Factories to produce babies, not Goods

Lawmaker - Cagayan De Oro City Rep - Rufus Rodriguez says that: 645 towns don't have Fire Stations, fire trucks, fire-fighting equipments and crew members. - Philippine Star, March 28, 2012

What this lawmaker ignores to admit is that in such same 645 towns - they also have no health clinics, no public libraries, no public health and sanitation facilities,
no Public Parks or playgrounds for children, no community center, no rehab center, no maintenance for schools. But they do have churches and indeed, a factory - that produces not goods, but babies. Poch Suzara
