Happy People Helping Unhappy People

In a destructive typhoon, like the recent monster "Yolanda typhoon" in the Philippines - a great many happy people living in happy foreign countries gave so much needed help for those millions of unhappy Filipinos who survived the death and destruction around them. I ask: how come happy souls in heaven never give a hoot to unhappy souls on earth; especially as happy souls in heaven already have the endless resources from a happy God to inspire happy souls to help unhappy souls on earth, especially the unhappy Catholic souls in the Philippines - the only Catholic country in Asia since the 16th century? In the meantime, as an atheist, I don't believe in the existence of hell; but if I ever do believe it, I believe it to be a place filled with souls of teachers in Catholic schools, professors in Catholic universities, and Catholic politicians in our government; and of course in hell are the corrupt souls of the corrupt Catholic bishops historically keeping the Filipinos poor and corrupt as a Catholic people, and the Philippines backward and corrupt as a Catholic nation.
