neil deGrasse Tyson Eugenie Scott doesn't call herself an atheist. Instead, she calls herself a non-theist and humanist, and has said, "I believe there is nothing beyond matter and energy." That's plenty good enough for this list. Another non-believer who works like crazy to make this world a better place -- and who can inspire anyone to do the same. . .
7) Andrei Sakharov. Sakharov was a Soviet nuclear physicist, and was one of the developers of the Soviet atomic bomb. I know. Less than inspiring. But he is far better known as a Nobel Peace Prize-winning human rights activist, free speech advocate, courageous dissident against Soviet repression, and tireless opponent of human rights violations everywhere. As a result of his writing and activism, he was stripped of his job, publicly denounced by the government, robbed of manuscripts by the KGB, arrested, internally exiled to Gorky, and force-fed during a hunger strike. He continued with his activism nonetheless... literally until the day he died. And... oh, yeah. Atheist. The child of a pious mother and a passionately atheist father, Sakharov became an atheist at age 14, and remained one for the rest of his life. In 1988 he was given the International Humanist Award by the International Humanist and Ethical Union. . .
8) Thomas Edison. Betcha didn't know this one was an non-believer! Well, he was. Quote: "I have never seen the slightest scientific proof of the religious ideas of heaven and hell, of future life for individuals, or of a personal God." Quote: "So far as religion of the day is concerned, it is a damned fake... Religion is all bunk." Quote: "I cannot believe in the immortality of the soul....I am an aggregate of cells, as, for instance, New York City is an aggregate of individuals. Will New York City go to heaven?....No; nature made us -- nature did it all -- not the gods of the religions." I assume I don't have to explain why Thomas Edison is inspiring. So the next time someone tells you atheists have no morality... tell them about Andrei Sakharov. The next time someone tells you atheists have no meaning in their lives... tell them about Stephen Hawking. The next time someone tells you atheists don't care about anyone but themselves... tell them about Eugenie Scott. and Alfred Kinsey. The next time someone tells you atheists have no reason to work for the greater good... tell them about Alan Turing and Neil deGrasse Tyson. The next time someone tells you atheists can't change the world for the better... tell them about Rosalind Franklin and Thomas Edison. Atheists aren't just your neighbors and colleagues. We're not just your friends and family. Atheists are your heroes. And whether you're religious or not, atheists can inspire anyone. . . Poch Suzara

JESUS CHRIST as a FALSE MESSIAH
Jesus Christ is a False Messiah
According to Jesus’ admissions, as well as the Bible’s prophecies, Jesus of Nazareth could not have been the Messiah. This of course, would invalidate Christianity as we know it. The compilation presented here shall be split in three sections. The first shall be the biblical prophecies that were made in order to identify the messiah, which Jesus does not fulfill. The second shall be the prophecies that Christians use to say that Jesus was the Messiah, yet they clearly fail. The third set shall be the prophecies and statements Jesus made yet they are false and have never came true.
Prophecies to Identify the Messiah, Which Jesus Does Not Fulfill:
1) Matthew 1:23 says that Jesus (the messiah) would be called Immanuel, which means "God with us." Yet no one, not even his parents, call him Immanuel at any point in the bible.
2) The Messiah must be a physical descendant of David (Romans 1:3 & Acts 2:30). Yet, how could Jesus meet this requirement since his genealogies in Matthew 1 and Luke 3 show he descended from David through Joseph, who was not his natural father because of the Virgin Birth. Hence, this prophecy could not have been fulfilled.
3) Isaiah 7:16 seems to say that before Jesus had reached the age of maturity, both of the Jewish countries would be destroyed. Yet there is no mention of this prophecy being fulfilled in the New Testament with the coming of Jesus, hence this is another Messiah prophecy not fulfilled.
Prophecies Christians Use to Verify Jesus as the Messiah, Yet Clearly Fail:
4) The gospels (especially Matthew 21:4 and John 12:14-15) claim that Jesus fulfills the prophecy of Zechariah 9:9. But the next few verses (Zechariah 9:10-13) show that the person referred to in this verse is a military king that would rule "from sea to sea". Since Jesus had neither an army nor a kingdom, he could not have fulfilled this prophecy.
5) Matthew (Matthew 2:17-18) quotes Jeremiah (Jeremiah 31:15), claiming that it was a prophecy of King Herod’s alleged slaughter of the children in and around Bethlehem after the birth of Jesus. But this passage refers to the Babylonian captivity, as is clear by reading the next two verses (Jeremiah 31:16-17), and, thus, has nothing to do with Herod’s massacre.
6) John 19:33 says that during Jesus’ crucifixion, the soldiers didn’t break his legs because he was already dead. Verse John 19:36 claims that this fulfilled a prophecy: "Not a bone of him shall be broken." But there is no such prophecy. It is sometimes said that the prophecy appears in Exodus 12:46, Numbers 9:12 & Psalm 34:20. This is not correct. Exodus 12:46 & Numbers 9:12 are not prophecies, they are commandments. The Israelites are told not to break the bones of the Passover lamb, and this is all it is about. And Psalm 34:20 seems to refer to righteous people in general (see verse Psalm 34:19, where a plural is used), not to make a prophecy about a specific person.
7) "When Israel was a child, then I loved him, and called my son out of Egypt." Hosea 11:1. Matthew (Matthew 2:15) claims that the flight of Jesus’ family to Egypt is a fulfillment of this verse. But Hosea 11:1 is not a prophecy at all. It is a reference to the Hebrew exodus from Egypt and has nothing to do with Jesus. Matthew tries to hide this fact by quoting only the last part of the verse ("Out of Egypt I have called my son").
8) "But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting." Micah 5:2 The gospel of Matthew (Matthew 2:5-6) claims that Jesus’ birth in Bethlehem fulfills this prophecy. But this is unlikely for two reasons.
A) "Bethlehem Ephratah" in Micah 5:2 refers not to a town, but to a clan: the clan of Bethlehem, who was the son of Caleb’s second wife, Ephrathah (1 Chronicles 2:18, 2:50-52 & 4:4).
B) The prophecy (if that is what it is) does not refer to the Messiah, but rather to a military leader, as can be seen from Micah 5:6. This leader is supposed to defeat the Assyrians, which, of course, Jesus never did. It should also be noted that Matthew altered the text of Micah 5:2 by saying: "And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Judah" rather than "Bethlehem Ephratah" as is said in Micah 5:2. He did this, intentionally no doubt, to make this verse appear to refer to the town of Bethlehem rather than the family clan.
Statements Jesus Made Which Are False:
9) Jesus in John 14:12 & Mark 16:17-18 said: "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth in me, the works that I do shall he also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father." This implies that Jesus’ true followers should be able to routinely perform the following tricks: 1) cast out devils, 2) speak in tongues, 3) take up serpents, 4) drink poisons without harm, and 5) cure the sick by touching them and MANY other of Jesus’ "works". Curiously I have yet to see a Christian that can do any of the above on demand.
10) In John 14:13-14 Jesus stated: "And whatsoever ye ask in my name I do, that the Father may be glorified in the son. If ye ask any thing in my name, I will do it." In reality, millions of people have made millions of requests in Jesus’ name and failed to receive satisfaction. This promise or prophecy has failed completely.
11) Paul says Christianity lives or dies on the Resurrection (1 Corinthian 15:14-17). Yet Jesus said in Matthew 12:40 that he would be buried three days and three nights as Jonah was in the whale three days and three nights. Friday afternoon to early Sunday morning is only one and a half days, so he could not have been the messiah by his own and Paul’s admission.
12) Jesus’ prophecy in John 13:38 ("The cock shall not crow, till thou [Peter] hast denied me three times") is false. Mark 14:66-68 shows the cock crowed after the first denial, not the third.
13) In Mark 10:19 Jesus said: "Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, do not steal, do not bear false witness, Defraud not, Honour thy father and mother." Jesus needs to re-read the Ten Commandments. There is no Old Testament commandment against defrauding. The only relevant statement about defrauding is in Leviticus 19:13 , which says : "Thou shalt not defraud thy neighbor." This is an OT law, but is not listed with the Ten Commandments. Surely, if Jesus was god incarnate he would know the commandments.
14) "And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven" (John 3:13). If Jesus is in heaven, how can he be down on earth speaking? Moreover, according to 2 Kings 2:11 ("and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven") Jesus was not the only person to ascend into heaven, nor was he the first. Elijah preceded him and apparently Enoch did also ("And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him"--Genesis 5:24).
15) In Luke 23:43 Jesus said to the thief on the cross, "Today shalt thou be with me in paradise." This obviously has to be false, for Jesus was supposed to lay dead in the tomb for three days following his crucifixion.
1 6) Jesus says : "Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbor, and hate thine enemy" (Matthew 5:43). This statement does not exist in the OT either. In fact, Proverbs 24:17 says, "Rejoice not when thine enemy falleth, and let not thine heart be glad when he stumbleth…"
17) Jesus is reported to say: "The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it" (Luke 16:16). Certainly every man is not pressing to enter the kingdom of God. The very fact that I am an atheist (one third of the world’s population does not believe in a god) proves this verse to be false.
18) "Or have ye not read in the law, how that on the Sabbath days the priests in the temple profane the Sabbath, and are blameless?" (Matthew 12:5) Nowhere does the OT state that the priests in the temple profaned the Sabbath and were considered blameless.
19) "Yea; have ye never read, 'Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise'" (Matthew 21:16). Jesus is quoting Psalm 8:2, which says, "Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies…". "Perfect praise" has little to do with "ordaining strength because of thine enemies." Another misquotation!
20) "But I say unto you, That Elias is indeed come, and they have done unto him whatsoever they listed, as it is written of him" (Mark 9:13). There are no prophecies in the OT of things that were to happen to Elijah.
Jesus, in all his "God incarnate" wisdom, contradicts himself:
21) Jesus consistently contradicts himself concerning his Godly status. "I and my father are one." (John 14:28) Also see Philippians 2:5-6 Those verses lead us to believe that he is a part of the trinity and equal to his father being a manifestation of him. Yet, Jesus also made many statements that deny he is the perfect men, much less God incarnate. Take the following for example: "Why callest thou me good? There is none good but one, that is God" (Matthew 19:17). "My father if greater then I." (John 14:28) Also see Matthew 24:26 Clearly, Jesus is denouncing the possibility of him being the Messiah in those three verses.
22) Jesus said, "whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire" (Matthew 5:22). Yet, he himself did so repeatedly, as Matthew 23:17-19 and Luke 11:40 & 12:20 show. Clearly Jesus should be in danger of hell too?
23) Does Jesus support peace, or war? Matthew 5:39 "Resist not evil, but whoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also." Also note Matthew 6:38-42 & 26:52 where Jesus teaches non-resistance, Non-violence. Now read (Luke 22:36-37) Where Jesus commands people to take arms for a coming conflict. (John 2:15) Jesus uses a whip to physically drive people out of the temple.
24) Matthew 15:24 Jesus said, "I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of lsrael,". This would of course mean that he is here only to save the Jews. The scriptures repeatedly back up this notion that Christ is savior to the Jews and not the gentiles (see Romans 16:17, Revelations 14:3-4 & John 10). The contradiction lies in what Jesus later tells his followers: "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations" (Matthew 28:19).
25) Can we hate our kindred? Luke 14:26 Jesus says "If any man come unto me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brother, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he can not be my disciple." John 3:15 "Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer." Also see Ephesians 6:22, 5:25, & Matthew 15:4
26) Even many of the staunchest defenders of Jesus admit that his comment in Matthew 10:34 ("I came not to send peace but a sword") contradicts verses such as Matthew 26:52 ("Put up again thy sword into his place: for all that take the sword shall perish with the sword").
27) Deuteronomy 24:1 & 21:10-14 all say that divorce is allowed for the simple reason if a "man no longer delighteth in his wife". Yet Jesus comes along and breaks his father’s law by saying in Matthew 5:32 that adultery is the only way one can be divorced.
28) In Mark 8:35 Jesus said: "...but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel’s the same shall save it." How could Jesus have said this when there was no gospel when he lived? The gospel did not appear until after his death.
29) Matthew 6:13 Jesus recites a revised prayer and states, "Don’t bring us into temptation." God is the cause of everything, even Satan. God has been leading people into temptation since the Garden of Eden. Otherwise, the trees of life and knowledge would have never been there.
30) Matthew 12:1-8 Jesus thinks it’s okay to break his father’s laws, by breaking the Sabbath day. He states that he is basically exempt for such fiascoes and that he is Master of the Sabbath.
31) John 3:17 Jesus contradicts himself when he says, "God didn’t send his son into the world to condemn it, but to save it." Jesus seems to forget his own stories.
32) James 4:3 If your prayers are not answered, it’s your own damned fault. This is in direct contradiction to where Jesus says "seek and ye shall find, ask and it shall be known to you".
33) "If Jesus bears witness of himself his witness is true" John 8:14, "If I bear witness of myself it is not true." John 5:31
34) "I am with you always, even unto the end of the world" (Matthew 28:20), versus "For ye have the poor always with you; but me ye have not always" (Matthew 26:11 , Mark 14:7, John 12:8) and "Ye shall seek me, and shall not find me: and where I am thither ye cannot come" (John 7:34). Is this the kind of friend one can rely on?
35) "And he saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her" (Mark 10:11 & Luke 6:18), versus "And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery" (Matthew 19:9). In the book of Matthew, Jesus said a man could put away his wife if one factor-- fornication--is involved. In Mark and Luke he allowed no exceptions.
36) Jesus is quoted: "Judge not, and ye shall be not judged; condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven" (Luke 6:37 & Matthew 7:1), versus "Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment" (John 7:24). Jesus stated men are not to judge but, then, allowed it under certain conditions. As in the case of divorce, he can’t seem to formulate a consistent policy.
37) "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?" Matthew 27:46, (also note the time before crucification where Jesus prays for the "cup to passeth over me") versus "Now is my soul troubled. And what shall I say? ‘Father, save me from this hour?’ No, for this purpose I have come to this hour" (John 12:27 RSV). Jesus can’t seem to decide whether or not he wants to die. One moment he is willing; the next he isn’t.
38) In Luke 23:30 ("Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, fall on us, and to the hills, cover us") Jesus quoted Hosea 10:8 ("...and they shall say to the mountains, cover us; and to the hills, fall on us"). And, like Paul, he often quoted inaccurately. In this instance, he confused mountains with hills.
39) "And Jesus answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things. But I say unto you, That Elias is come already, and they know him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed. Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them. Then the disciples understood that he spake unto them of John the Baptist" (Matthew 17:11-13). John the Baptist was beheaded, but Jesus was not. And what did John the Baptist restore? Nothing!
40) We are told salvation is obtained by faith alone (John 3:18 & 36) yet Jesus told a man to follow the Commandments-Matthew 19:16-18 (saving by works)-if he wanted eternal life.
41) In Luke 12:4 Jesus told his followers to "Be not afraid of them that kill the body." But Matthew 12:14-16, John 7:1, 8:59, 10:39, 11:53-54, & Mark 1:45 show that Jesus consistently feared death. Jesus went out of his way to hide, run, and attempt escape from the Roman and Jewish authorities.
42) Matthew 5:28 says to sin in "your heart" is considered a sin in itself. The messiah is supposed to be God incarnate, not able to sin, yet in Matthew 4:5 & Luke 4:5-9, Jesus was tempted by Satan in the desert, which is sinning in his heart. Jesus also took upon all the sins of the world during his crucifixion, so how can it be said that "Jesus was the perfect man without sin"? This would lead one to believe he was not the Messiah.
43) Jesus told us to "Love your enemies; bless them that curse you," but ignored his own advice by repeatedly denouncing his opposition. Matthew 23:17 ("Ye fools and blind"), Matthew 12:34 ("0 generation of vipers"), and Matthew 23:27 (". . . hypocrites . . . ye are like unto whited sepulchres. . .") are excellent examples of hypocrisy.
44) Did the people of Jesus’ generation see any signs? (Matthew 12:38-40) Jesus announced that no signs would be given to that generation except the Resurrection itself. (Mark 8:12-13) Jesus announced that no signs would be given to that generation. (Mark 16:20) They went out preaching, and the Lord confirmed the word through accompanying signs. (John 20:30) Jesus provided many wonders and signs. (Acts 2:22) Jesus provided many wonders and signs. (Acts 5:12 & 8:13) many signs and wonders were done through the apostles.
45) Jesus commands the disciples to go into Galilee immediately after the resurrection. Matthew 28:10 Jesus commands the disciples to "tarry in Jerusalem" immediately after the resurrection.
46) Matthew 28:18 & John 3:35 both tell that Jesus said he could do anything. Yet Mark 6:5 says Jesus was not all powerful.
47) Jesus says in Luke 2:13-14 that he came to bring peace on earth. Matthew 10:34 Jesus back peddles and says he did not come to bring peace on earth.
48) Did Christ receive testimony from man? "Ye sent unto John and he bare witness unto the truth. But I receive not testimony from man." John 5:33-34 "And ye shall also bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning." John 15:27
49) Christ laid down his life for his friends. John 15:13 & 10:11 Christ laid down his life for his enemies. Romans 5:10
50) Deuteronomy 23:2 says that bastards can not attend church unto the tenth generation. If Jesus was spawned by Mary and Jehovah as the Bible claims then he is technically a bastard and should not be the leader of the church. Poch Suzara

such as from Bro. Eli Soriano, Bro. Apollo Quiboloy, Bro. Mike Velarde, Bro. Bo Sanchez, Bro,

Life's Greatest Joy
"Life's greatest joy is the sure hope of heaven." Philippine Star, Jan. 20, 2015... We atheists, however, have a far more delightful kind of joy in life: we enjoy trying our best to leave this world one day as a better place than how we found it; not necessary in the material, but in the humanitarian sense. Indeed, we atheists are more into the pleasures of lively analysis. We have no taste in life to be miserable or to be frightened with deadly paralysis! Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#
Pray for me - Pope Francis
Pray for me! Pope Francis. I ask: is God really that emotionally unstable since he refuses to listen even to the prayers of Pope Francis, His own Vicar, His own head of the Catholic church on earth? To begin with, since biblical times, billions of Catholics have never ceased to pray daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly to God even as God has always been in the habit of being only always OMNIABSENT, never OMNIPRESENT? I ask: we must pray to God for the Pope so that he will accomplish what for us poor Filipinos living in the Philippines - the poorest and most backward only Catholic country in Asia? . . . Isn't it enough for God since we already believe and have faith that God is "divine," "almighty," "eternal," "everlasting," "most merciful," "most compassionate," "most loving," "most righteous," and countless other complimentary words. Wow God, why are you never satisfied? What kind of a God are you? Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

Filipinos are Not Even Among the Chosen People of God
"So many of you have lost everything. I don’t know what to say to you. But the Lord does know what to say
to you. Some of you have lost part of your families. All I can do is keep silence and walk with you all with my silent heart. Many of you have asked the Lord – why lord? And to each of you, to your heart, Christ responds with his heart from the cross. I have no more words for you. Let us look to Christ. He is the Lord. He understands us because he underwent all the trials that we, that you, have experienced." - Pope Francis
Oh my dear Pope Francis, as the Vicar of Jesus, I hope you were just being facetious. How could we Filipinos ever experienced the same trials of Jesus? Dead Filipinos have no ability to resurrect themselves back to life like Jesus did? We poor Filipinos have no ability to walk on water like they could have during the Yolanda flood destruction? We Filipinos do not know how to cure leprosy; or how to feed the hungry multitude; or, how to change water into wine like Jesus did! In the meantime, where is Jesus? How come he has not as yet delivered his promise to return to earth? A promised He made several times to His flock as written in the bible some 2,000 years ago! As you are the Vicar of Jesus, aren't you in constant communication with Jesus - your superior in heaven? How come past Popes, the Vicars of Christ like you are only declaring as well that Jesus will soon be returning to be with us? As a 10 year old boy, my 90 year old great grandmother was proudly telling me to believe that Jesus will be arriving any day now! She herself believed it because her own great grandmother told her to believe it too! My grade school and high school teachers of some 65 years ago told me to believe and have faith in the same thing. So where is Jesus? Ever since Christianity arrived to conquer the Philippines into submission in the 16th century, more than a BILLION Filipinos have already lived and died. Among these already dead are our loved ones - our parents, grandparents, great grandparents, uncles, aunties, cousins, in-laws, friends, teachers, professors, and associates - all devoted to God as they all loved and had strong faith in Jesus while they lived here in the Philippines. Aren't these Filipino souls manifesting more love and more faith to Jesus in heaven today? Is Jesus not yet satisfied with such love, faith and devotion? So much so that Jesus needs more love and more faith and devotion from those of us poor Filipinos still living today in this poor and backward 3rd world country as the only Catholic country in Asia today?
My dear Pope Francis - why do you say that within our "problems" (street children, the homeless, jobless, and prostitution) as a poor and sick people; and, within our "troubles" ( sick, greedy, selfish, insane, and corrupt politicians of the State as a backward 3rd World country - "Jesus is with us!" I ask: isn't there something corruptible and destructible of a people historically sustained with comfortable myths? Indeed, of a people perpetually sustained with concealed falsehood rather than guided with the revealed truth? In this day and age, more referred to as the 21st century, I said it before, I say it again: the desire to understand our country and the desire to reform its historical horrors are the two great engines of growth as a people, and development as a nation without which we Filipinos will just continue to be famous worldwide as the Poor and Sick Man of Asia eternally in desperate need of a Savior! In the Middle Ages and in this Already 21st Century
In each case, the result was death on a large scale. - Bertrand Russell . . .
In the Philippines, the most destructive typhoon Yolanda in the Eastern Visayas destroyed billions of pesos worth in farm land, properties, and assets such as homes, hotels, schools, commercial and residential buildings, hospitals, roads and bridges, and also the death of thousands of innocent Filipinos. Quite a lot of them, as inspired by the power of prayer, went inside damaged or ruined churches to pray for deliverance. Instead, they experienced the activated horrors of nature in their respective provinces as willed by God's divine plan. . . - Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

The Revealed Truth Producing Hate, Conflicts, and Wars
There are so many interpretations of the truth revealed in the bible that produced more than tens of thousands sects of Christianity. Each laughing, or worse - hating the faith of others. But is there any of you aware of the different interpretations of the truth revealed in the Multiplication Table? Have any of you ever heard of one hating others for not believing that 2 + 2 = 4? Or, have any of you ever heard of a nation declaring war on another nation because they do not believe that 1 + 1 = 2? Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#
Born Again Nonsense
Jesus answered him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.” 4 Nicodemus said to him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born?” 5 Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You[d] must be born again.’ 8 The wind[e] blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.” John 3:3-8. . . In other words, it does not matter what church you belong to, if you are not Born again, you are not saved!
Wow John, how come you and your gang - all inspired authors of God did not know that no child is born with a religion? Every child, when born, fresh out of the uterus, is an atheist. All babies are born devoid of faith. No baby is born as a Muslim, or a Jew, or a catholic, a Baptist, or a Hindu. All babies are born free and then lied to by the elders around them - the frightened victims, not the enlightened masters, - of religion. If there is any truth in the real nature of our birth is that we can only be "Born Again Atheists" as we all originally arrived into this world as atheists... Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#
Oh My Dear Pope Francis
"One cannot provoke, one cannot insult other people's faith, one cannot make fun of faith," he said. "There is a limit. Every religion has its dignity ... in freedom of expression there are limits." Pope Francis . . .
Oh my dear Pope Francis, are you then saying that a mentally sick teacher has the freedom to teach children to believe in his sick religion; but the children, with neither the emotional capacity nor the intellectual ability to question such teachings should also have no right or no freedom to ridicule such religious nonsense when they grow up?
For my part, I believe in a religion that believes in freedom. Especially in the freedom of speech. Any time I have to accept a religion that won't allow me the freedom to fight for my freedom to think, I say to hell with that silly religion. . . .
Oh my dear Pope Francis, a lot of my friends, relatives, and associates are shocked by my reputation as the Father of Atheism in the Philippines. I must say, however, that as soon as I see Bro. Eli Soriano, Bro. Apollo Quiboloy, Bro. Mike Velarde, Bro. Eddie Villanueva, Bro. Bo Sanchez, Bro. Eduardo Manalo of Iglesia Ni Cristo, the catholic bishops, and the heads of the Presbyterian, Episcopalian, Baptist, Methodist, Mormon, Unitarian, Anglican, Lutheran, Evangelical church, including the heads of the Islam religion, the heads of Judaism, etc. - all stop insulting, if not always making fun of each other's faith, nay, insulting each other's religious beliefs - then I will also once again begin to believe in the existence of God - specially if such a God begins to be not always omni-absent; but only always omnipresent! Despite the Power of Prayer, we Remain Poor and Backward as a 3rd World country
"Prayer is the child's helpless cry to the Father's attentive ear." Philippine Star, Jan. 15, 2015. . . Prayers have been said and still are being said daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly for more than 400 years now in the our poor and backward country. The results thus far is that our country continue to remain poor and backward as a 3rd World country. We Filipinos are still sick and crying as a people; and, we are still sick and crying as a nation. . .
Consider in the same Philippine Star today. It reports on the visit of Pope Francis and how this foreigner, the Head of a foreign State have been flooded with interviews with appeals for papal intervention when he is here visiting the Philippines.
For my part, as an atheist, I said it before, I say it again: If our system of education works; if our church works; if our government works; indeed, if our values and beliefs make sense at all because they work - at this time, in this already 21st century we Filipinos should have already grown strong with self-respect as a decent people; and, we should have already developed economically strong with dignity as a decent nation! Inherit What Wind
"Whoever troubles his own household will inherit the wind, and the fool will be servant to the wise of heart." Prov. 11:29. What about the millions of poor Filipinos who have neither homes nor lawyers to defend them - what do they inherit as they are the fools and the servants of the filthy rich Catholic bishops who live in expensive palaces in the Philippines? All Men are Created Equal, really? By Whom?
All men are created equal; but they differ greatly as to which God created such men. Men differ in Christian countries. Men differ in Muslim countries. They all do, however, equally hate each other for the glory of Allah in Muslim countries; and, on the hand, hate each other for the glory of God in Christian countries. In the Philippines, however, for as long as we Filipinos all hate each other for the glory of Jesus on earth, as He is in heaven, we all must believe that God created all Filipinos equal, specially, to be equally sick as a people, and to be equally corrupt as a nation. . . The Great Quotes by Great Lawyers I love, Respect, and Admire
Think of the tragedy of teaching children not to doubt... There is no such thing as justice - in or out of court... I am
an agnostic; I do not pretend to know what many ignorant men are sure of." ... "The world is made up for the most part of morons and natural tyrants, strong in their opinion, never doubting." - Atty. Clarence Darrow
"Without free speech no search for truth, no discovery of truth is useful...I cannot follow you Christians; for you try to crawl though your life upon your knees, while I stride mine with my feet." - "Atheist, without God, I look to humankind for sympathy, for love, for hope, for effort, for aid."`- Atty. Charles Bradlaugh
"Progress is born of doubt and inquiry. The Church never doubts, never inquires. To doubt is heresy, to inquire is to admit that you do not know — the Church does neither.”... "If a man would follow, today, the teachings of the Old Testament, he would be a criminal. If he would follow strictly the teachings of the New, he would be insane"... "In the republic of mediocrity, genius is dangerous." . . . Atty. Robert Green Ingersoll
Humility same as Stupidity in Cahoots with Insanity
"Humility towards God makes us gentle towards others." Philippine Star, January 14, 2015... This is not true. It is a lie. In the Philippines, with all humility, we Filipinos all love God up there by hating each other down here. Indeed, in the meantime,"faith" like "humility" continues to be popular because it makes mental laziness and stupidity virtues. Less comfortable qualities like intelligence, honesty, and intellectual courage are damned as the influence of Satan. In fact, the word, "Lucifer" means "bringer of light." And Satan was cast into hell for opening man's eye, for bringing enlightenment to the human mind. Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

Separation of State and Church in the Philippines
There is no such thing as the "separation of State and Church" in the Philippines. After all, it has never been possible
to separate stupidity away from insanity - both horrors are one and the same deviltry always in cahoots with divinity - especially for the sake of Christianity to exist daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly - perpetually! Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

I AM SORRY IF...
"I'm sorry if my atheism offends you. But guess what - your religious wars, jihads, crusades, inquisitions, censoring of free speech, brainwashing of children, murdering of albinos, forcing girls into underage marriages, female genital mutilation, stoning, pederasty, homophobia, and rejection of science and reason offends me. So, I guess we're even." - Mike Treder
For my part, I too am sorry if my being a high school expelled student offends you. But guess what, I am even more offended by what the millions upon millions of college educated Filipinos have kept us Filipinos spiritually twisted as a poor people and morally distorted as a poor nation especially for the glory of Jesus on earth as he is in heaven. THE JOB OF A HIGH SCHOOL EXPELLED STUDENT IN THE PHILIPPINES
Dear Poch,
First, you should be reminded that you have already blamed Christianity countless times before for everything that's wrong in the Philippines... You have repeated your previous positions in blaming Christianity, Christian education and Christian politicians... What have you done except indulging in incessantblame game?... What constructive and viable ways have you thought of doing to uplift the miserable condition. We need some positive actions on your part rather than just blaming Christianity... Are you frustrated that nobody, not even one politician, believes in your repetitions of old boring demonizing of Christianity. You seem to enjoy repetitive bombastic accusations against Christianity... What positive contribution have you provided to the Filipino society for its reduction of poverty? To stop being a Christian does not cut it... So, Mr. Suzara come up with real and viable solutions to reduce poverty among our kababayans. Please no more repetitions of your boring attacks on Christianity.
Regards,
Martin Celemin
My Dear Nartin Celemin,
ONLY IN THE PHILIPPINES, college educated Filipinos would ask a Poch Suzara, a high school expelled student, to solve the problems of poverty of the Filipinos as a people, and solve the troubles of moral bankruptcy of the Philippines as a nation. Cheers, Poch Suzara, Twitter# Facebook# Google#

OUR SICK WAY OF DAILY LIFE IN THE PHILIPPINES
Our Society cannot be radically reformed except by a radical reform of our traditional values and sacred beliefs. Here, however, in the Philippines is the greatest of ideas conveyed daily by church, by the government, in schools, colleges, universities, in the media - newspapers, magazines, on radio, TV, and in the Filipino movies: how to keep us Filipinos sick and ignorant as a people; and, how to keep the Philippines corrupt and sick as a nation. These horrors are the results of religious ideals more referred to as our sacred values and holy beliefs; or, to speak more truthfully - how to live not creatively but only how to die destructively for the greater glory of Jesus on earth as he is in heaven. Open Letter to Pope Francis, Jan. 9, 2015
An Open Letter to Pope Francis; Please Read It Before Coming to the Philippines
Dear Pope Francis, your much anticipated visit to the Philippines is just a few days away. We expect that you will have been adequately briefed about the Philippines by the time you arrive. However, there might be a few things your Vatican handlers might have missed—or intentionally "forgot" to mention to you so we hope this letter reaches you in time for your historic visit.
The first thing you'll notice is that the Philippines is teeming with people. And it is not just because they are out to see you, everyday Metro Manila and most major cities in the country strain under the weight of a population that has exploded to a hundred million people, and shows no signs of slowing down in any significant way; thanks in large part to your church's opposition to any form of contraception. If you get the chance, make it a point to deviate from your "well planned" agenda and visit a slum area—don't worry there are a lot of them in Metro Manila so you shouldn't have any problem finding one. Go into their humble dwellings. Take in all the squalor that these poor souls are forced to live in every day of their lives. When you return to the Vatican, go back and reassess the church's stand against contraceptives. Even if this is the only change you can bring about during your entire papacy, you will have helped the country immensely.
Next, turn your attention to the Philippine clergy. Your bishops and cardinals act like aristocrats. Some priests travel to and thro in expensive vehicles and fly 1st-class on airlines. You have bishops, archbishops, and Cardinals who live in lavish palaces enclosed behind high walls. Based on your pronouncements, these go against the humility and simple lifestyle you espouse. While you are here, we ask that you institute meaningful and lasting changes that will truly bring the Philippine Catholic Church in line with your vision.
In our previous article we noted the number of priests and bishops officiating in a decadently lavish wedding. You need to prohibit such lavishness inside your churches and forbid your clergy from any involvement in over-the-top, crass displays of wealth. Instead we suggest you focus your entire church in the Philippines back on the poor—God knows there are millions and millions of them here.
Lastly, we hope you can confront some of the darker legacies of the Catholic Church in the country. As part of the colonizing power that ruled the Philippines for over 400 years, abuses too numerous to enumerate were committed by individual members of the clergy as well as by the church as an institution. Many Filipinas were raped or seduced by priests so that today, a lot of Filipino mestizos trace their ancestry back to a Spanish priest.
And let us not forget that the Catholic Church was also actively involved in the suppression of the Filipino's longing for independence from Spain. Parish priests served as the "eyes and ears" of the colonial government, at times even violating the seal of confession by passing along to Spanish authorities information divulged during confessions. A few weeks ago, the country celebrated the 118th death anniversary of our national hero, Dr. Jose Rizal. His death by firing squad in 1896, was in large part due to the efforts of the Catholic clergy.
We feel the Church must apologize to the Filipino people for these wrongs. We know that as pope, you have acknowledged and apologized for other past wrongdoings of the church so there should be no reason why you cannot do the same for us (the Quirino Grandstand, where you are scheduled to say mass on the 18th of January, is just a stone's throw away from Rizal's monument). Not only will an apology bring you even closer to the Filipino people who already adore you dearly, it will also bring closure to wounds in our culture that have remained open for over a century. Has Science Discovered God
World's Most Famous Atheist Accepts Existence of God
The best-known atheist of the last 50 years, Professor Antony Flew, made the announcement in a symposium on science
and religion, that the discoveries of modern science have led him to accept the existence of God. Flew was joined in
the symposium by the organizer, Roy Varghese, Israeli scientist, Gerald Schroeder, and noted Scottish thinker John Haldane.
The news was made public. Prof Antony Flew, the world's most famous philosopher of atheism, has become a believer who accepts that there is a supernatural or spiritual force active in this magnificent world of ours. The reaction in the world press was monumental. It ranged from "what a courageous person to be willing to change opinion in the light of
the facts", to "he's been duped by Schroeder."
Prof Flew said that the main driving force for his dramatic change in belief was the information he read in a book written by Roy Varghese, 'The Wonder of the World', and in Schroeder's 3rd book, 'The Hidden Face Of God'. There is now
a one hour video DVD of the episode in which Prof Flew at the end states his change. It is by no means just few "talking heads". The graphics and voice-over are superb. Most of the visual is animated views of the wonders of existence.
NOTE: This is a lot of religious hogwash because even if Atheist Anthony Flew now accept the existence of God, he has yet to declare openly and admit publicly that such a God that he now believes to exist is a Catholic God or a Muslim God or a Jewish God, or a what-not God, etc.
In the meantime, - if the theologians down through the centuries have never found God, what makes you religious saps and jerks believe that the scientists have now found which or what GOD for the theologians to be proud of and happy with?? Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

How to Become an Atheist
Question:
How can I be an atheist? What does it take for a person to become an atheist? Is there a secret handshake or something?
Response:
So, do you want to be an atheist? Do you really want to be able to call yourself an atheist instead of a theist? If so, then this is the place to come: here you can learn the simple and easy procedure for becoming an atheist. If you read this advice, you'll learn what it takes to be an atheist and thus perhaps if you also have what it takes to be an atheist. Few people seem to understand what being an atheist is all about and thus what becoming an atheist entails. It isn't that hard, though.
Here are the steps necessary to become an atheist:
Step One: don't believe in any gods.
That's it, there are no steps two, three, or four. All you have to do is not believe in the existence of any gods.
None of the following steps are needed to become an atheist:
•You don't have to deny the existence of any gods
•You don't have to assert that no gods exist
•You don't have to be certain that no gods exist
•You don't have to join the Communist Party
•You don't have to be rebelling against your family
•You don't have to stop celebrating Christmas
•You don't have to burn a picture of Jesus
•You don't have to eat Christian babies in satanic rituals
•You don't have to care about religion, theism, or gods
There are lots of things which people imagine are part of being an atheist, but definitely aren't. Atheism is nothing more or less than the absence of belief in gods. There are only two options available for everyone: either a belief in the existence of some sort of god is present, or no such belief is present. That exhausts all the logical possibilities. This means that everyone is either a theist or an atheist. There is no "middle ground" where a belief in the existence of some god is a "little bit" there or a "little bit" absent. It's either there or its not.
How you arrive at not believing in any gods may be difficult. For many people, religion and theism have played such central roles in their lives and families that abandoning these things may appear impossible. It may require a great deal of study, research, and contemplation. Many people don't have the time or inclination. Others may be afraid of what they could find if they start.
What you do after you arrive at not believing in any gods may also be difficult. You don't have to do anything more to be an atheist, but this doesn't mean that there is nothing at all left to do. You will have to decide whether you inform others about this and, if so, how you present it. Many people may start treating you differently simply because you don't believe in their gods anymore. You may have to be concerned about whether knowledge of your atheism will lead to discrimination against you at work, for example.
Being an atheist is easy — all that it requires is not believing in any gods. Existing as an atheist, though, isn’t always easy because so many people think so poorly of atheists. In more secular societies where lots of people are atheists, existing as an atheist will be easier because there is less pressure telling them that being an atheist is immoral, unpatriotic, or dangerous. In more religious societies, the increased pressure will make existing as an atheist very difficult for some... Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google
JUST HOW SICK IS OUR SICK SYSTEM OF EDUCATION
Just how sick is our sick system of education? Schools, colleges, and universities especially own and operated (tax free) by the Catholic church in the Philippines have, for the most part, produced not thinkers; only believers. Produced not leaders; only followers. Produced not more teachers; frightened preachers. Produced not employers; only employees. Produced not mathematicians and logicians; only useless politicians and worthless theologians. Produced not discoverers, innovators, traders, and manufacturers; only laborers, workers, singers, and dancers. Produced not originators; only imitators. Produced not courageous writer, editors, readers, and researchers; only street cleaners, bus drivers, and conductors. Produced not truth-seekers, only liars, deceivers, cheaters, and religious swindlers. Produced frightened lawyers to hate humanity down here, only to love divinity up there. And sad most of all - produced millions of college-educated Filipinos to live and work in foreign countries; not to live, not to work, not to love, and not to develop our own country.
For my part, as a Filipino born in the Philippines some 78 years ago, I may be a failure in life. Indeed, a total failure in how to be greedy, selfish, stupid, and insane. But if there is one thing that I am so proud to have successfully achieved during my younger years - I managed, somehow, to get myself expelled out of La Salle high school. It was, in this way, that I hit my strides by enrolling as a lifetime student as I am still today a student in the greatest of all universities - it is but a collection of books. Religion as the Greatest of Evils in this World
Religion promotes tribalism, anchors believers back to the Dark Ages, makes a virtue out of faith, diverts good intention for humanity to a silly divinity, teaches helplessness, generates political stupidity, encourages social insanity, makes you believe that there is a better world to come after death, and religion seeks power... In the Philippines, Christianity has kept the Filipino spiritually twisted as a people and morally distorted as a nation... We are the only country in Asia today that believe that the Lord Jesus, the Son of a Jewish God, will soon be returning as written in the bible some 2,000 years ago! Yes, Jesus promised to return to remedy the historical ills out of our sick society! Moreover, that Jesus will transform the Philippines into something of a paradise in Asia! More than a billion Filipinos who already lived and died in our God-forsaken country since Christianity arrived in the 16th century have faithfully believed and still do faithfully believe in this holy garbage more referred to as the truth revealed! My Dear Senator Rene Saguisag
Poch:
Without these schools, we probably would still be in the hills, lean-tos, etc. and hunting for heads for dinner.*
There are Saladins and Mother Teresas to look up to. Bin Ladens and the Borgias to look down on. Religion may have led to bad things but it has also done many, many very very good things. Senator Rene Saguisag
My dear Senator Rene Saguisag, Do you really believe that we Filipinos were a bunch of corrupt cannibals eating each
other for dinner since we never had a Mother Theresa to look up to; or, that we only had a Bin Laden to imitate as
our way life? Do you really believe that we were sick as Filipinos and we were all transformed into a healthy people
when Christianity arrived to introduce to us the messages from the Holy Bible?
Sir, how come countries in Asia that have never been conquered by Christianity are less corrupt, more advanced, and developed as governments today than our Philippine government? In fact, when we Filipinos are in those non-Christian countries - Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, etc, - we are there as employees as they are our employers? Our own public school
teachers earn better wages doing household chores in Hongkong!
Sir, I said it before, I say it again: EVIL WILL ALWAYS BE TRIUMPHANT IN THE PHILIPPINES BECAUSE EVEN OUR GOOD MEN, THE FEW OF THEM THAT WE HAVE, ARE GUILTY OF DOING NOTHING EXCEPT TO COMMIT AS WELL THE WORST OF CRIMES - THE CRIME OF SILENCE! - Cheers! Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#
Churches and Hospitals in the Philippines
"A church is a hospital for sinners, not a club of saints." Philippine Star, Jan. 8, 2015
If a man would follow, today, the teachings of the Old Testament, he would be a criminal. If he would follow strictly the teachings of the New, he would be insane. Robert Ingersoll
And to think, since the 16th century up to today in this already 21st century, far more churches have been constructed for the siners in the Philippines than hospitals for the sick and the insane. Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

There is no Religion in Atheism
We are told that atheism is another religion. This is not true. A religion is based upon a system of beliefs. We atheists do not have belief system neither have we a need a system to support our nonbeliefs. In fact listen to George H. Smith who wrote a great book - THE CASE AGAINST GOD: "Atheism rises above creeds and puts humanity upon one plane. There can be no "chosen people" in the atheist philosophy. There are no bended knees in atheism; no supplication, no prayers, no sacrificial redemption; no divine revelation; no washing in blood of the lamb; no crusades, no massacres, no holy wars. No heaven, no hell, no purgatory; no silly rewards, no vindictive punishment; no Christ, and no saviors. No devil, no ghost, and no gods."
And, if I may add, we atheists have no pastors,no preachers, no priests, no cardinals, no bishops, and no Popes. We have no dogma, hogma, and pigma. We have no schools, no colleges, and no universities to teach students how take advantage of the forgiveness of sin and the pardon of crime always available at any time from God via his priesthood industry. Thus, as atheists, we have no need to be sinners as a people; we have no need to be criminals as a nation. Especially for the glory of a sick God existing in a sick heaven. Thanks to the Telescope and the Microscope
Thanks to the atheists who invented the telescope, and who also invented the microscope, both scientific instruments have proved with evidences that religion has turned out to be nothing but childish claims under the inspiration of a silly horoscope! And to think that under the freedom of the press, there are more published information in our daily newspaper on theology and astrology than there are on astronomy, anthropology, philosophy, chemistry, sociology, history, logic, mathematics, and biology. WHERE ARE THE HEALTHY SOULS IN THE PHILIPPINES
The bible contain the nutrient we need for a healthy soul." Philippine Star, Jan. 7, 2015
"Without science, a nation can neither be rich nor powerful. Bertrand Russell
In the Philippines, however, we only have religion and politics - both under the guidance from the holy bible. The same holy bible that also teaches us to: "Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world, if any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him." 1Jojn 2:15.
Well, under holy bible guidance since the 16th century, is it surprising that millions of us poor Filipinos have only learned how to love divinity up there by not loving our country down here? Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

Pascal's Pathetic Wager
Pascal’s Wager is somewhat tragic. It has nothing to do with the power of logic. It has more to do with faith in magic.
Pascal’s Wager has been proved not only empirically deficient, but also logically self-destructive. He may have been a mathematician; but he was not a logician. He was, however, apologetic as a theologian. If he were a Filipino, he would have been a great success as a corrupt politician.
Here’s Pascal’s Wager: “Even if the Christian conception of God cannot be proved, the wise and prudent man will accept it for the following reasons:
If it is true, and he believes it, he has gained heaven.
If it is true, and he does not believe, he goes to hell.
If it is not true, and he believes that it is, he has lost nothing.
If it is not true, and he believes that it is not, he has gained nothing
So there is everything to gain and nothing to lose by believing it true.
FIRST OBJECTION TO PASCAL’S WAGER:
This is one of the most interesting arguments of all and the most convincing, but at the same time the most fallacious. It is a classic statement of ethnocentrism. It starts out with the assumption that Christianity is the only possible choice, and ignores all other religions of the world. One possibility that Pascal overlooked was that the same argument can be used equally well by any other religion to prove its validity. What made Pascal so certain that God was a Christian? The Muslims think God is a Muslim; the Hindus think God is a Hindu; the Buddhists think God is a Buddhist, And surely it is just as possible that one of them is right as the Christians are right. So a Christian stands in just as much danger of going to a Muslim hell, as a Muslim stands of going to a Christian hell. Obviously, Pascal failed to consider this possibility simply because Christians were the only kinds of people he has known. Apparently he had never seriously discussed religion with a Muslim or a Hindu or a Buddhist, so he assumed that everyone of any consequence in the world was just like him. But to begin an argument with the assumption that everyone in the world is wrong but me, is obviously a shaky way to begin.
In fact, Pascal was referring to the Catholic variety of Christianity. And there are many other denominations which all threaten eternal damnation for anyone who does not accept THEIR doctrine.
SECOND OBJECTION TO PASCAL’S WAGER
Pascal overlooked that God might be even meaner than he thought. A God that is cruel enough to create a hell in the first place, and one that would make a man so blinded as to be capable of stumbling into the lake of fire, and one that would create a Satan to lure him into it, certainly should have no qualms about burning anyone who accepted Christianity on so calculated and mercenary a basis. In fact, in Matt. 18:3, Mark 10:15, and Luke 18:17 Jesus repeatedly says that only those who accept him with the blind faith of children will be saved.
THIRD OBJECTION TO PASCAL’S WAGER
Still another possibility is that since man’s intelligence is the only thing that perceptively distinguishes him from other animals, God might very well punish a man for accepting anything on “faith” instead of intelligently analyzing it and weighing it against all other possibilities. Such as lively analysis instead of deadly paralysis!
FOURTH OBJECTION TO PASCAL’S WAGER
Pascal’s conclusion does not follow from his premises. In his great book - THE CASE AGAINST GOD, George H. Smith wrote:
“Just as Christianity must destroy reason before it can introduce faith, so it must destroy happiness before it can introduce salvation. It is not accidental that Christianity is profoundly anti-pleasure, especially in the area of sex. Pleasure is the fuel of life, and sexual pleasure is the most intense form of pleasure that man can experience. To deny oneself pleasure, or to convince oneself that pleasure is evil is to produce frustrations and anxiety and thereby become potential material for salvation.”
Therefore, if this is the only life we have, and we sacrifice the few earthly pleasures we have, and trade our intellectual freedom for a mess of dogma, hogma, and pigma, - all for the sake of non-existent next world, instead of losing nothing, we have lost everything.
In the meantime, here’s all that is necessary for religion to triumph: Have enough good men, who are good for nothing, pray daily to God to help other men help themselves to be good for nothing too. Poch Suzara Twitter@ Facebook@ Google#
The Infinity, Stupidity, and Divinity
"Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the universe"... Albert Einstein. For my part, I say, why should we bother to believe that it is important for the finite mind of man to understand the infinite mind of God? Isn't it far more important to prove first not that God is infinite, but that such a God, in fact,
do exists! So God is this! God is that! So what? The plain truth is that such a God is never, but never OMNIPRESENT, only always OMNIABSENT. For my part, I'd like to see us dealing direct with God or God is dealing direct with us without the stupidity of a 3rd party involved as a necessary mystery! . . . Nothing is Permanent in this World
Nothing is permanent, as everything is temporary in this world. Happily, even human stupidity is, hopefully, something that will not last as long as eternity. Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#
The Silly Believers
It is clearly written in the bible: "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall opened unto you; for everyone that asketh, receiveth; for he that seeketh, findeth; and to him that knocketh, it shall be opened." Matt. 7:7-8. . . Sadly, the offer works better for the intelligent unbelievers than it does for the silly believers. The intelligent unbelievers know what to ask. They know what to seek. They know what to find. The silly believers do not even know what "knowing" means. Poch Suzara twitter# Facebook# Google#
The Freedom of the Press
The freedom of the press in the Philippines is not for its readers; but only for those in the Philistines who are more at home with mediocrity as owners of the press. These college-educated saps and jerks love not the freedom of information, especially new and fresh information; but love only the freedom to spread old and obsolete misinformation. Especially for the greater glory of Jesus as the Savior of the Filipinos in the Philippines. Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#
Top Ten Failed Arguments for God's Existence
There are many failed arguments for God's existence but there is one which is fundamental to them all. This is the Argument from Fear and Ignorance. Take virtually any aspect of our natural world that we don't fully understand and you'll find someone claiming that at the end of the dark tunnel there is light as God:
1.Shifting the Burden of Proof - I know God exists. If you disagree, prove otherwise. Oh you say you can't prove God doesn't exist? That's because you know he does! Well, we claim to "know" this or that we "know" that but we do not even know what "knowing" means.
2.Argument from Popularity - The vast majority of the world believes in God. This supports the universal truth that God is real, otherwise it makes no sense that so many people would believe. The same vast majority of the world also believe that the sun rises each morning and sets each evening which is not true as it but a grand illusion.
3.The Transcendental Argument - God is, by definition, a being greater than which nothing can be conceived (imagined). Existence in reality is better than existence in one's imagination. God must exist in reality; if God did not, then God would not be that than which nothing greater can be conceived (imagined). In the meantime, each unfolding reality contains the seeds of its own destruction and the embryo of the new reality that will replace it.
4.Argument from Coercion - You must believe in God/Jesus. It's your only hope for salvation. We are all doomed if we don't accept Jesus as our personal savior. It says so in the Bible. If you want to live forever and avoid suffering, you must accept God. It also says in the same bible that: "The living know that they shall die; the dead know not anything, neither have any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten." Eccl. 9:5
5.First Cause Argument - Everything that exists in our world is the result of some sort of "first cause" which brought about its existence. Therefore, there must have been a force which created the universe. That "first cause" is what we call God. Also known as Cosmological Argument. But if God can exist without a creator, why can't the world too exist without a creator? In the meantime, if God created created everything, including space and time, where was God located before he created space, and when was it before He created time?
6.Argument from Authority - God is real because the Bible (or whatever sacred text you believe in) says so. Why would so many people write so much about God if it wasn't true? If God were already all-knowing, and already existing here, there, and everywhere, why would God need to inspire authors to write about him in the bible?
7.Argument from Personal Experience - I know god exists because I can feel him. I know it in my heart; he talks to me; I feel his strength and existence flow through every fiber of my being. How do you know that it is not a sick devil who is at the bottom of your sick experience?
8.Argument from Improbability - The second law of thermodynamics says matter inevitably becomes entropic (spreads out in chaos) and this defies the observation on Earth where we see, things becoming more organized. Therefore God is responsible. Well, how come the Philippines as the only Catholic country in Asia since the 16th century still have not learned how to be organized as a people and how to be organized as a nation?
9.Pascal's Wager - It is a "safe bet" to believe in God just in case he is real. What's the harm? If you believe and he doesn't exist, you don't lose anything, but if you don't believe and he does exist, you lose big time. What if it turns out that God is not a catholic, is not a Muslim, or is not Yahweh - the God of the Jew? What then?
10.Argument from Design - If you found a watch on the ground, you never met the watchmaker, but you know from its design, the beauty of it; the way each piece was intricately designed to work together, that this watch had a creator. Theists point to the human body; the precise way each of our organs work with each other and claim it's the most amazing "creation" of all, and surely there was some sort of creator behind it. This is all great and wonderful, but have any of you ever met a world-maker as we have already met watch-makers and watch-repairers? Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#
