Oh Lord, when will you ever Listen

To Believe Lyrics "To Believe" was released on 6/11/2011. It was written by EVANCHO, MATTHEW DAVID. Before I lay me down to rest I ask the Lord one small request I know I have all I could need But this prayer is not for me Too many people on this day Don't have a peaceful place to stay Let all fighting cease that your children may see peace Wipe their tears of sorrow away (chorus) To believe in a day When hunger and war will pass away To have the hope amidst despair That every sparrow's counted That you hear each cry and listen to each prayer Let me try always to believe That we can hear the hearts that grieve Please help us not ignore The anguished cries of the poor Or their pain will never leave (chorus ) To believe in a day When hunger and war will pass away To have the hope amidst despair That every sparrow's counted That you hear their cries and listen to each prayer (spoken prayer) Father, as you see, I'm just a child And there's so much to understand But if Your Grace should surround me Then I'll do the best I can I promise, I'll do the very best I can (chorus plus) To believe in a day When hunger and war will pass away To have the hope amidst despair That every sparrow's counted That you hear each cry and listen to each Prayer {Hear each cry and listen to each prayer} Help us do Your will oh Father In the name of all that's true And we'll see in one another The loving image of You Songwriters EVANCHO, MATTHEW DAVID

Public Library

When I read about the way in which library funds are being cut and cut, I can only think that American society has found one more way to destroy itself... Isaac Asimov . . . In the Philippines, there is no such thing as public library. Instead, what we have are thousands of schools, colleges, and universities owned and operated tax-free by the Catholic Church. . . In other words, we Filipinos have never found a way to recreate ourselves either as a thinking people or as a thinking nation. . . In the meantime, thanks to our Catholic system of education, we still believe and have faith that in the problems created by new knowledge, we can solve such problems not with more knowledge, but only with the same old fear of fucking with the Lord Jesus, or with the same old fucking prayers. . . Catholic Education Means FUCKING, not THINKING

Getting mentally fucked in grade school, in high school, and in college is no excuse to stay mentally fucked for the rest of your days... With me, I got myself expelled out of high school... I did not care to stay mentally fucked, even if it is more known as having acquired a "college degree." Indeed, we are all born ignorant, not stupid. We are made stupid by education; especially under Catholic education. . . Poch Suzara

Deceiving Others or Having Faith in God

“Deceiving others. That is what the world calls a romance.” ― Oscar Wilde . . . Deceiving others is what is more known in the Philippines as having "faith in God." The evil is what our schools, colleges, and universities are mostly about! . . . Look at the millions of Filipinos who have college degrees - they are not the enlightened masters, but the frightened victims of so-called "education." . . . Indeed, college-educated Filipinos, specially those in the government, and in the church, - have yet to play decent roles in the growth of the Filipino as a decent people; and in the development of the Philippines as a decent nation. The Fear of thought

"Poor is the pupil who does not surpass his master." Leonardo da Vinci (1452–1519) Italian painter, sculptor, architect, musician, scientist, mathematician, engineer, and inventor. . . In schools, colleges, and universities in the Philippines, the only Catholic country in Asia, pupils are not pupils. They are frightened victims of their masters in class teaching them to always live in fear of the power of thought - the greatest of human sensibilities in any man's life. . . Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

Education For what

Education is for improving the lives of others and for leaving your community and world better than you found it. . . . Marian Wright Edelman (1939-) American activist for the rights of children. In the Philippines, education is for learning how to pray to God to give us this day, our daily bread, and to lead us not into temptation; and also for learning how to pray to Mary, Mother of God, to pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death, amen. . . Poch Suzara

Education In the Philippines

Education is the inculcation of silly doctrines into the malleable minds of children by the frightened faithfools on earth down here; especially for the greater glory of Jesus in heaven up there. In the Philippines, more known as the Catholic system of education - the frightened faithfools are known as teachers in school and professors in college. . . Sadly, what is mostly taught to students is not how to think, but only what to believe . . . As a high school expelled student, I said it before, I say it again: education is not a matter of revelation; it is more about the human mind and heart growing and developing for the sake of intellectual revolution as generated by thoughtful evolution. . . God Not Existing freely and Nobly

"God wants you to spend your time and treasure building His kingdom, not your own." Philippine Star, Dec. 3, 2013 . . . Wow God, you are suppose to be the creator of the galaxies and therefore already the owner of the universe, aren't you being greedy, selfish, silly, and insane to still want us Filipinos - the sick Man of Asia, to worry about building your God-forsaken kingdom? . . . Bertrand Russell wrote: "It is preoccupation with possessions, more than anything else, that prevents man from living freely and nobly." . . . Oh, my dear Bertrand Russell, I suppose even God with His needless worries about the endless development His kingdom prevents Him from existing freely, and nobly." Both Divinity and Deviltry Destroyed

As soon as God, a supernatural being, destroys the devil; and, as soon as the devil, also a supernatural being destroys God - in fact, as soon as both God and the devil get rid of each each - the sooner also I will stop being an atheist. . . . I said it before, I say it again: As soon as both divinity and deviltry are out of the way, we can begin to pay more attention to our sense for common human decency for the sake of humanity! . . . Poor People in Atheist countries

“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. . . Matt. 7:7-8 . . . It is glaringly obvious, if not alarmingly translucent that there are poor people in atheist countries because they do not ASK, SEEK, or KNOCK; in fact, they never bother God who will provide for them by simply asking, seeking, and knocking as the bible says. . . In the Philippines, the only catholic country in Asia, millions upon millions of Filipinos since the 16th century have prayed daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly, to God in order to provide for them with daily bread and to lead them not into temptation. So how come 80 per cent of the population of the Philippines are still stuck not in prosperity, but in poverty? . . . Poch Suzara

The Triumph of Evil

“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”. . . Edmund Burke . . . Oh my dear Edmund Burke, for my part, as a good man myself, I am getting sick and tired of doing something against triumph of evil as it is always triumphant. Look at the history of our world. It has never been about good versus evil. It has always been about evil versus evil and evil has always ended up triumphant in the long run. . . We are damned if we do something about it. We are damned if we do nothing about it. . . And to think that we are all taught to believe that God gifted man with a free will because he loves us! In the ultimate analysis, I think for good to triumph is for good men to always be on the side of humanity, and no longer waste time and energy and money always taking the side of a silly divinity. Oh, My dear Vincent Van Gogh

"I feel a certain calm. There is safety in the midst of danger. What would life be if we had no courage to attempt anything?". . . Vincent Van Gogh . . . Oh, my dear Vincent Van Gogh, in the Philippines, as products of Catholic schools, colleges, and universities, we Filipinos have no courage to attempt at anything; especially anything for the decent growth and decent development of our country. This is simply because we all have been taught to believe and to have faith in God who will always provide for us, if not in this world, in the next world to come after death in the kingdom of God... In the meantime, we are also taught to believe and to have faith in the Son of God Jesus. He will soon be returning to earth, especially returning to the Philippines to remedy the historical ills of our sick society. . . Poch Suzara

No Need to Save the world. Let's Just Try to Reform it.

"Don't ask so much what the world needs. Go out and do what makes you come alive, because what the world needs most is people who have come alive." So, yes, the world needs saving but it's not on your shoulders. Rather, it's in your heart. There is no sacrifice needed. We each save the world every time we act from a place of love, joy and freedom. When we act from that place, we treat the world and all its inhabitants in ways that will save it." . . . Howard Thurman . . . "The desire to understand the world and the desire to reform it are the two great engines of progress, without which human society would stand still and retrogress." . . . Bertrand Russell . . . For my part, as an atheist and a humanist, I do give hoot for my eternal salvation. I care more about being unselfish as I am more interested to try and leave this world one day a better place like under a more refined kind of human civilization. . . Indeed, old age, like any other age, is the time to struggle for human decency to enjoy not illusion, delusion, and confusion; but to enjoy only wealth, health and sanitation; and also, especially, illumination!... The Horrors of Education in school

Education is one of the chief obstacles to intelligence and freedom of thought. Indeed, we are born ignorant, not stupid. We are made stupid by education... Bertrand Russell Colleges are places where pebbles are polished and diamonds are dimmed. . . Robert Ingersoll "Self-education is, I firmly believe, the only kind of education there is.". . . Isaac Asimov For my part, I was expelled out of La Salle high school. I did not care to learn how to be a frightened believer. I wanted to learn how to be an enlightened free thinker. . . Indeed, I said it before, I say it again: free the child's intellectual potentials and he will transform even the concept of freedom itself in this world in great need of the freedom to question everything; and, at the same time, to believe in nothing. . . Pleasure and Pain

Shouldn't the atheist have an equal obligation in a world of randomness. Where does pleasure come from? G. K. Chesterton?. . . When pain is over, the remembrance of it often becomes a pleasure. Jane Austen . . . The unexamined life is not worth living for man. Socrates . . . The greatest of pleasure of the joy of creative thought... Happiness differs from pleasure in the sense that pleasure comes from what is outside the self... Happiness comes from what is inside the self... Thus, I have little desire to know where pleasure comes from. I am already mentally preoccupied enjoying happiness as I endlessly continue to happily examine my own life and those of others! Happy thanksgiving Day

Americans, with the power of prayer, have God to celebrate THANKSGIVING DAY for the conquest of the Continent away from the Indians. The Indians, with the power of prayer also, have God to celebrate THANKSGIVING DAY for the conquest of Alcatraz Island away from the Americans. After many Indians and many Americans have killed each other in order to carry out God's divine plan - to establish what is known as the United States of America - the Land of the free, and the Home of the brave - I say: such is the power of prayer behind the power of God. HAPPY THANKSGIVING DAY! . . . We are told that - "The more you recognize and express gratitude for the things you have, the more things you will have to express gratitude for.". . . well, this is precisely what the rich Americans have been grateful about for more than 200 years. The poor Indians have nothing to be grateful about; except that, happily, the poor Indians have the last laugh at the American state of affairs today . . . It is now obvious that it is by acquiring more and more things that have prevented millions of Americans from living sanely, freely, meaningfully, and nobly. Poch Suzara

Behind Every Fortune is a Crime In the Philippines

Behind every fortune made in the Philippines is not only a crime; there is also a woman's behind... Of course we do not refer to these filthy rich saps as "criminals... We give more sophisticated titles. We call them bishop, congressman, senator, mayor, justices of the supreme court, Chairman of the Board, bankers, doctor, commissioner, "darling," "sweetheart." ... The horror is all so true. However, let us not forget what is also true: Behind the Filipino historical sufferings from endless poverty comes from the insanity in having too much useless faith in a heavenly divinity that made us, as the Sick Man of Asa, believe that poverty will eventually subside for as long as we continue to have faith in God who will provide. In the meantime, I asked it before, I ask it again: have any of you college-educated jerks ever heard of a Filipino who got to be FILTHY RICH for believing that God is BAD? So how come millions of Filipinos are FILTHY POOR for believing that God is GOOD? . . . Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

Happy People Helping Unhappy People

In a destructive typhoon, like the recent monster "Yolanda typhoon" in the Philippines - a great many happy people living in happy foreign countries gave so much needed help for those millions of unhappy Filipinos who survived the death and destruction around them. I ask: how come happy souls in heaven never give a hoot to unhappy souls on earth; especially as happy souls in heaven already have the endless resources from a happy God to inspire happy souls to help unhappy souls on earth, especially the unhappy Catholic souls in the Philippines - the only Catholic country in Asia since the 16th century? In the meantime, as an atheist, I don't believe in the existence of hell; but if I ever do believe it, I believe it to be a place filled with souls of teachers in Catholic schools, professors in Catholic universities, and Catholic politicians in our government; and of course in hell are the corrupt souls of the corrupt Catholic bishops historically keeping the Filipinos poor and corrupt as a Catholic people, and the Philippines backward and corrupt as a Catholic nation. Churches, Cathedrals, Schools, Colleges, and Universities in the Philippines

It is sad, indeed, centuries ago, we Filipinos enjoyed a system of "indoctrination" under the existence of churches and cathedrals - the monuments to fear and ignorance in the Philippines. In this already 21st century, however, we Filipinos now enjoy even more a system of "education" under the existence of schools, colleges, and universities - own and managed by the same owners of churches and cathedrals that have been crumbling as such monuments are getting more and more obsolete with each passing year! In the meantime, the one and only thing precious with millions upon millions of us Filipinos popular as the Sick Man of Asia is neither indoctrination nor education. It is to be with Jesus in heaven after death rewarded with eternal salvation. Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

Christianity is but a Grand Illusion

I believe in Christianity as I believe that the sun has risen: not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else. . . C. S. Lewis . . . Oh my dear C. S. Lewis, you poor blind sap. The sun rising is but an illusion. The sun setting is yet another illusion. It is the earth that rotates on its own axis daily and orbits round the sun yearly. The MAJORITY see the sun rising in the morning and setting in the evening as something TRUE and yet, it is exactly like seeing Christianity as it really is - nothing but a grand illusion. . . In the meantime, "Belief," wrote Robert Anton Wilson, "is the death of Intelligence. As soon as one believes as a doctrine of any sort, or assumes certitude, one stops thinking about that aspect of existence." With Filipinos in the Philippines, however, specially millions of college educated Filipinos, belief is not the death of intelligence; it is more referred to as having faith in God; specially faith in the Son of God Jesus - our Savior as a sick people; and, indeed, our Redeemer as a sick nation! . .. The Dreamer versus the Stupid Believer

If you don't build your dreams, someone else will hire you like a damned fool to help build there dreams... Similarly, If you don't learn to be a thinker, others will only convert you to be a stupid follower as they are the stupid believers more known as "leaders." Poch Suzara

The 7 Deadly Sins

The 7 Deadly Sins of the Bible Pride is an excessive belief in one's own abilities. Envy is wanting what others have, be it status, abilities, or possessions. Gluttony is the desire to eat or consume more than you require. Lust is a powerful craving for such as sex, power and money. Anger is the loss of rational self-control and the desire to harm others. Greed is the desire for material wealth or gain. Sloth is laziness and the avoidance of work. To me, in my simplicity, there should an 8th sin- the deadliest of sins: to be a sick man of faith - specially the one who is a drunkard who clings to a lamppost for support, not illumination! Education and Isaac Asimov

“Imagine the people who believe such things and who are not ashamed to ignore, totally, all the patient findings of thinking minds through all the centuries since the Bible was written. And it is these ignorant people, the most uneducated, the most unimaginative, the most unthinking among us, who would make themselves the guides and leaders of us all; who would force their feeble and childish beliefs on us; who would invade our schools and libraries and homes. I personally resent it bitterly." . . . Isaac Asimov Oh, my dear Isaac Asimov, if only you were a teacher of mine in La Salle grade and high school, never would I have ever proudly engineered my own expulsion. Indeed, I purposely left school. It was in the business of distorting human minds with beliefs and twisting human hearts with faith down here; especially for the glory of Jesus in heaven up there! . . . Poch Suzara

Christianity - the Most Destructive of Evil Forces

Christianity always had a vested interest in poverty, pain, suffering, misery, and depravity. Christianity has been and still is the most destructive evil force in the Philippines. Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly - Christianity destroys the minds and hearts of millions of Filipino children in school. To become not well-informed citizens of our country, but only to embrace a lifetime of faith in a silly divinity existing eternally in partnership with a silly deviltry. Destructive typhoon, like "Yolanda" is a child's play compared to the death and destructive force caused by the historical teachings of Christianity: We must love only Jesus up there by hating each other in our own country down here. That we should have no country to love after birth; only to believe and to have faith in a better world to come with Jesus in the next life after death! Otherwise, if we do not believe, if we do not have faith in Jesus - we shall burn forever in hell as punishment for our disobedience!

I said it before, I say it again: I love all the great men and great women of history. Most of all, despite its horrors and terrors, I love this world. And I am most happy and proud that I was born in this world especially as this is the only world I know and will ever know. Soon I shall be dead; and, as a dying atheist, I can assure you, my dear reader, that I shall die enlightened; and not frightened of the lies, deceptions, illusions, and delusions behind religion! Oh Yes, soon, I shall be leaving this world. I have no worries about life after death as I am aware that if there is life after death I shall be existing as a nothing. Just like before my birth, for billions of years, I was existing as a nothing. So really, I ask: what is there to be bothered about death? Whether we like it or not, we shall all have to face death sooner or later. Indeed, to face once again what we were before birth - existing as a nothing. Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# google#

Albert Einstein on Education

"Education is what remains after one has forgotten everything he learned in school." Albert Einstein. . . Oh, my dear Albert Einstein, in the Philippines, this has never been a problem. Never, should we ever forget what we have learned via education in schools, colleges, and universities: how to love God in heaven up there by hating each other in our own country down here! . . . It is otherwise more known as our Christian values and traditional beliefs. . . Poch Suzara

Faith Against Thought

Isn't it enough to see a garden that is beautiful without having to believe that there are silly gardeners of God at the bottom of it keeping it that way? . . . Well, isn't enough to appreciate the beauty of thought without having to believe that it is inspired by the existence of the silly devil? . . . Indeed, the thought that provokes thought is much more precious than the thought that is merely the silly reflection of stupid faith. . . After all, a man of faith is like a drunkard who clings to a lamppost for support; not illumination. . . In the meantime, the bible says: "without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. . . Hebrews 11:6. . . Excuse me, but in La Salle grade school, we were taught to believe that God exists here, exists there, and exists everywhere. Why then should I seek God who is already existing above me, below me, in front of me, and in the back of me, indeed, already existing around me? In the meantime, like damned faithfools, must we admire the blind theologian who says that one day, he was looking for a black cat that was not existing inside a dark room but found it? Poch Suzara

So There is No God, So What?

If God were all powerful, all-knowing, loving, just, and all-merciful, why is there so much pain, mess, and suffering in the world? Especially in the Philippines the only Catholic country in Asia! Well, for my part, I do not know why. All I know that if such a God exists, I do not care to love, respect, admire, and worship such a selfish, greedy, cruel, stupid, and an insane God. I do not even care to fear such a silly monster! No way. Over my dead body! I also think that for people to kill God in order to save God is the highest form of insanity, if not the lowest form of stupidity. . . Well, what if it turns out that there is NO God? What will it matter? Will it change anything? Of course, considering our fear inextricably mixed with our ignorance, we can always invent a God to make us feel there is always somebody out there who love us and who will save us! The God business therefore has always been big business. Among the richest organizations in the world are the ones selling what a lot of frightened people would readily be buying - Jesus - the Son of God, the Savior of the world! In the meantime, the Bible says God cannot change ( Numbers 23:19; 1 Samuel 15:29; Psalm 102:26-27; Malachi 3:6; Romans 11:29; Hebrews 6:17-18; James 1:17), and that he is all-knowing ( Job 37:16; Psalm 147:4-5; 1 John 3:20). But the New Testament teaches that Jesus did change and that he didn't even know the day or hour of his return ( Mark 13:32; Luke 2:40,52). How can Jesus be God if he doesn't even have these essential attributes of a God? Bertrand Russell summarized it fearlessly: "Religion encourages stupidity and an insufficient sense of reality. . . "We are all born ignorant, not stupid. We are made stupid by education." Poch Suzara

Public Office is Not Public Trust in the Philippines

“There are three types of lies -- lies, damn lies, and statistics.” ... Benjamin Disraeli... Int The Philippines, "public office" is not only public distrust, but opportunities to be corrupt... Thanks to lies, damn lies, and statistics; especially as such evils are the sick reflection of a sick system of education in our spiritually poor and morally backward country!... There is no such thing as love of country among Filipinos. There is only love of money down here for the sake of a greater of divinity up there. In the meantime, pubic office is a public trust. In the Philippines, there is no such thing as public office. There is only public trash since most of our government officials are never trustworthy. If they were trustworthy, they are subject to charges of graft and corruption under investigation. Poch Suzara ... Twitter# Facebook# Google#

God, the Devil, and the Filipinos

Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. Grieve, mourn and wail. Change your laughter to mourning and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up. James 4:7-`10 Oh God, my dear God, for more than 2,000 years in the world, and for than 400 years in the Philippines, haven't we Filipinos been resisting the devil? Have we not been humble and always faithful to you living as Christians in this only christian country in Asia? So how come the devil is still around existing seeing to it that we Filipinos continue to be famous, more than ever, as the SICK MAN OF ASIA? Look how, as a sick people, we continue to pray daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly the Lord's prayer - "Give us this day our daily bread and lead us not into temptation..." Oh God, my dear God, never mind the bread. We are already used to not eating them. But when will you stop leading us Filipinos into temptation? I asked God before, but apparently God does not care to listen. I ask you again: What are you a God for? Specially for us poor Filipinos in the Philippines? The only country in Asia where far more churches and cathedrals have been established than hospitals and public libraries? . . . Poch Suzara

Oh Jesus, My Dear Jesus

"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Matthew 28:20 Oh Jesus, my dear Jesus, ever since the arrival of Christianity during the 16th century, millions upon millions of us Filipinos in the Philippines have certainly been your faithful followers. Today, in this already 21st century, we still do live up to your commands - Specially as you stated: “Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. For I have come to turn a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law— a man’s enemies will be the members of his own household.’ “Anyone who loves their father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves their son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me." Matthew 10:34-37 Oh Yes Jesus, even as we Filipinos are known throughout the world as the SICK MAN OF ASIA for your glory down here, we still do love you much as we are still anxiously waiting for your return to the Philippines from up there. Poch Suzara

Our Savior Jesus and Yolanda Typoon

And when Jesus had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease. Matthew 10:1 Oh Jesus, my dear Jesus, we all know that since the 16th century youhad already saved the Philippines. You were able to convert her from paganism into Catholicism. . . Now how about saving the lives of millions of Filipinos in Western Visayas hit by the most destructive typhoon "Yolanda" ever recorded in world history? The Swiss, the Chinese, Americans, Japanese, Canadians, Australians, Germans, French, Canadians, Indonesians, Taiwanese; in fact, most member nations of the United nations have already arrived to help out donating food, water, clothing, shelter, and medicine! Not to mention millions of dollars in cash! Equipments. And a hospital ship with doctors, nurses, and surgical facilities from China! What about your apostles? When are they coming? Specially as they are gifted with power and authority from you to cure all manner of diseases? Indeed, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present of help in trouble. Psalms 46:1 I suppose you are much pleased with the officials of our government - they are out busy praying for more miracles from foreign countries to arrive. They are proud of the Catholic Pope also sending more prayers for the suffering victims of the monster typhoon reminding them of the words of Jesus: "Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof." Matthew 6:34. - "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints." Psalms 116:15 Poch Suzara

I'd Rather be a Failure

Success with faith will depend on your wishbone. Success with reason will depend on your backbone. For my part, still busy as I am with self-education - I'd rather be a failure. God and the Atheists

If there were no God, there would be no atheists. - - - G.K. Chesterton . . . Oh my dear G. K. Chesterton, I am an atheist only because my own teachers in school, friends and associates in society, and relatives at home never knew what or which GOD everybody is always talking about; specially as God is suppose to be existing here, existing there, and existing everywhere? Indeed, instead of being always omni-present, only always omni-absent. . . Moreover my dear Sir, you are such a sanctimonious hypocrite, if not a frightened religious sap. If there were no atheists, who else will have the intellectual courage, nay, the common sense to tell the whole world that religion is nothing but sacramental dogma, pigma, and hogma that have never inspired the development or even the refinement of the medulla oblongata!. . . God? Which God? What God?

Sen. Miriam Defensor Santiago, considered the constitutional law expert of the Senate, said upon learning of the Supreme Court decision declaring pork barrel to be unconstitutional: "There's a God, after all." My Dear Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago, which God are you referring to? There are so many known Gods. . . There is God, the Father; God, the Son; God, the holy ghost; God, the Money - the God of the politicians in our corrupt government. There is also the unknown God as even the Holy bible admits: "For as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Whom therefore ye ignorantly worship, him declare I unto you. Acts 17:23 Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

The Lesson We must all Learn from TYPHOON YOLANDA

The lesson we all must learn as Filipinos from the Typhoon monster "Yolanda" - our Japanese Tsunami, our American Katrina: --- No doubt, there was 10 per cent malice; but there was 90 per cent gratitude. . . Indeed, help, tons of help came from humans known as Americans, Japanese, British, Canadians, Australians, Germans, French, Taiwanese, Vietnamese, Indonesians, Scandinavians, especially the Swiss citizens, etc. because of, if not due to, their sense of common humanity. There was no sign of divinity anywhere whatsoever. No God and his angels, no Jesus and his apostles, no saints of the church. It is time for all of us to fully recognize and to fully acknowledge that there is something far more precious, more useful, and more meaningful when it comes to our common sense of, and for humanity. It is time to dump useless, worthless, and meaningless divinity! After all, the hands working and helping are always much more reiable and trustworthy than the lips praying! . . . Childish Prayers

In the world of lies, deceptions, illusions, delusions, and confusion - the truth-teller has little chance to change the ways of the world for the better except to be the subject of the prayers said by the religious morons of this world... In the meantime, it is truly amazing how God has not, as yet, after all this time, catch on with the horrors of prayers: more prayers have been heard inside walls of hospitals than prayers heard inside walls of churches and cathedrals! . . . God and His Devil

Because of the peace OF God and the peace WITH God, we can be the peacemakers FOR God. . . Philippine Star, Nov. 20, 2013. . . Oh God, my dear God, what about you still existing all these past great many centuries in trouble with your own partner - the devil? Don't you think that it is time you and the devil patch it up and make peace with each other? Why not just let bygones be bygones be bygones? . . . Take it from an atheist who no longer believes in you and who no longer believes in the devil: - time has elapsed! . . . Poch Suzara

Education In the Philippines

It is because modern education is so seldom inspired by a great hope that it so seldom achieves great results. . . Bertrand Russell . . . Oh Russell, my dear Bertrand Russell, in the Philippines, the only Catholic country in Asia since the 16th century, schools, colleges, and universities mostly own and operated by the Catholic priesthood industry - the only hope taught to us millions of Filipinos to believe and to have faith in is the hope of the better world to come in the kingdom of God after death. . . In fact, it is divinely written in the holy bible: "Love not this world, neither the things that are in the world... If any man love the world. the love of the Father is not in him." 1John 2:15 . . . Our Unholy Faith as Inspired by Messages Written the Unholy Bible

"The content of the Bible must be brought in contact with the world." . . . Philippine Star, Nov. 18, 2013. . . Indeed, especially to be in the contact with the millions of Filipinos in the Philippines - the only Christians country in Asia since the 16th century. . . Here, however, are some of the countless examples of the dogma, pigma and hogma - holy filth revealed as the revealed truth in the holy bible as written by inspired authors of God: Ezekiel 9:5-6 “Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women.” Isaiah 13:16 “Their children also shall be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses shall be spoiled, and their wives ravished.” 1 Chronicles 20:3 “And he brought out the people that were in it, and cut them with saws, and with harrows of iron, and with axes.” Psalm 137:8-9 “O daughter of Babylon, you destroyer, happy those who pay you back the evil you have done us! Happy those who seize your children and smash them against a rock.” Numbers 31: 17-18 “Now therefore KILL every male among the little ones, and KILL every woman (female) that hath known man by lying (having sex) with him. “But keep ALIVE for yourselves all the GIRLS and all the women who are VIRGINS.” Numbers 31: 35 “And the Jews salvaged for themselves 32,000 virgins” 1 John 2:15 "Love not this world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him." Eccl 1:18 "For in much wisdom is much grief, and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow." Isaiah 45:7 " I form the light and create darkness: I make peace and create evil: I the Lord do these things." Luke 14:26 "If any man come to me and hate not his father, and mother, and children, and brethrern, yea, his own life also, he cannot be my disciple." Psalms 22:1 "My God, My God, why hast thou forsaken me? Why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring? Matthew 10:34-37 “Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. For I have come to turn a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law— a man’s enemies will be the members of his own household. Anyone who loves their father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves their son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me." Luke 19:27 "But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hithher, and slay them for me." Matthew 7:7-8 “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. In view of the recent monster typhoon "Yolanda" - our Japanese Tsunami, our American Katrina - that caused the death and destruction of hundreds of thousands of already impoverished Filipinos, Matthew, as one inspired author of God, must have been a stupid jerk, if not a silly clown writing nonsense in the bible for Christ's sake! Thoughts to Provoke Your Thoughts

Here is a thought to provoke your thoughts: officials of foreign governments have done more, much more for the hundreds of thousands of Filipinos - the suffering victims of the monster typhoon "Yolanda" that caused so much death and destruction in the Philippines. The officials of the Philippine government have done less, much less, for its own people. . . Here is another thought to provoke you thoughts: officials of foreign governments have done more, much more in giving Filipino workers and laborers employment in foreign countries. . . the officials of the Philippine government have been giving Filipino workers and laborers virtually no employment opportunities right here in our own country in need of so much growth and development. Why should they? They are busy stealing the people's money - the same money that they use to buy the votes from the people in order to keep themselves in power, wealth, and glory! . . . I said it before, I say it again: PORK LAHAT KAYO SA CONGRESSO! BABOY LAHAT KAYO SA SENADO! HINDUT LAHAT KAYO SA GOBYERNO! Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

I am the Way, the truth, and the Life

"I am the way and the truth and the life... No one comes to the Father except through me. . . John 14:6 . . . Indeed, the truth will make us free. As for me, I said it before, I say it again: Never mind giving me love and affection, sex, rewards, awards, fame, fortune, or even a college diploma - just give me the truth! . . . Indeed, give me the truth as it is a shinning and a self-respecting goddess; and NOT the truth as a silly God who is always mindless, heartless, careless, reckless, senseless, meaningless, worthless, toothless, faceless, and eternally thoughtless. . . The Angry Atheists

Atheists aren't angry because we're selfish, or bitter, or joyless. . . Atheists are angry because we have compassion. . . Atheists are angry because we have a sense of justice. . . Atheists are angry because we see millions of people being terribly harmed by religion, and our hearts go out to them, and we feel motivated to do something about it. . . Atheists aren't angry because there's something wrong with us. Atheists are angry because there's something right with us. . . . Greta Christina, speaking at Reason Rally, National Mall, Washington, DC, 2012-03-24 . . . For my part, I am angry atheist because of what Christianity has done to my people and to my country. . . We Filipinos are nothing but sick as a people, and nothing but sick as a nation. . . We all have been taught to believe that there is nothing precious in this life existing earthly in the here and now; only something heavenly later after death with the pie in the sky later by and by. . . Indeed, everything is a dismal failure with us Filipinos in the Philippines; except religion in its churches and cathedrals and in schools, colleges, and universities - religion has always been and still is a great success! . . . Consider the horrors with millions upon millions of us Filipinos in this already 21st century: we still do believe and have faith in the message revealed as the truth in the holy bible: "Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him." 1 John 2:15 . . . Thus, our traditional Christian approach to nature has been a major contributing factor to ecological destruction. The belief that there is a better world to come after death has led to our disregard even of our natural of resources. We believe instead that the only things of true value are those found with Jesus in heaven. Our country, our people and nature and the flesh - we see as low and depraved and unworthy and therefore should be of no consequence to life coming in the next life. Our country is merely a stopover on our journey to the next world with God in heaven. Therefore the less love and less respect placed on it and more love and more respect placed on God and religion the better our chances to win eternal salvation with Jesus in the next world. I am told by my enemies, friends, associates, and relatives that as an angry atheist I am full of hate. Indeed, I am full of hate and proud of it. After all, in the Philippines, when it comes to the evils of religion, we are way way ahead of everybody in this God-forsaken world. . . Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

The Horrors of Christianity

You find as you look around the world that every single bit of progress in humane feeling, every improvement in the criminal law, every step toward the diminution of war, every step toward better treatment of the colored races, or every mitigation of slavery, every moral progress that there has been in the world, has been consistently opposed by the organized churches of the world... I say quite deliberately that the Christian religion, as organized in its churches, has been and still is the principal enemy of moral progress in the world. - - - Bertrand Russell (Why I Am Not a Christian) Oh Russell, my dear Bertrand Russell, I said it before, I say it again: Never mind looking at the world around us, just take a good look at the Philippines - the only Christian country in Asia since the 16th century. . . In the Philippines, with us as a people, in this already 21st century, we still do love nothing but God up there by hating one another down here. . .indeed, life in general in the Philippines can be characterized as the daily competition to be the criminal or just be the victim of the criminals; especially, those as the officials in the government. . . Poch Suzara

Thinkers are far More Useful than Believers

"Data is not information, Information is not knowledge, Knowledge is not understanding, Understanding is not wisdom." . . . Clifford Stoll . . . In the Philippines, instead of intelligent education, what we acquire is stupid indoctrination. . . Indeed, what can be expected from schools, colleges, and universities own and operated by the Catholic priesthood industry?. . . We Filipinos are never taught HOW to think; only WHAT to believe! . . . I said it before, I say it again: In this already 21st century, it is time for us Filipinos to learn HOW to be enlightened thinkers as a people. In this way, we need no longer to carry on as frightened believers of our poor and backward nation. . . Poch Suzara

Jose Rizal and the Catholic Priesthood Industry

The philosopher has never killed any priests, whereas the priest has killed a great many philosophers." . . . Denis Diderot . . . In the Philippines, the only Catholic country in Asia, the Catholic priesthood industry has arrested, incarcerated, and publicly executed Jose Rizal - the greatest of Filipinos as a thinker; but also continue to render inutile the minds and hearts of millions upon millions of Filipino children in schools, colleges, and universities own and operated by the Catholic priesthood industry in the Philippines. . . Thus, even in this already 21s century, we Filipinos are still taught how to love Jesus up there by hating one another in our own country down here. . . Poch Suzara Twitter# Facebook# Google#

Filipinos as the Victims of Christianity

How come we Filipinos, in this already 21st century, are still spiritually impoverished as the Sick Man of Asia? . . . Well, For one thing, we Filipinos will never do anything worthwhile for our country. We do not love our country. Whatever it is that move our minds and hearts as Filipinos will only have to do with anything to please a silly divinity up there; or, anything to do with ourselves not as the intelligent leaders, but only as the frightened followers of Christianity down here. . . In the meantime: The hundreds of thousands of poor Filipinos victimized by the most destructive typhoon "Yolanda" - Winds of up to 235mph and gusts of 170mph left a trail of destruction - triggering major landslides, knocking out power and communications and causing catastrophic widespread damage. Hundreds of homes have been flattened and scores of streets flooded; more than 10,000 deaths - was a child's play compared to the millions upon millions of Filipinos who are still victimized by the wealth, power, and glory of Christianity in this only Christian country in Asia since the 16th century. The Greatest of Happiness in Life

God allows sorrows and tears today to open our hearts to the joys of tomorrow. . . Philippine Star Nov. 14, 2013 . . . Oh God, my dear God, whatever happened to the greatest of happiness in life - the power of thought to provoke deeper thoughts that should transform this world into a better world for the here and now with no sorrows and tears? . . . Poch Suzara

Education Versus Indoctrination

"We are faced with the paradoxical fact that education has become one of the chief obstacles to intelligence and freedom of thought. . . Indeed, we are all born ignorant, not stupid. We are made stupid by education. - Bertrand Russell . . . For my part, I was expelled out of high school because even since grade school, I wanted to be an intelligent thinker. I did not care to learn how to be a stupid believer. . .Indeed, to save not my silly soul, but to save instead my precious mind and heart. . . Poch Suzara
