Reading is Like traveling

Reading is like traveling - it is useless if one cannot change or refuses to learn something new. If one only hopes to grow older; not wiser. It is also just like making money. It is utterly a waste if one were only to remain selfish, greedy, stupid, and religiously insane - proud and happy of nothing except the recycled garbage around them more referred to as "blessings from God," as God provides. I have met a great many people who have traveled and have even migrated to live and work in foreign countries. They are there happy and gay eating good food together; hardly, however, are they into creative reading of a good book together.
