The Mediocres as the Sick Man of Asia

Heroic lives are inspired by heroic ambitions, and the young who thinks there is nothing to be done is pretty sure to do nothing important. Bertrand Russell. Great spirits have always found violent opposition from mediocrities. The latter cannot understand it when a man does not thoughtlessly submit to hereditary prejudices, but honestly and courageously uses his intelligence and fulfills the duty to express the results of his thought in clear form. Albert Einstein. In the Philippines, however, great spirits have always found opposition from the faithful followers of Jesus. Theses mediocres and the Philistines are always ready to protect first their own intellectual bankruptcy, at best; at worst, however, ready to defend divinity always in cahoots with deviltry. In the meantime, in our only Christian country in Asia - a nation existing with lies, deceptions, delusions, confusion, and corruption - telling the TRUTH is known to be the lowest form of stupidity, if not the highest norm for insanity! Poch, I appreciate your concern for telling the TRUTH. You abhor intellectual bankruptcy, lying, deception, delusion, confusion and corruption, and rightly so. But what is your principled complaint against all this "deviltry?" In a godless universe, why is it wrong for one primate to take advantage of another primate? Why not use politics for personal gain? As a Christian, I know why we should not take advantage of our fellowman. All men are created equal and there are certain unalienable rights that governments should never violate. These rights include the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. But as an atheist, why not?

Truthradio990,

Can't you plainly see that Poch is an inspired genius.

His ideas are too advanced for us Christian mortals. He should write his ideas down because they will be the authoritative scriptures of tomorrow.

I believe that a spirit is behind him, inspiring him.

However, I still am and will remain a Christian.
