Money Wasted in the Promotion of THEISM in the Philippines
“Who can over estimate the progress of the world if all the money wasted in superstition could be used to enlighten, elevate and civilize mankind?” . . . Robert G. Ingersoll. . . For my part, I ask: who can over estimate the growth of the Filipino as a healthy people, and the development of the Philippines as a wealthy nation if all the money wasted in the promotion of THEISM could be used to enlighten, elevate, and civilize the system of education in its schools, colleges, and universities?. . . Indeed, in this already 21st century, we Filipinos are still taught to believe and to have faith in the promise that in order to be saved by Jesus, we must only love God up there by hating each other and by hating our country down here!... Poch, it's already been tried. The secular government schools in the US are failing to the tune of more than a trillion dollars. Only Darwinian evolution is taught in the public schools. It's been like that for many years now, yet a vast majority of Americans still believe there is a Creator or a higher power.
Ken, I have lived and worked in American for some 20 years.Yes, it is true: the vast majority of us Americans believe there is a higher power. It is more known as the American government stupidity not only at home, but especially abroad. Cheers! Poch
