Atheism is NOT a Religioin
We are told that Atheism is just like another religion! What a lot of hogwash... atheism is not a religion. THINK ABOUT IT: If I have a hobby as 'a stamp collector' - then I have a hobby. If I do not collect stamps, then how can I have a hobby of "not a stamp collector"? . . . In the meantime, listen to Isaac Asimov: "the bible is the most potent force for atheism ever conceived."... Well, millions of people do not bother to read the bible properly, especially judiciously. That is why millions of people have neither the guts or the gumption to be an atheist. . . Atheism is not a religion because, to begin with, we have no bible to frighten the followers to have a deeper faith in atheism. Atheism has no frightened followers. We atheists have no dogma, no pigma, no hogma to threaten others to be an atheist. No one is ever frightened into atheism. Poch, if Isaac Asimov is correct, then why were Bibles banned in atheistic communist countries during the cold war? Bibles had to be smuggled into Red China during the reign of Mao. And it still is banned in North Korea. If the Bible helps promote atheism, why are you not buying it by bulk and distributing it to the people so they will convert to atheism? That would be nice. Jesus says you are wrong, because you know neither the Scriptures nor the power of God.
Ken, it is sad to see you bragging about the holy bible like millions do but have not bothered to read it properly and thoroughly for yourselves. To begin with, which bible are you referring to that have been banned in communist countries or banned in Korea? There are 57 different versions of the bible sold in bookstores today. Cheers! Poch
