Directionless as a People - Rudderless as a Nation

Unfortunately, during grade school, high school, and college years among the very things that's destroyed is our power of thought. Bertrand Russell summarized it neatly: "We are all born ignorant, not stupid. We are made stupid by education."
Indeed, under our sick system of education - where we are taught not HOW TO THINK , but on WHAT TO BELIEVE - it explains why we are thoughtless and directionless as a people; and, why we are thoughtless and rudderless as a nation. Poch Suzara Twitter# Google# Facebook# Atheist#

If only Bertrand Russell consulted man's creator, he would have understood human nature correctly. Everyone is born with a sinful nature. We sin because we're sinners, and not the other way around. Poch, have you ever looked down into the dark abyss known as your heart? We all have a proclivity to wicked deeds. That's why there is hate, envy, corruption, strife, and war. Dictators may think they are benevolent and believe they can purge evil in society, but they end up as corrupt and evil despots because they can and do what is right in their own eyes. Remember, Bertrand Russell thought it was ok to take advantage of very young women in his promiscuous relationships.
Poch, do you really have absolute control of your own thoughts? Ok, would you try not to think of a pink female elephant with a red polka dot bikini for the next three minutes?
