Criminal and civil cases in our courts drag on for years and years simply because the judges, under the inspiration and leadership of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Renato Corona, are busy out of court buying properties here, there, and everywhere in the Philippines. Not to mention busy counting their secret dollar account in banks.
